Highly disorganized. Our Seine dinner cruise was cancelled due to high water levels (which was fine!) but then the tour guides weren’t prepared for the other two experiences and it took so long for them to get organized that we missed the sunset at the Eiffel Tower. We were also just dropped off with little info at the Eiffel Tower. Luckily the bus tour and The Moulin Rouge slightly made up for it but we were pretty disappointed with the rest. Viator usually does a great job but this one failed.

The Guide was amazing very knowledgeable, the diner in the boat was delicious and had an amazing time visiting the Tower and the show would recommend entirely

Good experience. What out for the hidden costs on the dinner cruise. This is probably mentioned somewhere but I did not pick up on this.

An incredible tour guide. He helped escort nearly 60 people flawlessly. The tour exceeded our expectations.

Fair arrangement. Was a bit disappointed at the rescheduling but the company made up for it. Thanks a lot.

The evening was well curated and allowed for an efficient way to experience a lot in a single evening. Enjoyed the evening!

Every part of the trip was memorable. The only exception was the theatre itsself at the Moulon Rouge which is an accident waiting to happen. They have far too many people packed in the theatre and if there was a fire i dread to think how this would turn out. People are quashed together I was on a table not facing the stage and for 90 minutes had my neck turned at a constant angle. From a health and safety perspective its an accident waiting to happen. Have Viator made any complaints about this in relation to safeguarding their customers or is it just about the money .

With the cost of the tickets for this experience, I was shocked that you had to pay extra for beef on the dinner cruise and we were charged 8 euros for a bottle of water! That was extremely excessive and I was very disappointed by that! Everything else was good although you really don’t have a lot of time for the Eiffel Tower tour and hope to catch the bus on time for the Moulin Rouge. The last issue was that there’s supposed to be a dress code for the Moulin Rouge, but it looked like you could actually wear whatever you want!

We enjoyed the dinner cruise, the time at the Eiffel Tower was rushed, as it turned out the bus was late picking us up so we could have had a more leisurely time at the Tower and Moulin Rouge was ok, a lot of time in a queue waiting to be seated. All in all a good night but if you have the time I would definitely do the Eiffel Tower on another night.

It was a very enjoyable & organized evening. It was a little confusing finding the entrance steps leading to the boat. Unfortunately our bus driver left us after the Moulin Rouge show even though we returned before the departure deadline. That was the most disappointing part

I don't know how to rate this. We didn't make it. There was a HUGE Rubgby at The Westin Vendome, where we moving. We gave ourselves 99 minutes to cross the 20 minute drive through what we knew was historic/beautiful/touristy Paris. Two hours it took us. We didn't get checked in to our hotel until 17:00. Despite rushing, we knew we'd never make the rendezvous. I looked for a way to contact the tor guide, hoping we could at least make Moulin Rouge. I couldn't find anything. So how to review this? Our failure to make it to the meeting spot on time is our responsibility, buut it would have been nice to be able to send a message

Unfortunately we didn’t make it up to the Eiffel Tower because we ran out of time. Also when we got to the Moulin Rouge we sat on the back wall and couldn’t see well… very disappointing

The time on our materials was 1 hour too early. The Guide for the latter part of tour informed us after dinner cruise that my husband would not need Moulin Rougue dress code as he was wearing shorts ( it had been over 90 degrees all day and they were smart Bermuda type ) and my sandals ( Clark’s leather flat mules) may not qualify. He told my husband he could purchase pants when we got to the venue but wouldn’t provide details… what shop, how much etc. so we went home. He was quite aggressive in his tone, we were clueless and come Chicago where dress codes and most places support a more casual vibe especially when the temps are in the 90s. There was no info on dress code in our booking materials. The trip to Eiffel Tower was quite rushed due to large numbers of people queuing for elevators. I was very disappointed and do not recommend. The tour was expensive and we missed out. Please inform future clients of dress code for moulin rougue.

The overall experience was great. There was no one to meet us at the boat for dinner cruise so was a bit confusing. We only had 5 minutes in the second floor of the Eiffel Tower. It took longer to get up and down. Moulin Rouge was fantastic.

Guide gave incorrect and misleading information as to where to get the bus after the tour. As a result, we had to spend 50 Euros to get to the final attraction. He then gave incorrect location of the bus AGAIN but luckily we found it this time. I really want to talk to a PERSON about this. It is totally unacceptable and it gives your company a very bad reputation. Please call me at 570 241 3229.

We enjoyed our Seine River Dinner Cruise. The Moulin Rouge show was tremendous. We never expected the production to be of high caliber. I would recommend this show to be on the list of things to do. The Effie’s Tower evening tour view was a disaster. 1st the line to go on the second floor was too long. 2nd there was not enough time to see and enjoy the evening atmosphere as we had only 20 mins before we had to return to the bus and head out to the Moulin Rouge show. A couple was left behind because of this. My recommendation is to not have this part of the tour. If you still want this portion of the tour than have a tour guide go with the group. We almost got lost going back to the bus at night. You must understand it’s hard to maneuver at night as tourist since we are not familiar with the city. The security at the Eiffel Tower were of no help. Overall we had a great time

The dinner cruise was very good. There was some confusion after the cruise about transportation to the Eiffel Tower. We walked for miles before our group was finally picked up by a taxi. This caused us to only have one hour to tour. The Moulin Rouge show was excellent.

It's was great experience with the gied CLAUDIO and DOMINIQUE they welcome us with smiles 😃 , we had small problem and they solved immediately 👌 Great work CLAUDIO AND DOMINIQUE 🫡🙏

Fabulous food, cruise and show. However the meeting place was difficult to find and no clear signage. The same guide should be there all the time. 2 small groups of ladies waited for a different bus at the Eiffel Tower- the different guide did not come looking for us. Gave me the wrong ticket for Moulin Rouge and asked us to get a taxi from the Moulin Rouge (cost 60euros) for a 10-15 minute ride. The first guide was having us dropped at a central spot. Very confusing.
