The trip was amazing. The trekking planner team helped us achieve our goals of reaching base camp. Although I got sick during the end of the trip nevertheless they helped me in achieving my goals and gave me the medical attention I required.

EBC was on the bucket list for several members of our group and we couldn’t have chosen a better agency than Trekking Planner as planners and enablers for our trek. We had a fantastic crew - starting from Dipak ji helping with all our itinerary planning to Avishek, Dikska and Suman who were our guides and 4 other superheroes as our porters! Despite being a young crew, the maturity, care and empathy displayed by them in handling our group was commendable. They left no stone unturned in making our trip comfortable and memorable! They are knowledgeable and have a good network of tea lodges and support ecosystem throughout. I am glad we chose them as our trek partners and couldn’t recommend them more.

Unbelievably supportive and friendly host, always ready to take care of our requirements. One of the most tough trips ever made and not on the best of fitness relative to the trek requirements. However Avishek and team of trekking planner paced us well. At every stage they would ensure the food quality was the best, personally going into the kitchen to check the process and also serving us. They would always eat after we were served. The porters, after depositing our bags, would double back to help us with the smaller back packs. At every stage Avishek and team would explain the various peaks and journey highlights. We were a group of 9 but paced into 3 groups most of the time. They always ensure the best guide was with the slowest group in case of difficulties.

During my journey to EBC, Pasang organized the itinerary seamlessly. He briefed on the following day's schedule and checking on the team's status every day, and he also provided explanation of local cultural in various aspect. I observed many admirable qualities in him: he approaches his work with seriousness, responsibility, and dedication, and he possesses a kind and honest heart. Despite encountering challenges and uncertainties, he remains considerate and helpful. I felt genuine, sincere, and joyful when travel together with Pasang. I care about his thoughts and life, and sincerely hope that this decent young man, who was forced to grow up quickly, will embrace a brighter future.

This was my first time booking a trip with a tour company and I am so glad it was with Trekking Planner. Dipak is so responsive and handled all the details so I didn't have to worry about a thing. I did the EBC trek solo and I am so lucky to have had Sudip as my guide. He took such good care of me and checked in with me everyday to see how I was feeling and to give me briefings for the next day. As a solo traveler, I was worried I might not have good rapport with my guide, but Sudip is so friendly and fun to talk to that he made what could have been an ok experience into a great one. I didn't realize how good I had it until I met many other people along the trek who had a difficult time communicating with their guides and asking questions. Any time we ran into problems along the trail that were outside of Sudip or Trekking Planner's control, Sudip was always quick to find a solution. If you're trying to decide who to book your trek with, pick Trekking Planner! They take care of everything for you and make life on the trek as easy as possible. We had another great trek with trekking planner! I have trekked 3 times with them in Nepal and everytime Dipak and everyone in the company have been extremely helpful and everything has been well organised! Our guide was Ananta and he did a great job in supporting us and making sure we could do everything we wanted despite some challenges. We were able to go to Everest Base Camp, Chola Pass and Gokyo Ri. If you want to do the EBC trek or something similar then I would definitely recommend Trekking planner and Ananta because they are so well organised, professional and supportive. Thank you!

I had an excellent experience of trekking to Everest Base Camp with my friends. Our guide was Dipendra Lamichhane. He is not only a great guide but also a good travel companion. He gave good advice but was not pushy. He treated each of us individually and was able to put the three of us together well on the route to the ECB so that everyone could achieve success. At the same time, he has a great sense of humor which perfectly alleviated the difficulties of the march. Thanks to his involvement, we could focus on experiencing and meditating along the way and taking great photos as souvenirs. However, if you don't know how to take photos, believe me, Dipendra is excellent at it. Takes good photos and videos. I recommend it for every route and every group. Thanks Dipendra.🙏☮️👍

What can I say about this trek and this company? Everything was perfect from A to Z. I booked this trek 3 months in advance thanks to TripAdvisor and I don't regret it. Everything was done to ensure that we were in the best possible conditions. Someone was waiting for me at the airport to take me to my hotel, which was magnificent, and the staff were exceptional. Secondly, regarding the Trekking Planner company, everything was in order and well organised. Even if the weather prevented us from flying to Lukla for a day, they took the time to find other solutions, reassure you and fill in the gaps if necessary. The briefing was also comprehensive and the company members were great! They helped me buy the latest clothes for the trek, withdraw money for a good exchange rate and above all gave me invaluable advice for my trek. Now about the trek, I can only thank Sudip, my guide. Which was just exceptional. This gentleman has a gift for being generous, sociable and helpful. He was the first to make sure I didn't lack anything (from the moment I arrived until the morning of my departure). I spent 9 days that I'll remember for the rest of my life, thanks in large part to him and my porter, who made a great team. Sudip takes the time to explain things to you (mountains, sacred places, duration of the trek and the stages with the exact progress of the day to situate yourself as well as possible during the trek, the medical tests in the evening to see the level of oxygen and the heart, etc.). His main objective will be determined by your objective and only that. I can't thank him enough for his patience, motivation, humour, generosity and understanding at times. Myself & my fiance just completed the EBC Trek with Trekking Planner - it was an incredible experience and we were well looked after from the moment we arrived until we left. Our guide (Ananta) and porter (Doje) were incredibly attentive and knowledgeable - keeping a close eye on our eating, walking pace and overall health. They were also great with answering our questions about the region, culture & environment (we asked a LOT of questions 🤣). Thanks to them we were able to make it to Base Camp on time and with almost no difficulty whatsoever. Dipak also made himself available via call or WhatsApp to keep us updated on transport or any time we needed something extra arranged. Would highly recommend this company & service and would absolutely use them again!

I’ve had a spectacular two-week on the EBC trek with Dibash (guide) and Suman (porter). The EBC trek has been on my bucket list for like forever - without the incredible support from Dibash and Suman I would not have completed the trek smoothly - sending them a lot of love 💜💜 and heartfelt appreciation for helping me check off this milestone. Dibash knows the mountains incredibly well - I’ve learnt so much about the mountains and all the great stories in Sagarmatha National Park. He always gave a very detailed brief about what to expect the next day so I could be mentally and physically prepared throughout the trek. He also tried his best to accommodate all my random side request (e.g. hot showers:). I am also incredibly grateful that he is always very supportive (and not babysitting me :). Also kudos to Suman for constantly lending a helping hand (in addition to carrying my oversized backpack with ease and smiles). It’s my second time in Nepal with Trekking Planner. Trekked EBC along with many other routes in the Everest region with Dipendra Lamichhane of Trekking Planner. He is a seasoned guide and very knowledgeable of all of Sagarmatha National Park. Being on a solo trek, I spent over two weeks with Dipendra and have found him to be an entertaining and charismatic guide. He is friends with many of the teahouse owners and makes an effort to bring fun and laughter each day. As an added bonus, Dipendra is also an amazing photographer and videographer so if you’re looking for a guide that can help to capture the many highlights along your journey, make sure to reach out to him.
