Franci and I took a picture before we dined at the Michelin star Restaurant below. We were very hungry after the città alta climb! Ha! Franco is a good bicyclist and good guide. Very safe and very fun to talk with. Bikes were super easy. This is a must tour where you are away from tourists and can be with locals too. Sight seeing is spectacular! I can not wait to do this tour again.

A must-do tour for anyone near Bergamo. The views are stunningly gorgeous and Franco is a wonderful guide! We got rained out for a couple of hours, but he still finished the tour with us even though he didn’t need to. Thanks Franco!

There were six women of varying degrees of fitness who took this tour. We had a ball. Mario was our guide, he was fun and easy to be around. The e-bikes are great and make the (many) hills so much easier to navigate. The views are spectacular. The tour is well worth doing, we had great fun.

Franco was an awesome guide! We were all over the city and countryside and saw amazing views from on high. It was spectacular. We loved Bergamo! This was the last day of a 23 day European vacation and Franco helped make it one of our best!

Saw this on trip advisor and having never used an e-bike, thought this would give us a greater appreciation of bergamo without the walking. This was a superb experience. Franco met us at the hotel and walked a short distance to collect the bikes. There were just the two of us booked. A familiarisation of the controls and we were off. What a brilliant way to start our holiday. Saw the outskirts on many quiet cycle paths, and then then bikes came into their own with a trip up to Citta Alta. Steep climbs on the partly cobbled streets. Passed with ease serious cyclists on expensive road bikes. Don't pass up the opportunity to take this tour. Franco doesn't speak much English but we all got by easily enough. Grazie mille Franco.

The e-bike experience allows you to see more than you can see by foot. Plus you get the benefit of a great tour guide like Franco. He was so personable and knowledgeable. Would recommend to anyone brave enough to go fast up and down the hills.

Marco was a professional cycles and he was very attentive the entire time. About the tour, I highly recommend it, as it is a unique way to explore the beautiful Citta Alta and the surrounding county side. Bellísimo!

I’ve been to Italy 5 times before and this tour was the best thing I’ve ever done. I had no idea how beautiful Bergamo was. This tour will take you through the countryside, the newer city, and the old. There is no better way to see all of Bergamo. I can’t recommend this tour enough. Great for all levels since the bikes are electric. My favorite day in Italy. The pictures don’t do it justice. Trust me.

Our guide Franco was excellent he took us at a good pace around the sites. We got to see the countryside and all the historic town. Communication was great. His knowledge was also great. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience with Franco. The e-bikes are easy to get to grips with and we got to see some beautiful parts of Bergamo that we definitely wouldn't have by ourselves! Franco also gave us some recommendations for restaurants.

Really enjoyed the cycling trip. Franco was lovely; patient and friendly. We are not regular cyclists, but the ebikes are great and very easy to manage. We covered almost 30 kilometres and saw amazing sights over and in the city. Bergamo Park was lovely to cycle through. We felt very privileged to be able to take thus tour. Wonderful!

The bikes were powerful and comfortable and properly sized for us, the ride was lovely and our guide Franco was very attentive. The only drawbacks are that the ride didn't take us to any towns outside of Upper Bergamo, as in the description and photos. Franco plans to learn more history and English which will greatly improve the tour.

A great experience! You can see so much in 3hrs on an E-bike. Franco met us with the bikes already loaded near our apartment. We firstly headed up to the old town stopping at the key sites and weaving around back lanes. We then headed up to the castle along a fantastic quiet road offering stunning views over Bergamo. It was then time to headed downhill using another great trail with further views over Bergamo, taking us through the green forested area along a river, past horses, fields of corn - beautiful. Our destination the monastery- be aware on the 10am tour this is all closed, just looking from outside. Then it was a flat route back into town through residential areas back to the bike van. A great tour that we all enjoyed. First time on an E-bike, you can work as little or as much as you like, it’s really good fun. Only downside was no stop for drink or ice cream etc not sure if that was a time issue. Franco is great, clearly loves the area and knows it well however his English is minimal so be prepared to engage and translate between you - we had no problems, fantastic friendly guy!

We spent the best afternoon in the company of the lovely Franco! We loved the route taken and it was great to see Bergamo from a different perspective. Highly recommend

This bike tour with Franco was fantastic. He communicated with us very well and met us right on time. All the e bikes were in perfect shape! He was very enthusiastic and helpful, esp when explaining how to use the e-bike. The tour through old city Bergamo was wonderful as was the countryside. Franco stopped for interesting sights and was very informative. We also stopped for some great picture taking. We all thought Franco was awesome and would def ride with him again. We are a family of 6, with adult children and we all loved it!
