Awesome performer. Highly recommend. Every Rlvis fan needs to see this show. Many songs and costume changes. We will see again on our next Branson visit!

I really enjoyed this show. It was like I was listening to Elvis. The band and back up singers were excellent! I really liked how they would show video clips of Elvis and the perform the same songs as in the video.

Matthew Boyce - aka Elvis - is phenomenal. He has an amazing voice, all the Elvis moves, and abounding energy, as he tells the story of the King from the very beginning. These Texans love Matthew and his show is always at the top of our list when we visit Branson!

Such a young, energetic, talented vocalist… glad he had a ❤️ for Elvis and an ambition. Show was packed full of history, videos, music and moves 🕺 🤠.

Features show. Tons of energy, the shoe stRtd at tge beginning and works it way through the life and career of Elvis. The music is e celtional. The sound and play of tge band is spot on. Tge story of the life us narrated as Elvis changes tines and outfits if his career. The tribute to Elvis is of tge highest quality, showing the many facets of the King. The voice and costumes are perfect. You will watch and wonder if it is a video of Elvis. Great show and family friendly.

Top of my Elvis must-see list! Matthew Boyce portrays Elvis to a T: authentic costumes, vocals, moves, and mannerisms. This show goes through his entire career, told from the perspective of his mother Gladys. It's truly a STORY of the King. Very unique. There's a live band, backup vocalists, and several audience engagement moments. It's in its 3rd season and each year they've made some great changes and improvements.

Show was just OK. I've seen several Elvis impersonators over the years, and I'd rate this show as average at best. My advice is to save your money. There are better entertainment options in Branson.

This is the second time that we’ve watched “Elvis: Story of a King” the last few years. What made this night special was that my 9-year old son was dressed up in his Elvis suit, glasses, and sideburns. Before his intermission, Matthew spotted him and talked to him from the stage. He asked him in favorite songs and makes general conversation. When we went to get our $10 picture they said it was on them and didn’t make us pay dime. Once the second half started and the set was about over, Matthew played Suspicious Minds (my son’s favorite). After the first verse and chorus, he invited my son up to sing and dance with him. The crowd loved it and cheered him on. When the song was over, Matthew talked to him about being an Elvis fan and talked about how he started about the same time. He even went as far as to give him his own Elvis ring to keep. This night was something my son and my family will never forget. Matthew Boyce and Americana Theater is one that I want to continue to support every time I go to Branson.

This show was excellent. We were very entertained by this unique, high energy show. If you’ve seen Elvis impersonator shows, this show is very different. As the title says, the show is a “story”, and a very interesting and well presented take on a familiar story - the story of Elvis’s career and its impact of the world. And THE VOICE and THE MOVES were fabulous!

I love Elvis. Matthew Boyce did a great show. Great voice, very entertaining. The background video of Elvis was a nice touch, the lighting was fantastic and the cast was fun.

Matthew Boyce has updated his already award winning show Elvis: Story of a King with song changes, additional info, and lots of new costuming. As an Elvis tribute artist, Boyce may not look the most like Elvis, but his respect and knowledge of the King of Rock n Roll shines through as the next generation keeping Elvis's music alive and vibrant. Telling Elvis's story through the perspective of his adoring mother, Gladys, makes this show different from other Elvis tribute shows. As an Elvis fan, you can enjoy this unique take on his life and well-known music. Boyce is an accomplished vocalist whatever genre he is singing. Photos are from opening night 2024.

We had a great time. None of us are huge Elvis fans but we have seen the Awesome 80's show a couple of times and since the cast consists of some of that cast, we thought we'd check it out. We were glad we did, it was a fantastic show and we had a lot of fun. If you like Elvis or just enjoy live performances, you will likely have a good time.

The show was awesome! Matthew is a great entertainer and the musicians and backing vocals were top notch. I would highly recommend this show if you get to Branson!

Totally awesome show. we had very good seats. The performer who portray's Elvis is truly remarkable. He has studied Elvis from a young age and takes you on a journey thru Elvis's life.. Their were times, if you closed your eyes, you almost believe Elvis, himself was singing. I was lucky enough to get a scarf from him, because like Elvis, did he gives some away.
