Myself and my partner booked this trip last minute and it was so worth the money. We started at 4:30am and back in Cusco by 4pm which suited us perfectly. Our tour guide Heber Forever 💯 was great. His English was excellent and gave us great information on the lake and took some great pictures!

We had a wonderful hike up to Lake Humantay. Yesica and our driver were fantastic! We started very early at 3:30 AM, but it was worth it. We were the first to arrive at the lake, breakfast, and lunch. Yesica was extremely attentive and professional. She made sure we stopped to catch our breath when needed and guided us through the entire hike. As a bonus, she was an amazing photographer as well! Thank you Yesica, you captured memories for a lifetime! We highly recommend them for your tour of Lake Humantay.

This was an amazing trip and I would recommend it to anyone traveling to the area! The hike was challenging because of the altitude, but definitely worth it. The lake is bright blue with mountains surrounding it in every direction— one of the most beautiful hikes I’ve ever been on! Heber is a great guide and knows a lot about the area and keeps it fun. We appreciated that he translated all the Spanish to English just for our group. Heber-forever!

I had a great experience with Chullos Travel Peru. Our guide Heber from the start till the end was lively and attentive. The walk was not easy which is reasonable as it is steep and at a higher altitude but it can for sure be done and the drops of oil Heber offered us to open our airways was a nice, helpful gesture. The view of Humantay lake as well as the walk is just beautiful and we were given enough time to observe the landscape. Breakfast and lunch were delicious and the driver picked me up earlier from my host family’s place even though it was far from other hotels. It is definitely worth it. From team HEBER FOREVER!

A nice tour. Marcial was a good guide and took good care of the group! Also much knowledge about the mountains and the history about the Inca.

The hike and the lake was beautiful. The guide also described about place and traditions a few times. It is a tough trip but it’s worth the struggle. The driving could have been gentler.

Really enjoyed the tour to Humantay Lake. The guides were kind and attentive. We had Marciel he was very cautious to care for everyone in the group and offered information in Spanish and English. The hike was moderately difficult but I opted to take a horse up the mountain. The lake was really stunning and we learned about the local area. Wild horses and alpacas along the way. A beautiful day and well organised, with great food too. Recommend this tour company. Thanks so much

The tour to Humantay Lake was from start to finish amazing! We had an fantastic guide and an amazing driver who even picked us up from our residence. Wally organised the tour just perfect, so that everybody could pick their own pace. We even had the oportunity to take horses. I enjoyed every second!

This was the last stop in Cusco and have to say it delivered. We had a superb service by the company and staff, specially Wally, who guided us through the mountain tour. He went above and beyond by sharing his teachings and at the top we all did a traditional ceremony were we added our good wishes and intentions. Definitely recommend going with this operator.

Great hike with great people on the tour, our guide Wally was very positive and kept us upbeat the whole way (it gets pretty steep!), along with a nice ritual at the top - he really helped to bring the group together. The views were incredible and well worth the pain.

Everything went perfectly. Great communication with Victor, got picked up in time, bus was decent and we found our way to beautiful Humantay lake. Breakfast and buffet lunch are basic but totally fine. Can definitely recommend Chullos, have since done another trip with them (to Ausangate) and would choose them again for future trips.

We had a great time on this tour, Milena was very responsive and contacted us daily about each activity. Each day the tour was Spanish and English and we found the guides spoke really good English. We were the only English speakers a couple days but the guides did a great job of switching back and forth so we didn't miss anything. The day we went to Machu Picchu our group was just 4 people which was lucky. It was usually 14, we had a fun time with everyone and the guides did a good job of keeping everyone together. Shout out to Franklin who was our guide at Humanatay Lake, I struggled with the hike and he helped us get to the top. It was more of a struggle than I expected. But once at the top wow.

The guide was very kind and patient with us. He also did a great job by explaining the details about the history. The experience with the horses was very helpful for people who didn’t want to take the long way

This tour was absolutely amazing! Franklin was awesome and very knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. I highly recommend taking this tour as you will not be disappointed.

Excellent day trip to Lake Humantay. Comfortable van for the drive, tasty breakfast and lunch at a local restaurant (buffet style) included in the price. The hike was very challenging but the views at the top were worth it. Marcial was a very welcoming and friendly guide who gave detailed explanations in both Spanish and English. Very glad I went. Better communication regarding pick up time in the morning would be my only suggestion.
