Hired the e-scooters for me and my son for all day to explore Valencia. Great scooters and as we were both new to them the staff were super helpful showing us how to ride them, but also what to do, look out for around Valencia. I weigh more than my son so after about 3/4 of the day my scooter was running low on charge. We were close and so stopped into get a top up. They just swapped out both our scooters with fresh ones, no questions asked. Great service and great people as the name says Happy Tourist Center, can’t disagree there.

it was amazing I had a good time they have rent the e scooter very quickly and they spoke fluently many languages. I rent the e scooter for all day and it is the best way to see valencia. Thank you guys for amazing experience

Very kind staff and perfect location in the centre. I rented scooter and they told me about the sightseeings I can visit and a lot of other things about the city. Their english is really good so we had a good chat. Great experience would recommend 10/10.

Great experience! 🥰 E-scooters are really good and fast.👌 I enjoyed it a lot especially during the hot sunny day, it was wonderful to ride it inside the park and around the city. Price was really good compared to other firms and location is directly in the city center , which is always an additional advantage. The people are really nice and want to gove you the best experience. The E-scooters were very easy to use.

When I walked into the store, Marie was working and I had already met her. she is a kind and loving person, who gave a great explanation on how to use the e-steps. I went with my mom and best friend to the beach and we even got a map of Valencia with an explanation on how to go to the beach through the park. It was so much fun, I would do it again! We also got a great price to rent the e-steps.

Great service, made a reservation before and once we arrived it was very quick and easy and we were on the scooters within 5 minutes. Marie was lovely and friendly! would highly recommend anyone wanting to rent to go here would definitely go back! The scooters are worth the money and the prices here are very affordable.

really excellent approach of young owners. I trully recommend it and e-scooters are the superb choice for Valencia and even in happytourist center for reasonable price. agency is just really near from the city park with lots of possibilities to ride and access coastal part of this beautiful city. thank you - hope we are back next year :)

Fantastic few hours on E scooters today. We travelled all the way along the river route stopping at the market/food market by the North gate and the science park before heading along to the beach. Road route back but due to excellent cycle ways it felt very safe and easy. Fantastic customer service too!! Would highly recommend using this service as fsntastic value for money and a great way to get about in the city.

Never rented from a more friendly, professional company, nothing was too much trouble, we loved their electric scooters, we went back the next day to hire bikes. A++++++++++

Zeer vriendelijke vrouw die ons hielp. 2 E-steps en 2 fietsen gehuurd voor de hele dag. Om 17:00 uur terug omdat de accu leeg was. We kregen voor de laatste 2 uur gewoon weer 2 volle steps mee. Fantastische service dus.

Ik heb met drie vriendinnen een E-scooter gehuurd en het was echt top! De service was goed, we kregen een uitgebreide uitleg en een kaart met tips waar we heen konden gaan. Op meerdere plekken in de stad konden we gratis de E-scooter opladen, waardoor we de hele dag gebruik konden maken van de E-scooters voor een goede prijs. De man die ons hielp was erg aardig en enthousiast. Kortom, wij hebben top dag gehad!

Ze gaven ons goede tips en namen de tijd om uit te leggen hoe de e-scooter werkte. Onwijs vriendelijk stel. Als we terug komen, is het zeker dat we ook de volgende keer hier onze fiets of e-scooter huren.

Een onwijs fijne en leuke ervaring! Het bedrijf is te vinden midden in het centrum. Wij hebben de scooters in de auto gelegd, de auto dichtbij geparkeerd en zijn op avontuur gegaan! Met de scooters hebben wij heel het park bezocht en andere bezienswaardigheden. Een aanrader! Het personeel is zeer behulpzaam en vriendelijk!
