Tina has been a great, friendly and knowledgable guide during our visit to Xian. From the moment she greeted us with a big smile at the station till the end of the journey, she weaved the rich history of Chinese dynasties, Xian and Terracotta warriors into the journey making it very enjoyable. During the visit of Terra Cotta warriors , she patiently shared the minute details of each section of the visit. .We truly enjoy our trip and would highly recommend Tina.

We took a private tour of the terracotta and huaqing hot springs. The tour was fantastic and our guide, Eddie was very knowledgeable about the history of the terracotta. There are lots of people there but it was relatively easy for us as all the tickets were purchased before hand. We had our tour in English which was a huge plus point as neither of us spoke very good mandarin, let alone reading. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for an English guide and wants to maximise your day in Xian

This one day tour was excellent. We had plenty of time to visit the warriors and the other sites. You get to see a lot in just one day. Our tour guide, Celine, was wonderful. She speaks English very well and was a wealth of knowledge. She was extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I would highly recommend this tour.

We first met our frantic tour guide, Rosa, as we were having breakfast at out hotel. The Xi'an Marathon was that day and she was very concerned that they might close the street in front of the hotel thus depriving us of the tour to the Terracotta Warriors, the City Wall and the Muslim Square. Not to fear, we got on the road without incident and spent a splendid day with a very charming and knowledgeable Rosa. She knew many shortcuts to sights and had a very well thought out approach to how to structure the day. Rosa was disarmingly funny and all 5 of us commented on how much we enjoyed spending time with her. We have done many tours in many countries and Rosa was one of our favorites.

Eddie our guide met us at designated time in the hotel lobby. We set of to see the terra-cotta warriors and Eddie provided us with a brief history. On arrival Eddie knew all the short cuts to whisk us around the museum a head of the crowds. The next stop was the old goose pagoda followed by a fantastic authentic local cuisine lunch. We then had a wander around the wall prior to returning to our hotel We throughly recommend this tour. Eddie was a great guide.

My family and I chose to visit Xi’an so our children would get to see the Terracotta Warriors and experience Chinese culture and learn more about Chinese civilisation. Tina was our guide who met us early in the morning and stayed with us all the way till the end of the day. She was flexible and gave us the choices of what we could cover during the tour, helped us understand the key events in Chinese history during the tour, and provided us with translation help when we needed it. We were especially touched that she went the extra mile and advised us about the importance of collecting our tickets in advance for the bullet train that we were taking early the next day. She even guided us all the way! We could not have asked for a better guide! We are deeply appreciative of the special help that we received. Thank you so much!

We had a truly amazing day with Nana when we experienced one of the Wonders of the World at the site of the Terracotta Warriors. Nana was a delight to be with and her excellent English and knowledge of the many sites we visited made the day so much more interesting. The Cultural Show in the evening completed a fabulous day. Fantastic day tour of xi,an with maggie. We went to huaqing palace, the eastern gate of the 14k old city wall and the fabled warriors museum. Maggie is knowledgeable, a good storyteller with a wicked sense of humour and a really excellent conversationalist. We recommend her very highly.

We paid an English speaking guide 200 RMB for two hours to take us through the area. It is well worth it. We had to wear earphones so she doesn’t need to shout. She explained the history, how the site was discovered, how the pieces were restored, the fengshui, the different soldiers & their beer drinking belly, etc. I highly recommend it so one can have a better understanding of the amazing history and the worldview of ancient times.
