We could not gain access on the express tour elevator to Eiffel bc it was bit operational . We had to wait in long line. the tour guide told us we could get a refund cut took doling that way . Bc if Tina we were able to do boat ride but not City your . Again they said we can get refunded . They were very apologetic and courteous otherwise . It was an unfortunate experience bc of that .

The view from the top is incredible once you could wedge your way through the crowd to get near the fence to take pictures

This trip was not what it advertised. The Overview literally says, "Don’t miss the views of Paris from the Eiffel Tower at night" -they sent us to the Tower first AT 2:30pm!! This was the whole reason I booked the tour. :( I was not able to find times ANYwhere my receipt, nor ANYwhere on the Viator site. This proved to be very unfortunate because the description said "4 hours approx" and began at 2:15. Then we find out the bus tour part (1 hour) does not even begin until 6:00pm, so we could not even enjoy that part of our tour package as we had dinner reservations (I had 7:00 reserved near by since 2:15 + 4 hours = 6:15ish. I figured 7:00 was a safe bet.) The only live tour guide was at the meeting point; he gave us the tickets for the Tower and boat, gave an address where to meet the bus, walked us 1 block to the Tower (as if we couldn't find the Eiffel Tower on our own??), then he left. It was not a "Tour" at all. Pretty disappointed overall- we could have easily done these activities without giving Viator money to essentially print tickets for us to use.

We requested this tour, cancelled it within the right timeframe and never received the money back (credit).

I don't normally write these, but yeah the guide was uninterested and didn't give any information at all to the group. Unorganized and the river cruise and bus tour are not even part of a tour. They simply give you tickets for these two with zero interaction nor interesing information. I didn't even finish the tour since it left such a bad taste in my mouth. I requested a refund for the terrible experience, and the refund was denied. It looks like customer service is not a priority for this company. Or at the very least, this specific tour and staff.

We were a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 grandchildren visiting Paris. Everyone enjoyed seeing the Eiffel tower, going on the bus tour and taking a very relaxing boat cruise on the Seine River. This activity was enjoyed by all.

Meeting place is clearly marked for all activities. Guides are very kind. City tour audio could be better. Sometimes you don’t know what area you are in.

I wish we could have just been sent our tickets to the Eiffel Tower and the boat tour. We didn't realize the city tour was a bus tour and separate from the boat tour. Also that it was not going to start until 4 hours after the "tour" started (not a tour because you meet and get your ticket then it's Eiffel Tower and boat on your own, but we actually preferred it that way to what we expected). We got what we wanted and skipped the bus and bus tours don't appeal to our group.

Overall, this was a good tour, and since you are getting three activities (Eiffel Tower, bus tour, and river cruise), it's a fair price. Our bus tour guide, Alexander, was outstanding. He was very personable and had our family laughing at numerous times due to his witty humor. His English was also excellent. The Seine River cruise part of the package was a bit disappointing. I was expecting a smaller, more intimate cruise, but there were about 200 people on a flat boat, and there is no guide for this portion. While there was plenty of seating on board, there weren't enough seats for everyone to sit outside. The view from inside was decent as there were floor to ceiling windows, but it was slightly obstructed and the air was surprising stifling. But once I stood out by the railing with an unobstructed view and was able to feel the breeze, it was a lot better experience.

Finishing the tour. Not a tour at all. We’re left to our own devices. Would definitely have been better off just doing the sections yourself. No help, no guides.

The fact we did NOT get what we paid for was the most disappointing memory of this experience. The time was changed and we were told we couldn’t do the tour.. I stood my ground with the rude guide and demanded either my money back or the tickets… we got the tickets. The 3rd floor which we paid to go up to was closed, we also missed out on the coach ride, the boat ride was good, but even though we paid to avoid the queues we still had to queue for almost an hour at the boat before we got on and the same at the Eiffel Tower. We only got to the 2nd floor on the tower and it was pouring rain, so we couldn’t see much. By the time we were on the boat at 7pm the 3rd floor was opened up - too late for us. So we wasted quite a lot of money and had our once in a lifetime visit to the Eiffel Tower marred by rude guides and the fact we didn’t get what we paid for.

