This was our first time in Mexico and we wanted to do at least one excursion. We picked this one and we picked the late afternoon/evening one. ..no regrets. Our group of four range in age from 29 - 59. This place allowed all of us to get out of our comfort zone a bit. The zip lines were awesome. Just when you thought it couldn’t get any better, you claimed the steps and there it was…another amazing zip line. I must say the water at the end of the last one was so refreshing. I was going to skip the hammock zip line but was convinced to go…I am so glad I did. It ended up being my favorite. The water walk through the tunnel was incredible, the surprise water slides were a bonus. A little break to roast marshmallows reminded me of a summer night at home. Then off to the ATV buggies…..loved it!! The buffet food was abundant and quite good. Would definitely do this park again! April Pettipas Nova Scotia

Such a fun day. Pick up and drop off was a breeze! Did zip lining, rafting, buggie, river swim. Buffet and beverage station was quite good and not too crowded. The park had a lot of signs to guide you and well laid out. I’d come back!

Had a wonderful time with my husband! Lots to do there. It is a far bus ride from the hotel. You leave at 6:30 and 2-3 hours from cancun.

Luis went above and beyond to ensure that we were okay and enjoying our stay which we appreciate immensely as it was our first time in Mexico. An overall memorable and fun experience, I would definitely recommend.

Went to RIU Latino and I bought this tour with Alvaro who has the best customer service. Absolutely worthwhile experience! All the activities were fun but I especially liked the zip lining, as you go through many different courses and eventually land to a water area. I really liked that the had two areas where you can have refreshments and cookies, and the buffet restaurant too. Provided a nice resting area before going with the next activity.

The whole experience was amazing from start to finish, especially the underground exhibition. Massive shoutout to Martin who arranged all of this for us and gave us a thorough explanation. 10/10 customer service

Booked our trip with Elizabeth Marin at the Royalton splash, she was very helpful and informative. The excursion was excellent lots to do and see! Our family loved the zip lines!

Our Sunwing Rep, Seth was amazing. He looked at my 11 year old daughter and pinpointed the trip that would suit her most for age and height. We unfortunately were not satisfied with the transportation staff that took us to XPLOR. We don’t speak Spanish and during our bus ride, the guide spoke for 30 minutes+, explaining the tour in Spanish. When it came to explaining in English, it was 5-10 minutes. I watched his gestures when he was speaking Spanish to understand that don’t bring your phone as it can get wet. When he came to the back of the bus yo get us to sign the waivers for the park, I asked him if we should bring our phones to take pictures. His response to me “you can do whatever you want to do. You can take it or not take it, it’s up to you”. Not impressed. I also asked one of the xcaret tour staff if I could use their phone to call the hotel because I had forgotten to lock my safe. I am from Canada and didn’t want to turn on my data and incur roaming charges. I was asked by the lady “don’t you have a phone”. She ended up calling somewhere that wasn’t even my hotel. I ended up having to turn on my data to call the hotel myself and ask the housekeepers not to clean our room. At Xplor, we purchased the photo package for a family of 3. We paid $104 US currency and 24 hours later when we went to download our photos, 5 photos in the set didn’t belong to us…they were another couple. Also pictures from our zip lining were also missing. I have emailed XPLOr and still waiting for a response about our missing photos. The Xplor park was amazing in terms of the experience. The zip lining, the amphibious vehicles, The underground water expedition, the hammock splash, the rafting were so much fun and we went on each of them multiple times. I would definitely recommend this wonderful adventure.

The excursion was AMAZING! 10/10 experience. My family and I had a wonderful time, we did bugging through the jungle, underwater cave experience, zip-lining!! And the hammock riding into the water. Everything was so fun! It’s great for family everything for each family member to enjoy. Shout out to our rep Luis Hernandez for hooking us up and going above and beyond for us! He’s the best! We will definitely be back.
