Great experience overall - staff was super friendly & got us setup before starting our tour, which really put us at east since we'd never been on electric bikes or visited France before.

Great experience! Did a full day self guided tour. They did a nice job explaining how to use the bikes and their app is amazing and guides you perfectly.

We thoroughly enjoyed our e-bike experience in Marseille. We had no previous experience of ebikes, but the guys clearly explained how to use the bikes and set up the virtual guide. All very easy and a great way to see the city and get around. Would definitely do it again.

Fun and easy! Hint, walk around Marseille for a week to get to know the streets, traffic patterns, and signals/signs before trying to navigate!

Magical Marseilles coast - ports and views Superb service, very helpful recommendations of where to visit,Komoot app self guide tour easy to follow and easy informative. Good safe bikes, easy to ride and fun! Rented for whole day but finished early and only charged half day! Definitely recommend! Will use again when we come back.

Big family group with 13 year olds and grandparents. Super fun, all ages loved it! Ride to Notre Dame was tough though. Very steep. But even so it was one of our favorite adventures!!

A great experience on quality bikes. We came on a cruise and this site is in town which requires a taxi ride to get there. $40 for 6 people. The shop gave great explanations and recommendations. The virtual guide is nice but if we were to do it again, we would visit the Notre Dame first as it is up a very steep incline and not for the faint of heart! Would definitely use this company again!

Biked up to Notre Dame, the views were amazing!! Then back to the port area for a snack of wine and cheese. A perfect afternoon!

Working with Thomas was excellent. He should be given a raise. We love the city and the bikes work very well. Just be careful drivers there are very fast.

Great staff. Very friendly. We rented 7 e-bikes and we took a great tour of the city Marseille. The bikes were great. We biked up the steep hill to the Notre Dame de la Garde cathedral without any problems.

We had a wonderfull time with the ebikes in Marseille. Considering it goes up and down a lot we were glad we had these excellent bikes! Sometimes a bit hectic in the trafic but there a lot of beautiful spots to visit... prepare your tour well and enjoy! The girl in the shop was also very friendly.

E-Bike in Marseille was amazing- beautiful beaches and easy ride. The staff of TROLIB were extremely nice and helpful. Will come back, for sure!

We had a wonderful experience and discovered a whole new side of Cassis. We travelled more than 18 km under 4 hours and did not get tired at all, due to the amazing E-vtt bikes. The manager was very friendly and helpful with tips and advice. A perfect way to spend you sunny day and fall in love with French Provence. 5/5!

Central located in Marseille, from where you can easily make a tour to Callelongue in 4 hours, which is at the edge of the national parc the Callanques. It is a nice tour with continously a good view on the Mediterranean Sea. This ride can also be done with normal bikes, we believe, though the e-bike was a relaxed way of traveling. The price was good: €25 for a e-bike for 4 hours, of €40 for a day. The guys were nice, the bikes in good condition, and we were flexible in returning the bikes. We didn't need to decide beforehand when we would like to return. Good to know: you need a creditcard for deposit.