We paid for a small group guided tour of Eiffel Tower and Seine River cruise. Our first sign that this was not what we expected was when we were told to arrive 30 minutes before start of tour. We discovered that this was so they could check in more than 50 people. The checkin person gave us tickets for the Eiffel Tower and cruise with a brief, inadequate instructions and then we proceeded to wait around in the drizzly rain for 20 minutes while others were checked in. It was a zoo. Without warning, a “guide” started walking away and we were instructed to follow a crowd of probably 2 dozen people. After a short walk to the entrance, we were ushered in to the security checkpoint to enter the tower. No instructions about where to meet up with the guide once inside. We lost sight of our guide and never found him again, in spite of waiting around before boarding the elevator. After taking the elevator, we searched for the guide in vain for at least 15 minutes before giving up and accepting that we would get no guided tour. We took in the views and walked around to various viewpoints, thinking we might eventually find our guide. We never did. The tour company had our cell phone number so we checked our phone repeatedly thinking the guide might try to contact us that way. No, nothing. Finally, we took the elevator back down and made our way to the river cruise on our own. Now we understand why they give you the tickets in advance, because I’m guessing that the guides losing track of their tour group is a common occurrence. In short, we could have purchased the tickets to the Eiffel Tower and cruise by ourselves and not paid for a “tour” that we did not receive. Also we could have avoided a 30-minute wait during the “check in” process. Based on this experience we would not recommend Paris City Vision tours to anyone. Save your time, money and frustration and make your own arrangements for the tower and river cruise.

Our guide was On time and took us directly to the gate. Only a small line to get on the elevator. Tower was awesome, Tibet Cruise was excellent and informational.

Extremely unorganized, the entire experience wasn’t conducted how it was listed out on the booking. There was no guide, they basically just gave us our tickets and told us to go on our own. Complete waste of money.

It was cancelled already and you did not informed.we went on location and then the office person informed that it is cancelled already. I have emailed to you also regarding this issue so please look into this matter. Please refund money asap.

Tour guide seemed under the weather not well so itinerary came across as routine just another day in the office - not this is amazing first time in Paris you won’t believe your excursion truly mesmerising and what’s to top feb 14th ❤️

Well organised. All went according to plan. Was lovely to see everything all lit up. The French music on our earphones really added to the atmosphere on the bus trip. Would recommend.

Paris is a magical city and this evening cruise was exceptional. The lights, the sites, and the people are all lovely. The Eiffel tower glimmers and sparkles, the Seine cruise is romantic and soothing. Just being there and traveling through history, in a word Incredible.

The write up for this cruise seems very glamorous and a MUST do, but trust me - it's not that. We met at starting point at 36 Avenue de la Bourdonnais at 7pm - that's a small office for ParisCity Tours. The people at the counter were vehemently fighting with the employees behind the desk. We waited about 30 minutes to get our tickets. Next, we were shuffled to the back of the room to join about 40 other people who were going on this 'combo' tour. A young lady was our "guide" - if you could call it that. More like the cattle rustler for the group. She rounded us up - took us out on the street for a 1/2 mile walk to the pier to catch the cruise. The cruise had a queue with about 200 other people waiting to get on the boat. We shuffle on and there is no live commentary. You get a device where you pick your language and listen to a pre-recorded commentary for each site along the trip. So you're holding this gadget and trying to take pictures at the same time. Not only awkward, but extremely impersonal. After the cruise, we were rounded up to take another 1/2 mile walk to the Eiffel Tower which included climbing about 50 stairs. We were then placed in a separate queue from the existing line where we waiting for over 30 minutes while our guide got our tickets. Next, we got in the real queue with everyone else where we waited to get on the lift to be taken up to the 2nd level of the tower. We could walk outside from there and take pictures. You're on your own here - no commentary - just shuffle thru the line - go up,take pics and come back down. By that time, it's after 10pm and the Coach tour to see Paris by night doesn't begin until 11pm. We expected to have a 4 hour tour that included all 3 elements within a 4 hour period. Guess again. It's broken up to where it's more like 6 hours. So plan to be up until long after midnight if you want to do it all. We skipped the coach because it was so late. So, I couldn't tell you if there was any decent commentary with that part of the tour. My guess would be probably not. I wouldn't recommend this tour company at all.
