We met Michele for a bachelorette weekend. He loves to cook and to show to others what is the Italian cuisine. Thanks to him we had a very good time and we learnt a lot. I can’t tell you how was the pasta… mama Mia !!!!!!!!!

One of the best activities of our trip. Not only do you learn how to make a pizza from scratch, but you also have Prosecco and appetizers on arrival and wine with your finished pizza. My son and I really enjoyed the experience. Michele is a great teacher. Wonderful environment, conversations, warm welcome and even a surprise. Amazing! We recommend it to everyone! We can't wait to try making pizzas at home!

Michele and his wife, Wanda, gave us an amazing cooking experience in their home! We had Prosecco, meats, cheeses, vegetables, wine, limoncello, and more. We also learned how to cook an amazing risotto Milanese, getting hands on experience and cooking it in their kitchen, before all of us sitting down to eat it at their dining table. We also had great conversation and delicious dessert (panettone with a mascarpone sauce). We came home with wonderful memories and two great recipes we feel like we can cook at home. Thank you, Michele!

We came from Lituania only for this dinner experience with Michele and were blasted by it! It turns out that making Italian homemade pasta is super simple and everyone can do it! Nonetheless, some pretty great cooking secrets were also revealed to us, which is great news for everyone keen to improve their cooking skills. We enjoyed the company, conversations, wine, and food with Michele, it's definitely worth it!

Wonderful night had. A fantastic culinary experience with two great hosts - one being a very patient chief! We both thoroughly enjoyed the evening - one of the main highlights of our visit to a great city!

A great and original experience. We made pasta the tradtional way and had a warm welcome from Michela and his family.

We came to Michelle's house to learn how to make pasta like a local. And got that and much more. We started with some Presco and a nice conversation. Then moved on to the kitchen and started making casoncelli pasta. Michelle guided us patiently and passiontly. He made a complex process of making this pasta feel easy and simple. with a lot of great tips along the way. Later we had a brilliant first course of local Cheeses and cold meats accompined with red wine. After we finished making the pasta and the sauce we ate them with great pleasure. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. For Desert we had delicious Sicilian Cannoli sereved with home made limoncello. Michelle and Wonda are great hosts and the experience was both educating and fun.

Loved Italian cuisine long time, and have tried to cook some. But just making simple pasta dish learned lot about.. flours, making the pasta, preparing sauce, combining all at the finish. Best was going hands on. You do it. Very satisfying. Then we all eat together. Lesson will live forever now in my cooking. Highly recommend.
