When I bought the tickets it said that I could buy the ticket to the top of the tower. When I asked the guide he told me that I could not. When we were on the 2nd floor I was told by security that I could buy it but downstairs. Then the city tour in the bus was not pleasant because there was no internet connection and therefore we could not hear anything. The walk to the Seine was very good.

Was 3 separate tours. Tour started at 6:15pm but couldn’t do all three tours that we paid for. City Bus tour was horrifically bad. Very dark outside could not see anything. Very dirty bus! Couldn’t take pictures as bus never stopped and windows were filthy! Never got on river cruise. The Eiffel Tower was fine. Was no tour. Better to purchase your own tickets and save money! The whole night was a rip off and poorly run!

We had to skip the bus tour because of how this package operated. It shows the entire tour should be about 3 1/2 to 4 hours to complete. What they don't tell you is that the Eiffel tower, bus tour, and boat cruise are NOT lined up for you. The tour guide gets you to a certain point at the Eiffel tower, letting you know that you have 1 or 2 times to catch the bus for the city tour, and the cruise ticket is good all day. We had skip the line tickets for the Eiffel tower, but we were stuck in a line, which is why we had to skip the bus tour, because we had tickets for the catacombs at 6p.m. If I had not scheduled anything else for that day, we could have done all 3 parts over the course of the day. Had I known this 3 part ticket was not lined up in advance for us, I probably wouldn't have chosen this option. I assumed it would take 3 1/2 to 4 hours in one block of time, like from 12:15p.m. to 4:15, which, had it been like that, like I thought, we easily could've done all 3 things listed on the ticket. Just be aware, they get you to point A, but you're on your own to make it to B and C.

Arrived for morning tour. Tower closed due to weather. Told to contact company. Did so and requested a refund for the tower part. Still waiting to hear anything back two weeks later. Did have river cruise - so so. Told to come back for city tour in afternoon despite this supposed to be part of morning tour. Kept waiting in freezing cold for half hour after supposed departure time. Not allowed on the bus as driver not there. Bus had hard wooden seats with no padding. The mobile phone app for the audio kept locking up on me. Was ok for my wife.

You get to see a lot in one package and the priority line at the Eiffle Tower was nice. What I wasn't expecting was you only meet the guide to get tickets and direction and they lead you to the priority line for the tower. After that, your on your own to keep track of times and find your own way to the boat tour and back to the bus tour location and keep track of the time.

Getting in the eiffel tower was delayed so we had trouble getting the elevator to come down. We were 7 mins late to the meeting spot for the city tour and was left. We would like a refund for that portion of the tour. If not, I will not use Viator again. I spend lots of money booking with you all.

The shoddy treatment and misinformation by the guide from the way to Eiffle Towers until ee were abandoned to 2alk up to tje second floor on foot as tge elevator to.tje first floor was spoit.Again the city tour was aborted mid eay with a promise to refund our payment.

Guide got us through checkpoints but did not accompany us. Just gave us directions. The Seine river boat ride was just that. Highlights not verbal. Had to use your own phone. Anna on afternoon tour was professional and fun and very informative.

The guide provided an interesting historical recap at the base of the Eiffel Tower. However, having to say the same thing in 3 languages limited the amount of disseminated information. We were then provided access and able to explore on your own, which was nice. The city tour had an audio guide but you had to bounce around on your audio device to determine where you were. The device cut in and out and was not of good quality. We eventually just put it away because it was not worth the bother. The boat ride (not a tour) was lovely because we took it at night and the lit up buildings were beautiful. The value for the money was not too impressive. Will investigate pricing out these tours individually, the next time around.

The whole bus tour was poorly done had to listen thru phone and didn’t see all of tour due to race will not recommend

Easy to find the guides. Everything went smoothly and on time Florence was excellent and easy to understand. Skip the lines - very glad we took that as the lines were very long! Will definitely recommend this tour

If you ever want a personal touch. Paris City Vision are your guides of choice! A special shout out to Florence who went above the call of duty to assist me and family on our trip.

1. Your documention is incomplete. You must state chateau the entire steps of the tour with approximate timelines. 2. The guides are inadequate and offer minimum information. NO care no attention. 3. No advanced knowledge about the river cruise that it can be done later in the evening. Very unhappy with the way the tour was conducted.

