This tour was amazing. It is much more than a food tour. Huy was a great guide. We hadn’t been on bikes in a while and he was very patient and kind when we needed to go slow. Would 10/10 recommend.

I (not my partner) was a little nervous of riding a bike around Hoi An due to being unfamiliar with the style of traffic. Our guide did an excellent job of instructing and checking on us throughout the evening. He was professional, informative, and interesting to talk with during the evening. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was because there was too much food. We felt wasteful. Our guide listened to our request for no more food and showed us around Old Town at night with all the colorful lanterns and many people enjoying the night.

Had a nice small tour with An last week. He was very informative about all the things we came across on our journey, from the types of plants encountered, to the history of the dishes/stores we visited, etc. All up, the tour let's you try several dishes that you might not normally have come across. The bike ride is also really peaceful and can be done at a pace you're comfortable with. An had great English and kept things interesting. 10/10 experience.

Had a picturesque and delicious tour with Yen. She was accommodating, kind, funny and full of knowledge and she loves what she does so her enthusiasm is infectious. Got to try some local specialties and see the landscape in and around Hoi An while on a bike. Highly recommend this tour to see beautiful scenery and to try some delicious delicacies!

Yen was fantastic. The bikes were great. The food was fantastic and there was lots of it. Getting into the countryside and having Cao Lău next to the vegetable gardens in a family home was a highlight.

We had the most amazing time. I can’t lie I was worried about cycling in the traffic especially as we haven’t cycled for years. But our guide Quan was so calm and clear it turned out to be straightforward. Quan took us to places we would never have known about and tried things we would never have tried. We visited an organic farm and ate special Hoi An noodles, they were amazing. The ride into the countryside and everything that Quan explained to us made the tour even more enjoyable. There was so much food. Even the most delicious cheeses. Honestly we cant recommend this tour highly enough and you get to meet local people and enjoy their hospitality. Quan was a great guide and we had so much fun.Thank you, guys.

Highly recommend. Four hour, 7 course food tour on bike. Had such a fun time. An was amazing and he was a perfect host. A chance to see a different side to Hoi An. Food was delicious, vegetable village very interesting. Not a hard cycle so good for all abilities. Thanks An for a lovely evening, Justine & Nick

Our tour leader, Yen, could not have been better. The food was all delicious and the ride through the rice paddies was magical. We especially loved our stop at an organic garden and our meal at the owner's house.

Great tour with lovely food. We were a group of 4 people all in our late 50’s. Cycling easy. Excellent bikes. Flat terrain. Our guide a local girl Len/Yen (?) spoke very good English and was safety conscious. She ordered food that we would not have known about. At most stops we were the only tourists there. This cycle was one of the highlights of our trip. Adam if you are reading this you have a star employee here!

After taking our first Grasshopper city tour in Chiang Mai last month, we sought them out on arrival in Hoi An. Of the day-trip offerings, the evening bike and food tour appealed to our sense of activity and palate. We were certainly not disappointed. Following a thorough safety and procedures briefing, Guide Yin led us off at 4 pm, with the first stop about 3 minutes later. Overall, the tour was primarily on quiet alleys and paths along the fields, turning back into the city as darkness arrived. Each food stop was a distinct culinary delight, including one in a private home in the midst of large organic organic garden area. Yin was a superb guide, cautious in traffic and a wealth of local information. This tour is not to be missed!

This was one of the best things we did while in Vietnam. We were a family of 4 with the youngest being 10 and we all had a blast. Our guides Yen and Sunny were awesome, they both made sure we were all safe when riding on the roads (especially the kids), which is an experience in it self.....The ride was easy, the food was fantastic and what an awesome experience for the kids. This was a real highlight for all of us and made all the better by Yen and Sunny. The one recommendation I would make is try and take something to record your ride around the streets, its something that you will want to look back on.

We had an amazing afternoon and evening around Hoi An on the good Grasshopper Hybrid bikes with Lyna - our tour guide. This tour gets you close to locals and some great authentic food! The scenery and bike path was mostly very calm and interesting! Lyna has excellent English, passion for her job and made the evening a great experience!! Highly recommended!

We had a great food tour with Sunny - lots of great stops, and gets you out of the city to see some surrounding countryside. Would do again.

From the minute we arrived Yen was enthusiastic, friendly, funny and showed a real love for her job and her country. All 7 of us loved the tour. We felt very safe in the crazy traffic, very important as we had 4 children with us. My nephew was celebrating his bday and she organised a cake for him for when we got back to the office....... how thoughtful and what a great way to end an amazing tour.

Extremely well organized and planned tour, you eat your way around Hoi An and every place is better than the previous. You end up full, so make sure you don’t eat lunch first! Bikes are in great conditions and my tour guide, Trân, was fun, and knew her way around very well. Highly recommended!

Quan was AWESOME! It ended up just being me and my husband on our tour and Quan was a great guide for two people who hadn’t riden bikes in quite some time. Quan showed us the beautiful villages outside of Hoi An and the food was SO good. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or better food! We left very very full! Thanks Quan for an unforgettable evening!

My husband and I did the evening food tour ( leaves at 4pm back around 8 pm) with Yen and had a blast. This tour was one of the top 5 things we have down while in Vietnam. Her English was very good, she’s funny and the food and drink places she selected were an excellent showcase of local cuisine. We especially loved that they were placed we would not have known about or stopped at on our own. The bike ride was enjoyable and we felt comfortable with her guidance. I would whole heartily recommend skipping lunch and taking this tour!! Thank you Yen and Grasshopper!

Hoi An is incredible and this is the best way to see and experience parts you wouldn’t really find through guide books or hints online. I won’t spoil the surprises of where you visit but they are loved and frequented by locals or a unique experience. You’re on a bike for 20km and it’s at a bit of a pace and for those not confident on a bike you may wish to opt for paying more to sit on the back of a motorbike which I believe is an option. Lyna and trainee Si we’re both brilliant. Knowledgable, fun and informative, they took us to some incredible places. They are a credit to the business. Hoi An has some unique food. This is a must for those wanting something different, fun and off the beaten path. Thank you Grasshopper and thank you Lyna and Si.
