The bike was so much fun. I definitely recommend doing that. Next time we might take it for longer but even a short trip it was a lot of fun.

We rented 5 cruisers for our family for a tour around Morro Bay and received the best service we could ask for. Our family of 5 (ranging in age from 20's to 60's) signed up for the 2.5 hour private tour on a beautiful Sunday morning, and had the BEST time! Barrett was our guide, and he was very thorough and patient as he set us up with our bikes. He made sure we all felt comfortable on our bikes before we started our tour. Barrett took us all over Morro Bay, and we enjoyed many incredible views and we learned a lot about the history and wildlife in Morro Bay! I also appreciate the Barrett was so flexible, and customized the tour for our group. Thank you Barrett for being so engaging, entertaining, and informative! We can't wait to return to Cal Coast to rent bikes again! I highly recommend both Cal Coast and taking the tour!

Th entire staff (all 3) were there to greet us. Great newer bikes and got us in and out in about 10 minutes and we were on our way. We rented two e-bikes since we already own 2 and all 4 of us rode to Morro Bay State Beach and up and down the Embarcadero. Definitely will use this shop in the future.

We rented a couple E-bikes from Nate at Cal Coast Adventures in Morro Bay for a day outing while camping in Morro Bay. We had an absolutely awesome time, and I could not have asked for a better rental experience! First of all, somehow I had made a mistake in reserving the rental online and needed to change the bike model we had reserved maybe within a day or two before the reservation date. Nate got back to me so quickly and made the change with zero issue. Second, we have been looking to purchase e-bikes and were considering something from Aventon. So, we rented the Aventon Adventure fat-tire e-bikes just to familiarize ourselves with the Aventon interface and general quality. When we got there and got situated with the rental, Nate took the time to not only walk us through the bike operation, but he also took time to answer all of our questions on e-bikes in general and Aventon's in specific. His expertise and wealth of experience was immediately apparent, and we found his input not only valuable for that day's adventure, but also informative for our potential future purchase. Third, Nate and his operation were just super professional while remaining very chill and welcoming. I really could not have asked for a better experience! He made getting the bikes super easy and hassle-free, answered all our questions super clearly, and made sure we were all good to go before we set out. The return process was also a breeze, and he even provided us with route suggestions and some kind rental bonuses if we wanted to take advantage of them. All in all, we had an incredibly memorable day exploring the beautiful coast around Morro Bay, and Nate and Cal Coast Adventures enabled that for us. I would rent again with them with zero hesitation and have already recommended friends to rent from there as well. Seriously, this place is awesome!

Fantastic service by the owner, very friendly and helpful! We had a group of 7 for a friend’s 30th birthday party, many who had not ridden an E-bike, and the team here took the time to chat with us and set us up for success. We went on the local bike route to Morro Rock and cruised around neighborhoods. Would definitely recommend renting one of their Rad E-bikes for an hour to get around. Awesome experience.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Morro Bay with friends, and let me tell you, renting an electric bike from Cal Coast Adventures was one of the best decisions we made. The guy at the rental shop, Nate, was really cool and went out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. The bike paths in Morro Bay were fantastic—smooth, well-marked, and filled with picturesque views. Riding the electric bike allowed me to effortlessly explore the area and take in the natural beauty around me. I highly recommend checking out cal coast adventures if you're looking for a fun and convenient way to explore the town and enjoy the scenery.

We did a one-hour rental, which was too short. We enjoyed biking around the base of Morro Rock, and on a less busy day just biking downtown would have been fun. But a two-hour rental would give time to get out of the downtown area. Anyway, the bikes were in great shape, our equipment person was friendly and knowledgeable, and we had a good experience.

Could not have been an easier process to rent. Folks that work there super nice and helpful! Cruising around Morro Bay was a blast and a great way to see the sights.

We chose to have a private tour, with an experienced guide. Not only did we get a knowledgeable guide but he happened to be the owner of the company. Nate has spent his entire life in the Morro Bay Area, and boy (or girl, if you prefer) does he know everything about the bay, the ecosystem and the people. As we travelled around Morro Bay there were very few locals who didn’t know Nate and greet him. If you’ve never ridden an e-bike and might be intimidated. Don’t be. Nate will teach you everything you need to know and he (or one of his colleagues will be with you every rotation of the wheel. If you are looking for something fun and different to do while visiting Morro Bay, this is an experience you will talk about for years to come.

Nathan at Cal Coast Adventure was the BEST! I cannot say good enough things about him and his team! We were staying in SLO for the weekend and they were kind enough to deliver our ebikes to the hotel. Nathan Facetimed me to show me how everything worked and in the AM we rode to Edna Wine Valley. The ebikes we so easy and made climbing up the hills a breeze. The next morning, Nathan and his team coordinated picking up the bikes from the hotel. Everything was truly perfect and I will continue to rent from them again and again!
