Egypt is a place that i always wanted to visit and finally we manage to plan and book through Here Egypt Tour. Nour is very responsive and answer my query before we make our final decision and pay. They are very good and they will inform and contact us 1 day before the trip and make sure connection from Giza - Luxor - Aswan - Giza flow seamlessly. We had Mohamed, Farouk, STAR and Owfi as our tour guide and all of them are very knowledgeable. Farouk he is the guide for Giza and Alexandria area and Owfi for Luxor and Aswan area. He is a guy full of humor and try his best to explain the history of Egypt and match the team to the character. We all have fun in this trip. We have no luck on the hot air balloon due to windy weather. Beware of all the services provided by the stranger, they will expect tips in return. The trip was fine. Tourist guides were informative.One of the guides Tarek Ibrahim was especially helpful and had great knowledgeabout the history. All the drivers were good and we always reached the destination on time. For the trip,all the entrance fees are excluded and you have to pay for the drink for the meal included. In Egypt everything and everywhere needs tips. That means you have to pay quite an extra money for the trip.I would prefer to pay a lump sum. Hotel arranged in Giza was old. The room I stayed for 2 nights had a broken shower that it made me difficult to take a shower.With a small budget I don'texpect to have a luxuryhotel but do believe the room can be better. But still, the pyramids and the Valley of the Kings are really worth visiting.The receptionist, Mona, whatsapped me every day. You feel safe on the journey.

The staff member, Mona, was very responsive and gave us advice before we left for Egypt, and kept in touch with us during the trip. We felt very at ease. The guides I met in each part of Egypt were all very kind and nice people. In particular, our guide for the 3-day Nile cruise, Mr. Amamed, was very fun and knowledgeable.By participating in VIATOR, I was able to meet people from various countries and have a wonderful experience.

Amazing experience thanks to our guide Ahmed. We learned all about Egyptian culture, history, kings and gods reliefs from our guide. He was not only knowledgeble and informative but also speaks perfect English!! We'd definitely request Ahmed Elmahdy if we go to Egypt again! The tour organizer Mona was also very helpful all through our trip via whatsapp, even before and after our trip. We'd highly recommend this tour and you'll have unforgettable vacation!

The Trip was very good and the Hospitality was exceedingly well especially from the Tour Company (OCEANUS Tours), and Bassant in Particular. She was so helpful and always ready to assist. Also the Waiters at Suny Days El Palacio ( Hurghada) were so amazing. and Bassem in Particular was so hospitably excellent.

We started our trip in Cairo, pickup from the airport with Mohamed and he shared some tips and useful information for our stay in Egypt. Next couple of days we spent with Rahim and Farouk in the Pyramids of Giza and Saqqara, and city tour of Cairo. They were very punctual, easy going and very good. They helped us then get the overnight train to Aswan and the Nile cruise started. Very clean hotel, big room, nice food, nice people. Our guide Rocky was 100% available for us and showed us many details in all the temples and sites we visited. He organized well the visits and avoided crowds. He also helped us take the car from Luxor to Hurghada with our driver Amr. Nour was able to accommodate all of our requests and last minute changes, she was great!. Very nice visit in general, totally recommended. Only point for visits in the sites is that it was a bit express/ short in time.

We just had this trip in November 2023. This tour offers the main important attractions in Egypt and it is absolutely fantastic if it is your first time in this country. We started and finished with Cairo where Mohamed,Farouk and Said have assisted us with every movement and visit to the main cultural sites. They have always been punctual, nice and professional. We moved forward with the Nile cruise in Luxor where we met our guide Mohamed Shakour. His passion for his work and his precision make him a super guide for your trip. The cruise was overall anyway really amazing, all clean, everything scheduled and on time, great food and good possibility to relax too. Overall an amazing experience, with everything always managed at distance by Mona. Mona always checks on you giving you schedules, good info and simply ascertaining your status and your current satisfaction. Her presence during our trip has been costant, professional and really useful. Overall a great experience with Here Egypt Tours, I recommend and I would do it again.

We bought the tour less than a week before...We were guided by good references and the itinerary. The Globe thing is something really different. We had doubts about the train, but they are modern trains and they sell food inside, etc. We thank Monalisa, who was in charge of our trip, she was always attentive to us and if we had any questions or requests, she always helped us. Regarding the guides, they were all very good, and Mona always asked us how it was, in case there were any complaints or anything to improve. Obs interior train lights are on all night... but you may ask for sleeper train update.

My most memorable part of the tour was doing the 4 day Nile cruise. It was really well organised with great on board facilities. Zacharya was reassuring, dependable and highly knowledgeable with regards to the locations we visited. Usually I don’t go on cruises but in order to get around the South of Egypt and visit the most historic sites it is a must if you like your history.

