The tour start with a bus that takes you to everglades. On the way the guide shows an explain on building we passed on Miami The tourist guide was friendly and funny. The tour at the farm was knowledgeable. The tour with the boat was a great experience even that it is loud and you barely speak with your parents. Over all great experience. I’ll definitely will recommend Viator.

It was very hot but that’s what it is in Florida but me and my crew enjoyed our time there at the Everglades

Florida resident. Gave ourselves 4 1/2 hours for a three hour trip then No parking available. Very heavy traffic in Miami. Had to cancel trip and drive 3 hours home. Received a call 3-4 minutes before 1 PM stating we could go on the 1 PM ride. We were halfway home. Stated we couldn’t get there in 3 minutes and there was still no parking available. So we didn’t go Will find another company to book with so we can enjoy airboat ride

Amazing we saw 3 alligators and then saw an exhibition with two of the largest an alligators I’ve ever seen. The guides were super friendly. The cherry on top was being able to pet some baby alligators

it was awsome experience. Pretty good package bus tour and airboats it was the best. We hahad a good time.

I recommend to go to the place by car! DONT TAKE THE BUS! The bus was horrible! The bus driver took 2 hours to get us to the park! Drove in the express lane and then because of traffic he barreled through the poles and got into the standard lanes it was horrible

Our guide was very knowledgeable. The boat ride was fantastic but we only saw 1 alligator. Not much free time as stated in the description. Not enough time to have lunch there. There was a hour bus ride to and from the meeting point to the Everglades which is also not mentioned. We took an Uber all the way to downtown Miami to the meeting point( their headquarters) only to turn around and be driven back towards where we came from. If we had known this we would have not booked this tour with transportation included but tried to get there on our own.

We went to an Everglades tour and suppose to be on a coach to a 1 hour plus journey on a highway. We were put on an open roof bus tour bus to the sawgrass recreation park and it was so dangerous and very windy and most people ended up going to the bottom of the bus and stood for the whole 1+ hour journey and some sat on the floor and some sat on the stairwell. It was raining at times too and having wind blown on the highway for that long period of time with a moving bus on a highway was just utterly dangerous. Company said coach had problems hence went on the open deck bus but that wasn’t the real Excuse. Driver was on the phone all the way back too. I have pictures and videos for proof.

Captain Mike was hospitable, knowledgeable and funny! Spotted 3 alligators during the visit. The show was also very nice and informative.

It is a nice tour consisting of: large buses, comfortable seats, English speaking guides, shore visit of live animals before embarking for the airboats, experience of the swamp etc. I recommend it!

On the way to the Everglades park, our tour bus caught on fire and everyone had to evacuate immediately. Within 2 minutes the bus was completely burned down. My partner and I booked through MiamiTours, they gave us a refund but the actual Everglades excursion company never even reached out to apologize for the situation. If it wasn't for the bus drivers' quick reaction and pulling over on the freeway we would've all suffered devastating injuries. If I could give 0 stars I would. Extremely unprofessional company.

Well organized, but very short boat drive. We always styed close to the main road and after looking for gators for a brief while, wew return to the dock.

nice experience but too fast and touristy it seems like an assembly line. the crocodile found without fail a few miles from the start seems almost sedentary and very accustomed to humans. I am convinced that it is the most photographed wild crocodile in the world!!! absolutely not wild.

Our bus was delayed by over a hour. The front desk did not make us aware we needed to give them a 10$ gratuity for each person in advance when we checked in, and after over an hour of waiting in line for the bus, they wouldn’t let us on because we didn’t pay the front desk. Unfortunately they were Cash-only so we we missed the bus to the Everglades because we didn’t know we needed cash and had to find an atm. Staff is extremely unprofessional and rude, and they do not care about you or your experience in Florida. They only want your money and that is all. We were also not the only ones there who had the same experience. While there, we had three separate groups (not including us) who had a bad experience and were yelled at by the staff and treated horribly by the people who run these tours. Be aware, you will have to pay upwards of 50$ for parking as well, since it is a congested area for tourists. All in all, we lost the money we spent for tickets as well as the money we paid for parking and gratuities, plus our entire day of plans were ruined. When traveling with your family, every minute counts and it is very expensive to waste that valuable time. My advice is to drive to the Everglades yourself and do a tour directly with someone there (I’ve had two very good experiences this way) or, if you are determined to go with a company like this, with a bus, pick a different one who will treat you like a person and value your time. P.S. I am a Florida resident, and invited my entire (very busy) family to come for a few days and they were very excited to see the Everglades on their last day here and were not able to.

It was a cool ride, but we really didn’t see any gators which was a bummer, but overall i’m glad I experienced it was different and the tour guide was informative.

Air conditioned bus picked us up promptly at 9am, the Everglades Airboat ride was fun and we saw two alligators in the wild! The wildlife show after was informative and we got to see some rescued alligators and other reptiles. There were food trucks to get lunch but I can't speak to the quality because we brought our own food. We were back to South Beach before 1:30pm.

We didn't see anything in the water but that wasn't the problem it seem like my tour guy wanted to get it over with

Captain Anna was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable about the Everglades, and she made us feel safe, like we were in good hands.

It was the first time for me and my family in Miami. We couldn’t leave this city and not go to everglades. It was a discovery and fun for my little one and my parents too. Too bad we didn’t have enough time to have lunch and relax.
