We took a dive into the fascinating world of diamonds. Thanks to Hanan and Sigal we were able to get into the inner circle of the Bourse, we got a glimpse of „the floor“ and Hanan explained everything about the buying and selling of this trade; later we saw how and where the magic of the actual cutting of the stones happen. All the time we felt like total VIPs since it was just us in the tour. You later get the opportunity to purchase a piece of art in Hanan‘s jewellery store but there is no pressure whatsoever. I would definitely recommend this tour and will do it again with guests once they can visit Israel again.

A one-of-a kind tour providing insight into the normally very secluded, unique world of diamond trading! Hanan and his wife were very friendly and welcoming. I learned about the different parts of the exchange and the special customs of the industry. A further bonus was visiting their lovely office and viewing the beautifully designed jewelry. I totally received the Royal treatment. Yael was very great in communicating after I booked my trip. Yael was great in making sure I got picked up on time and was even willing to get me from the airport. 💎-Gayla is who I met in person first and she made me feel completely comfortable. I had a ton of questions and she answered them all and did NOT seem annoyed or agitated at all. 💎-Gayla was super knowledgable I learned so much information about diamonds and the jewelry business. I even got to hold and see a huge 12 carat diamond. It was well worth the money I paid. I personally think they do not charge enough. If you are considering this tour do it and request Gayla and Yael. At the end Yael did appear and she taught me how to tell a real Diamond from a fake, and the different clarity’s Cut’s and prices. Both Yael & Gayla were super professional the entire time. Gayla at the end even walked me out to the driver and made sure I got back to hotel okay. This wasn’t a five star service it was a 7 Diamond service 💎💎💎💎💎💎💎

Good Vibes with Gayla and Yael. We didn't need to go to any party we brought the party to us and had fun with the diamond district tour.. Tour guides are well versed in the diamond trade, and how diamonds are made. Also, I highly appreciate Hanan and Michael team. Who knew Israel and Belgium are Diamond powerhouses in the globe?! Yael, Gayla and the Savransky team were wonderful. Easy and fast communication. They made a real effort to ensure transport pickup and drop off was smooth, that I enjoyed myself and all my questions were answered. We decided to do the Diamond Exchange tour. Something I had never thought about doing in Tel Aviv. Turned out ti be so interesting. We fussiest went through the security checkpoint then entered a whole world on its own. We saw the Diamond cutters at work shaping the stones. We saw the technology of how the stones are sized and evaluated. Walked through the trading floors and finally got to see the exquisite final products in the showroom. Our hosts were so welcoming and informative. Our transport from our hotel was also covered.

Fantastic tour of the Israel Diamond exchange. Guides (Asaf and new guide) were extremely knowledgeable and we were able to view all aspects of the process including actual polishing of diamonds in the factory. Includes pick up and return to hotel and not high pressure to buy. Would highly recommend this tour.

Our experience with Hanan and his staff at the Israel Diamond Exchange was impressive. We had the chance to visit the amazing infrastructure of the building outside of the busy trading hours. Hanan was incredibly welcoming and was happy to answer our questions. The opportunity to view the Savransky collection was the highlight of the visit as all the pieces are designed and hand made by Hanan himself.Every piece was simply stunning!

The tour was very interesting and totally worth doing. Our guide Yael gave us fascinating insider information about the diamond exchange and taught us a lot about diamonds. We were able to see the cutting process in a factory right outside the diamond exchange. We visited the technology sector of the exchange in wich stones are tested and computerized wich was fascinating. And the best part we were able to try on different rings and jewelry from Mr.Savransky made in israel wich were breathtaking. It was a great tour. Great overview, friendly and detailed. The visit to Diamond Exchange was so excited, we learn about the company and met members who show us around.