Amazing tour to visit all egypt! To say it in short, it was an amazing experience! The pyramids, the temples, the cruise, the tours and the staff of the tour were 10/10! In more details, our Spanish guides Magdy in El Cairo/Giza and Mohamed Hassan in the Cruise days were amazing! 200/10!!! They speak very well Spanish and know a lot about Egyptian history. Also mention a Spanish guide we had in Abu Simbel called Mohamed, who was very clear and humble and he explain us very very well about the history of Abu Simbel. The four guides done it very well! Also our drivers to go to the hotel, airport, and different parts of Egypt were very nice and drive very calm and safe! I remember a few names but everyone were very professional like Rahim, Amr and Sayed. And last but not least, Mona who has plan, guide and advice us about the tour in every moment! She ask us every day how everything was going and we are very glad to have her as organizer. Very kind and good person, a treasure of this tour🙏🏽 And of course Mohamed Sayed, the best driver/guide/organizer/advisor and savior! He help us in different parts of the organization of the tour like going with the train, and the airport and also after the tour was over, he help us to not get scam in another hotel! And he help us to find a new one fast in a good price and conditions. A true gentleman and good person. He is also a fundamental part of this tour, so thank you very much Mohamed if you are reading this 🙏🏽. Only I can say it was a pleasure to go with this tour and I recommended 100%. Awesome trip with plenty of eye opening sights to see. The best part of the trip was cruising down the Nile for four days. The cruise crew was extremely friendly and welcoming. Shout out to guide Ahmed for taking great care of my tour group and I. Would highly recommend it to anyone.

Zakayrya was a great tour guide. He clearly explained the relevant history and mythology of all the temples and monuments we visted. We saw many temples and had a fantastic cruise down the Nile. Tour was well organised and had a good balance of activities and resting.

Our tour guide was Zakarya, and we had a great time with him. He was always flexible and helpful whenever there was a problem and he had a very good knowledge of Egyptian history. I would highly recommend Zakarya as a guide for anyone considering a trip to Egypt.

The positives of this tour include working with the tour operator, Mona, to plan our day to day activities. She was helpful, flexible, and knowledgeable. Negatives were the supposedly 4-star hotel in Cairo. It was located in a run down area, and way outside of downtown Cairo. Hotel staff and food were very good. The hotel was more like a 2-star. The rooms were small, and bathrooms had issues. It is not a non-smoking hotel. We would not recommend taking the train from Cairo to Aswan/Luxor, even in the “first class sleeper” cars. We chose to fly back from Luxor to Cairo. The boat cruise, 4 day/3 night, was very nice. Boat was nice, and food was good and plentiful. Our tour guide, Ahmed, was very knowledgeable and stayed with us the whole time. We chose not to return to the hotel in Cairo, and instead booked our own 2 nights at a hotel in Luxor. All the sites we visited on this tour were amazing! The air balloon was exceptional! Must have this experience! Watch out for the pushy vendors.

We were looking for something special, to see all the highlights in Cairo and southern Egypt. We went in a hot season, but it was still ok and apart from the tour everything is AC. For elder people I recommend instead of taking the train, taking the flight from Cairo to Assuan and back from Luxor to Cairo. For the Tour Organiser I recommend take some more money and start and finish the beautiful Tour with a five star Hotel in Cairo in order to give a smooth and enjoyable Tour-start/final. The overnight Hotel which is offered for people age under 30 (because of zero comfort). Unfortunately we missed the Baloontour because of weather conditions, but my favourite spot was the Kom Ombo Tempel which is right in front where the ship is tied up! During the trip we made our experience and with the great help of Mona we upgraded our tour tickets from train to flight ticket and to a five star hotel in Cairo in order to review the last day in a wonderful location at the pool with massage and cocktails! We won't forget he trip on a cruising ship on the river nile, this is something special! Many thanks to out Tour Guides in Cairo: Mohamed Sayed, picking and dropping us at the hotels/airport and who entertained us and fills the taxi tour with all necessary information about Cairo/People of Egypt (and much more) Thanks to Saiid for the best local lunch after the exhausting pyramid tour! Great way to see the major sites of Egypt! Includes a decent hotel in Cairo with a nice river cruise along the Nile. We really enjoyed the sites in Cairo, Luxor, Aswan & in between. Be ready to tip a lot as it’s expected for almost anyone that helps you. Our hot air balloon also got cancelled which seems to happen quite a bit in the summer time, but aside some logistical hiccups, the tour is very solid & we learned a lot from our tour guides!
