We booked a pickup from the airport to the riad in central medina. Our flight was delayed and the customs had longer lines but we still found our driver waiting for us at the airport exit. We were simply happy with the service.

It is a good choice in Casablanca, and very good price/quality ratio. In our case the van was delayed for more than 30min because they said they need to change the taxi car for a Van. Althought we did the reservation for 5people + suitcases in the website and we landed on time. Other than that Van was in very good condition and driver was professional.

Najib was very polite, friendly, helpful and waited for us because we were delayed. Transfered ua to our riad without a problem.

Taxi driver Hajib was amazing. Our flight was delayed and yet he was there still waiting. He contacted us as soon as we booked it by WhatsApp and so we could communicate immediately with updates. Driving us to the hotel he told us a little about the city and about what we could see. Very helpful and friendly.

I would recommend anyone use Carresa Group for airport transfer services. The communication was excellent before (email confirmations and driver name and number was provided), you can pay by card before hand. My driver was at the airport early and contacted my WhatsApp with his exact location. The van was spacious and clean plenty of room for 4 adults.

Najib is a lovely guy - 5 star experience. Was easy to find him coming out of the airport and dropped us bang on outside our hotel with a cheeky bit of trivia/ language tips en route.
