We absolutely loved our tour with Ngurah!!!! Ngurah was a fantastic tour guide, who explained everything, stood in long queues for us and took some fantastic photos and videos! Every location is really enjoyable, be prepared to wait a few hours for the gates of heaven, but the wait is worth it! Ngurah offered to take us to additional places, but due to the early start, we were too tired for these. I would high recommend anyone visiting Bali does this!!!! Thank you so much again Ngurah!!!!

Even with the early start it was a great day. Enawan was amazing and very helpful at every stop. He was great with our 15 and 10 year old sons too. So glad we had him there to help us. Highly recommend!

Had an amazing experience on this tour and I highly recommend! Indra was our driver and tour guide…. he provided information, recommendations, cultural history, and even took amazing photos for my family at all the locations we went to. It really felt like we were visiting family and he was showing us around the island!

First of all, our guide Wayan Suama was great and everything went very smooth from communication upfront, pick-up, and the entire tour! 5* for that for sure! However, the tour was just not for us which is a complete personal opinion. The Gate of heavens is a spot where the only purpose is to wait in line and take a picture. The water temples was basically the same (though no queuing) And we are not the picture taking type of tourist. So, while we were also a little unlucky with the weather, the actual highlight was the quiet hotel in the middle of rice fields. We arrived there quite early as we had luck with the number we picked during gate of heavens. So, we spent a decent amount of time at the pool and relaxed before the delicious lunch. Overall a nice tour but we realized that many (beautiful) spots in Bali are made to queue for taking nice pictures in overcrowded places.

Booked this trip last minute when we had arrived at our hotel. Booked for the next day that afternoon. Fantastic that we were able to “live chat” with a real person (Maria Garcia from Viator) with whom I could confirm, the trip itinerary, pick up location (at our out of the way hotel) and price. Payment link sent. Transaction done. Easy. Contacted by the tour guide/driver (Made. Pronounced “Maddie” )later that evening by text (What’s App) and he also called to tell us, as it was just us on this tour,we could start an hour later (5am instead of 4am. Great news!), as there were no other pick ups for him to make. Made was there at hour hotel lobby by 4.45am. A lovely,polite and smiling man helping to make my wife & I very relaxed. Lovely clean mini van with A/C and supplied bottled water. And what a great first day of experiencing Bali for us. Firstly, Lempuyang Temple and the “Gate of Heaven”. Getting there early ensures that you get a numbered ticket (ours was No.37), so you don’t have to wait long to get your iconic photos at the “Gate”. Then on to The Water Palace. (Tirta Gangga) Made took some stunning photos of us there. Then a quick stop off for a coffee/tea taster before ending up at the Sleeping Gajah,at a stunning resort. Fantastic included lunch and the chance to have a swim and experience the stunning grounds. Made was a safe & very experienced tour guide & driver and gave us an informative history of Bali throughout the day.

The tour was off to a rocky start because my original driver/guide did not show up. However, I called the tour operator and they were extremely apologetic and refunded my tour in addition to sending a new driver and continuing the tour itself. My new driver Gede was communicative and respectful, which is good for a solo driver. Because we were behind schedule a little I was told that the wait time for the photo op could take anywhere between 1-3 hours. Gede was able to work his magic and I only had to wait 2 minutes!! I’m not a big photo person anyway so it didn’t feel like I was cutting in line even though our number passed. Because we had so much time left, Gede took me to a coffee plantation that was not on the original itinerary due to my interest in coffee and the culture of Bali rather than photo ops. Would highly recommend this tour operator and Gede as a driver!

Yogi was a great guide. He picked me up early in a beautiful well kept car, was very attentive offering to take all the pictures and providing some history at all the locations. It was a great trip! Thank you Yogi!

Had a pleasant day in Bali. Ngurah took care of the whole journey and will definitely like to book again with this company when I'm here for holiday next week with my family.

The tour was amazing. Eka was our guide. We had a very nice time with him. We arrived at all of the sites early. He took many pictures for us. Even stopped to buy us a variety of local fruits. We had a great conversation all day long. The sleeping Gajah restaurant was amazing for the lunch. The food was great and view was amazing. We also, we’re allowed to use all the pools for as long as we wanted.

A great day out in our own comfortable private vehicle. Our guide Kadek was friendly, punctual and attentive, great introduction to the Balinese culture and the area we were visiting. The morning Balinese coffee and snacks was a nice touch while we were waiting for the photos at the Gate

The overall experience is very good. Our driver and guide Kadek is very nice and helpful. Highly recommended for everyone who comes to Bali.

It was so nice, our guide asked us to move so early. we moved at 3:30Am and we hot number 17. We waited around 30 mins and we got our amazing photos. we visited also Terta Gang and took nice photos with coloful fishes then we took breakfast with amazing view
