By far the best excursion we have taken. The two guides we had Paul and Sione were the best. Very knowledgeable and great guys. Would highly recommend this company.

Had an amazing time with William as our tour guide. We started early (they moved our tour from 2pm to 10am and we were thrilled about it) and William drove us to the starting point about 10-15 min away. He set up our bikes. It was just 2 of us on the tour and it felt so personal. William was a great guide, he gave us lots of information about the area, we asked him silly questions he was happy to answer, and took us on a breaktaking bike tour. We had perfect weather for this tour, sunny and 50s. We made a few stops to take pictures and William was fine with us taking our time at the stops to take in the incredible views of Mendenhall glacier and many of the other peaks and islands around the Juneau area.. We hiked through a rainforest and stopped on the beach to have some king salmon dip with crackers as we took in the views. I explored the beach a bit as they waited for me to finish. We walked back to our bikes, and bikes back and took a few more stops. The ride was about 10 miles round trip but it felt like 2-3miles it was so fast and just wow. Would absolutely do it again. Getting to see the countryside up close, viewing the glacier, and meeting other traveller's made the trip worthwhile. Our guides were knowledgeable and personable. Snacks could have been better executed but whose complaining! The salmon was good.

The guides were upbeat and fun; slow walking pace down and pointing out more plants and animals in the rainforest would have been helpful. Our guide was a bit soft spoken and those in back of group could not hear.

Our eBikes Alaska - Rainforest Adventure was great. The ebikes were in great condition, practically new & made the whole excursion so enjoyable. We saw both the Mendenhall Glacier & Lemon Glacier due to the beautiful weather in Juneau that day. The bike route was along the water and the views were wonderful. The hike into the rainforest was really beautiful as well. I highly recommend this tour for all ages, you won't be disappointed.

What an enjoyable experience! Although our guide (Kate) was not a local she was very knowledgeable in all aspects of our tour. The bikes were comfortable and the scenery indescribable. Just to clarify, the rainforest part of the tour is on foot (an easy hike/walk) down to the waters edge. The smoked salmon spread was a nice touch. I would recommend this tour.

Unfortunately it rained on our tour day, but our guide, Carlli, was a real trooper. We were the only ones on our tour and she gave us the grand adventure. She was very informative and a lot of fun. We weren't able to see as much as we would have with clear weather, but we had a blast. Her knowledge of the area was awesome. I would recommend this tour and Carli as your guide.

Kate was a wonderful tour guide! She was very good at making sure we were all comfortable on the bikes & she was very knowledgeable about the area! We loved being away from the touristy areas & getting to explore beautiful Juneau!

Great Bike Ride These were assist e-bikes, so we still had to pedal, but that was fine. There was beautiful scenery and fun information from the young ladies who guided us. They were so caring, making sure we all had the correct bike and were able to maneuver. I was a little apprehensive about riding on the roadside, but all went very well. The walk in the forest was so interesting, finding out about the plant life. highly recommend this excursion

Wonderful tour! We had one of the rare sunny days in Juneau and thoroughly enjoyed. This was our first time using bikes which basically just make it easier to pedal. The guides were informative and friendly and took great care of us. Would highly recommend!

On August 12th, I asked my local friend if she could arrange an e-bike tour for us. I have never been on one before, but I thought it would be a great way to get some exercise and explore the town. It had been raining for a couple of days, and I had heard that late summer is quite rainy here, although not as stormy as Virginia where I'm traveling from. So, we thought it would be okay. Saturday morning, we received a call asking if we still wanted to proceed with the tour, which required four people. Despite the weather, we said yes because it didn't look any different from the previous days. However, when we arrived at the local meeting spot, we met Kate, who seemed cheerful and excited. Surprisingly, she was alone as well. She mentioned that she was eager to meet the two adventurous people who wanted to do the tour during the storm. We all had a laugh since the weather had worsened since the morning call. Despite the terrible conditions, Kate remained upbeat and eager to continue the tour if we wanted to. At first, we thought we could, but after having the bike lesson, we felt so cold and numb that we asked to reschedule. Something I didn't know, and possibly other tourists as well, is that cash tips are essential. My local friend informed me that her family always tips a little extra because most tourists are unaware of this practice, and they like to support the local workers, especially when they are as fantastic as Kate. We loved her energy, so we requested her as our guide for Monday and even brought my friend's daughter along for the next tour. We had a wonderful time as Kate provided us with informative insights, local history, and excellent recommendations for places with stunning views and hiking trails. After experiencing the well-organized schedule, the fantastic bike tour, and the pleasant stroll through Rainforest Trail, my friend decided that when her family visits, this would be the perfect activity for them. Excellent excursion. I ride an E bike at home, so I am familiar with the bikes and this company has the very best equipment. Also, really enjoyed the tour guide. Who’s very familiar with the area and I learned a great deal about the spot in Alaska highly recommend. I’ve already booked a cruise back to Alaska next year and will definitely be going with this company again too

We were intially skeptical about being able to enjoy this e-bike adventure in the rainy conditions. Once we got started, that concern quickly faded away. Carli was such a pleasure . . . Always ready with a tidbit of information, a smile or laugh and adept at pointing out sightings along the way.

We loved getting out from the city center and exploring Juneau from the locals perspective. Carli and Kaci were wonderful guides that showed us some great view points and special spots along our ride. They were very knowledgeable of the history of Juneau and the native species along our route. They kept the group happy and intrigued. Would definitely recommend.

Karlie and Casey were incredible guides and lovely hosts! They made it fun and were insanely knowledgeable and informative about the area, local history, flora, fauna, ocean, rivers, glaciers and sky!

Our guides Carli and Kacie were awesome! They made the trip very informative and fun. Easy riding with 2 bad knees. The view across the channel are stunning as is the walk through the rainforest. Didn't get to see Arthur no matter how much we called him. Absolutely recommend!!! ☆☆☆☆☆

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the bike tour (our first time on an e-bike) and also the walk through the rain forest to the water. Kate and her fiancé Lucas were very friendly, attentive to our needs, and provided a lot of interesting information.

Kate was so informative about the area and local plant life. We saw bald eagles, porpoise, and porcupine. It was a perfect getaway from the crowd in town and from our cruise ship.

Our guides Carli and Kate were the best. Took us to see several lookout spots including Mendenhall Glacier. They were very knowledgeable - one of the highlights of our trip. Would definitely recommend!
