Everyone was so great and so flexible. They wen the extra mile and delivered the bikes out to Cypress Park so we could bike over the causeway which was awesome.

Jordan was so much fun, safety conscious, informative about the natural beauty and history of Fort Desoto park. We thoroughly enjoyed riding our easy-riding e-bikes and learning more about this area. Thanks for a memorable trip!

I visiting from Out of town and I rented a bike for two days. Their drop off service was so easy and hassle free. Andrea and Jordon made the best experience. Went to fort de Soto and honeymoon beach.

We had a wonderful day using the e-bikes. The bikes were dropped off at our hotel on time. We had not ridden an e-bike before and they took the time to show us how to use them - which is very simple. When we were finished, we just locked them up at our hotel and they came and picked them up. I would highly recommend renting for the day. It is a great way to get around and see the city as well as the Pinellas trail.

This was an excellent experience as the company dropped off and picked up our e-bike rentals. The bikes were in great shape as the batteries were fully charged and they lasted for the duration of our rides. They also provided helmets, a bike lock and chargers just in case we ran out of juice. Since we were using the lowest levels of assist, this was not a factor, but it was good to know that we could recharge that batteries if necessary. We spent about 6 hours riding on the first day and about 5 hours on the second day. The seats were comfortable throughout the rides and the bikes performed as expected. There were baskets to hold our extra gear as well. I would highly recommend this company for anyone wishing to rent e-bikes in the St. Pete area. The staff was friendly, helpful and accomodating. All in all, a great experience.

Fun bike trip! We rented e-bikes for 8 hours! It was alot of fun. We rode from Treasure Island to Ft DeSoto and back. Stopped along the way at Billy's Stone Crab Restaurant. Riding e-bikes is the way to go. You can ride without any assistance from the motor. However, if you need some help or "oomph" to go over some of the high bridges, then you have it! Easy to change the amount of power with just a push of a button. These bikes were super easy to use. The company brought the bikes to our hotel---at exactly the right time that was scheduled! We got back to the hotel, locked the bikes together with the lock that was provided, called them and they stopped by and picked them up. I do recommend checking both bikes' batteries when they deliver them to make sure they are fully charged. We failed to do that and one wasn't charged all the way. But the folks were totally apologetic and ready to offer assistance! We definitely will call them to get e-bikes next time we are in the area!

We had an amazing time as a family riding along the beach and touring the neighborhoods. They delivered and picked up the bikes which was amazing!

Had a blast. Super friendly and easy to work with. Bikes are fun and zippy and they delivered them right to our house! 100% gonna do this again!!!

Wonderful experience. The best thing we did in St. Petersburg. The service was incredible. It was cold in...about 50 degrees. I stated that I wish I had brought a hat, and Andrea took hers right off her head to give to me! She said she wanted me to enjoy my whole day. Wow! Thanks for everything. What a fun, fun experience.

Interacted with 3 different employees - they were all chill. The bikes worked well - GREAT way to see a lot of the city and surrounding area without the isolation of being in a car.

Drew dropped the bikes off at our hotel as promised. Right on time. After a quick tutorial in the parking lot, we were off on our adventure. Then after a quick call, Drew picked the bikes up from our hotel. We had a great time seeing sites at our own pace. The bikes were in good working order and did not disappoint. We’ll call Drew again if we’re in the area.

Can not recommend Bay E Bikes enough! We rented 2 e-bikes for 4 hours at Fort De Soto. Coordination of drop off and pick up was easy, all staff I interacted with were amazingly friendly and helpful and the bikes were in great condition and so much fun. Will DEFINITELY be renting from them again the next time we're in town.

First time doing electric bikes. Very fun and highly recommend this family owned business. Everyone was super nice and helpful when two members of our party had to back out for health reasons. Drew and Andrea were extra helpful. Don't go anywhere else to rent bikes. Our granddaughter loved it! We loved it!

I traveled pretty far and had a lot of fun. Speeds on the bike are easy to get the hang of but using the throttle does lower the battery much faster than using the pedals. Just have to conserve. Overall good bike and great experience!

Bikes were amazing!! We had such a great time, and the routes they have on their website were awesome!! We did their route to Fort Desoto and it was perfect. The staff was very responsive, and it’s convenient that they bring the bikes to you and pick them up! I can’t recommend them enough. The bikes held a charge all day for us with our 8 hour rental.

Highly recommend this business for locals and tourists. The young man who dropped off the bikes was prompt and very professional. The bikes were clean and well maintained.

Our initial reason for renting e-Bikes was mostly to learn more about them. Bay e-Bike Rentals offered us the perfect opportunity. We had a blast! My wife and I had a blast. We rented two bikes for a 4 hour run. Great way to see the area. Gives a whole new perspective rather than from a car! Drew and his crew laid back-accomodating-informative. Quick delivery of the bikes to and pickup at our condo. Reasonable pricing. Equipment in good shape and easy to operate. We loved our adventure of exploring Downtown St. Petersburg with ease! 4 hours was plenty of time to ride & enjoy a stop for lunch. Drew was on time & great, explaining the simple controls of e-bikes. Highly recommend anyone to use Bay E Bikes!
