We turned up on the right date and time, no one from Itours was there at all to greet us for our kayak/ snorkel tour. There was another tour company there who mentioned that Itours have done this before. We called Itours several times to find out where they were and there was no answer. We waited for two hours and there was no sign of anyone from Itours at our destination pick up spot. We are trying to get our money back.

Great fun, everything went as expected, started on time. The kids enjoyed jumping off the cliffs! Nice trip thank you!

My wife, fifteen year old son and I had a fantastic time on the guided kayak trip from Portitxol. It was a great chance to see inaccessible parts of the coast and to swim in crystal clear water with an abundance of sea life. The guides/monitors, Guille and Arnau were superb, making us feel at ease, sharing information about the coast and ensuring our safety. Guille's English is excellent and he took some great photos that he later shared with us! Thank you for a great afternoon!

We had a great time and our guide Guillem was amazing! Before we left he said the sea was ‘angry and dangerous’ but that they’d look after us. We were able to see some of the caves and dive off the rocks but it was tough! We were all completely exhausted by the end. Great experience though and we were looked after throughout. On a calmer day you’d get to see a bit more but it didn’t matter and we’ll remember the experience for years to come. Big thanks to Guillem and Guille y Arnau!

Sea condition was not optímal for the activity abd they wont give is our money back despite reasuring on it at the site.

Great fun , highly recommended, and the guide was really helpful. I am afraid of heights and my haviannas were not appropriate footwear for the short climb to the natural pool, so I found that a bit tricky...much to the amusement of the kids!! Dropped a star in rating as we have not been sent the photos, as promised. The 'picnic snack' is a cereal bar and water, so take more food yourself for ravenous teenagers!

We loved this excursion with Guille. My daughter was only 6 years old though she managed to keep up with all the fun, kayaking, climbing and jumping. Guille was skate ensuring she was safe, ok and happy. We had a great time! Many thanks- Eve and Alice

We had a lovely guide who helped me and my two children (age 9/11) have a great time. Interesting information about the formations and history and happy to take lots of photos. I was able to paddle both of them easily in a kayak for 3 and snorkelling in the water was picked up easily by my 2 kids. Highly recommend :-)

No one turned up! We booked received our voucher - then had no other communication. We waited for 40mins no one turned up. First communication since if this text asking for feedback.

The monitors Dani and Manuel where very professional and kind. The tour was really good, the cave and little beach where we went was so beautiful. Only one thing it was hard to peddle on the open water with the roughnes of the sea. Overal a very good experience!!! Muchas gracias por todo!!!

contrate la excursion y la verdad que genial, los monitores super atentos en todo momento, sin duda vimos un paisaje natural que sin ellos no habriamos podido descubrir. Recomendado 100%

Malheureusment il n'y avait pas de snorkling ni de kayak dans les grottes. Le courant etait tres fort et du coup l'activite n'a pas ete a porte des tous! L'activite etait tres sportive! ma fille de 10 ans, pourtant bien entraine et assez forte physiquement, avait du mal, algre etre dans un kayak avec un adult. Par contre - l'equipe d'accompagnateurs tres competente et a l'ecoute! un vrai point fort. Renseignez vous pour la meteo/vent courants avant de vous instrire!

Fue muy divertida la recomiendo 100% . Dani muy atento con todos y muy agradable.. repetiría sin duda. Además hubo problemas con el clima y nos cambiaron de día inclusive.

Fuimos un grupito de 6 personas para disfrutar de esta excursión y ¡nos encantó! Disfrutamos muchísimo! Totalmente recomendable. Los monitores muy majos, atentos y serios con nuestra seguridad ya que la última parte de la excursión, no la pudimos completar porque se había levantado cierto oleaje debido a la tormenta que se avecinaba, por este motivo nos dejaron un pádel surf ¡gigante! un buen rato para hacer los tontos, jejejeje!!!!!

Salida recomendadísima. Tanto Carles como Guille, los monitores que nos acompañaron, fueron muy simpáticos y estaban pendientes de todo. Fuimos hasta la Isla del Portitxol donde hicimos parada y pudimos bucear. Recomiendo llegar pronto a la cala para poder aparcar cerca y así ahorrarte la caminata!

Todo bien, reserva sencilla, te orientan y ayudan en todo.La excursión genial, todo precioso merece mucho la pena. Están pendientes de todos constantemente, llevan agua y barritas energéticas, así como gafas de snorkel. Los escarpines y bolsa impermeable para objetos personales los tienes que llevar tú. Repetiría!

Una excursión preciosa, lugares increibles para ver y donde bucear. Súper bien organizado y los monitores muy atentos, muy amables, un 10 de excursión y organización!
