Would recommend this trip. Our driver Paweł was amazing, he arrived on time, was very professional and got us to the park safely and on time. He walked us right to the gates and made sure we got in OK. There was an issue with the ticket getting scanned and Paweł sorted this straight away for us. Once again on the return journey Paweł arrived on time and drove us straight back to our hotel, he even went above and beyond offering to drop us off at any location in the city we wanted. After the trip he sent us many recommendations about future trips with the company and things to do and see around the city. Paweł is very good for the company's image and we will definitely be booking more trips with this company. As for the park itself it is up there with the best theme parks we have been to. One of the best if not the best in all of Europe. Lots of attractions, very short waiting times.

Our driver, Krystian, picked us up from right outside our apartment and was really friendly and easy to chat to on the drive. The theme park was huge with so many rides ranging from big and fast to small and suitable for children. We could have easily spent another day there! The food vendors are also a really decent price and the food is good so no need to bring a pack lunch, but they do get quite busy. The whole day was organised so well making it a great and stress free time!

Absolutely fantastic service. Margaret kept in touch from 24hrs b4 our trip, pick up was on time, very pleasant journey to the theme park, We were shown how to use the air conditioning etc in the car, very spacious and comfortable, we could stay longer than the pick up time if we wished, we just had to message to let Margaret know. We ended up coming out sooner than the pick up time and Margaret was actually in the area and picked us up within 5 minutes of the text. We haven’t one bad fault about this service and would definitely recommend them for any trips in Krakow