I got the Eiffel Tower + Bus + Cruise package. The catch was that regardless of what you pick, you will still stand on the line. I paid a higher price for Skip-the-line Eiffel Tower ticket to the 2nd floor + Skip-the-line Eiffel Tower ticket to the Summit, but didn't see any of that. The woman from paris vision escorted us to the security lines, and disappeared after that. We had a few other groups that were part of the same batch, that were also confused about what they paid for. I am not sure what value I got for overpaying. The package is not really coordinated, they get you to the security lines of Eiffel Tower and tell you to meet them on the same corner in 3 hours. The cruise is a separate company, but they just give you the tickets so you can go whenever. I don't think it's worth the money, you are better off buying directly.

My granddaughter and I had a really bad experience with this tour, we arrived at the tower and tried to find our tour guide and never found it, there were 100’s of people everywhere we ask at every window for our reservations, show them our confirmation receipt, no one was able to validate our reservations. We had to buy tickets again, for $28. Myself and $14 for my granddaughter, a lot less expensive than we had paid, the only problem was, we had to wait 2.5 hours in line to be able to get to take the elevator to the tower. My recommendation is arriving early and purchased the tickets at the tower. The only bad experience we had with Viator. Our tour was for 10 day, 5 in London and 5 in Paris, all the other bookings were excellent. L& L

This tour is a difficult one to review. Kind of a combination of the Good, the Bad, and the Ugly. We will climb the latter an finish on a high note. The ugly was the bus tour. There was no guidance other than the prerecorded app on our phone but it was very difficult to follow and watch at the same time. We did have a young guide with us who made a valiant try to help us understand what we were seeing. HIGHLY suggest that you have Bluetooth earbuds for this though that would have only helped a little. The bad was the Eiffel Tower tour. Not because of anything the tour could have done. The tower was spectacular; absolutely spectacular. The guide to the elevator was very helpful but again the app that explained what we were looking at was not very informative so looking at the tower was actually more enjoyable than looking off the tower. Again Bluetooth ear buds will help but they won’t improve the information presented. The Good was the river cruise for one main reason. Besides the beautiful sights that is. There was a guide coming through the speaker of the boat telling us exactly what we were looking at and bits of history behind the sights. So very informative where the ugly and bad failed in this area. To be fair, loved the day. The staff worked hard to make us aware of where to go and how to get there. Kind and patient people who were very professional. Finding a way to improve the way we are informed of what we are seeing at the tower and on the bus would turn into “The Great, The Excellent, and The Spectacular.” Don’t shy away from this but come with those ear buds and hope for a more informative app to tap into.

I booked this tour because it was supposed to include “skip the line “ access to the summit. When we arrived at the meeting point. I was told by ParisCity Vision that it did not. The rep for even told us “there’s nothing to see at the top anyways, because of all the bars surrounding it! WTF! I paid for it. Let me decide. The guide took us through the entrance and to the “skip the line “ line up. Then left! There was no guide. We did receive quick access to the 2nd floor. The views were breathtaking. The city tour portion was supposed to be in an air conditioned coach. It wasn’t. Very hot day. And poorly run. The boat cruise on the other hand was great. It was run by Croisiere Promenade Cruises. I would recommend it. The other tours I’ve booked with Aviator have been fine. No issues. I got what I paid for. The company that look after the Eiffel Tower tours, need to be reviewed. They represent your company. Unfortunately rather poorly.

We went to the meeting point (souvenir shop) by 8:18 for an 8:20 meeting time. A few families were there but no tour guide. After about 5 or 6 minutes the shop keeper came to us and said to look for the tour guide with a white goad near the Effiel Tower. It was then when we went on a wild goose chase never finding the guide who had the official tickets. So despite have “skip the line tickets” we had to wait on long lines and pay for tickets to enter. This was totally unacceptable but it was the only way to see the Tower. One of the other families (from Italy) called to be refunded and was refunded right away. I also tried to call aviator but was unable to contact anyone. We went on a few trips sponsored by aviator and was very pleased. However this this I am requesting a refund as the tickets to the Tower as well as the Seine River cruise were never used because the tour guide was MIA. Please refund as soon as possible. I do not recommend this excursion at all

Waste of money. Guide took off from the departure point without any notification. Some of us were scratching our heads wondering when we’re going to leave when someone said hurry up catch up quickly. Once we get to the tower he took us to the correct line. That was the last time we saw, or heard from him. A blind man could have found the Eiffel tower in this manner. .
