Our guide was very knowledgeable. It was hard to hear the guide with a large bus group walking outside. Consider having participants tune in to an assigned radio station to hear the guide.

Great night out. I read reviews about people getting lost and not keeping up with the group...we stopped for an ice cream and walked at our own leisure. While there are many lights and people, it ain't times square...it's a couple of blocks of houses and if you can't find your way back to the bus, maybe New Mexico might be a better holiday destination fit than New York. Steve was a fantastic host and the bus trip was relaxing and informative. The stop at Brooklyn bridge is the highlight.

If you go on this tour, be aware, you spend 3/4 of your time riding on a bus through New York traffic. Our Tour Guide was pretty weak and that the amount of information that he gave was limited. When we finally got to the area in which we were to look at the lights. There were so many people that he did a very poor job of keeping us together. At one point, he left the group without instructions to find a few lost people who had fallen behind in the crowd. Some of the lights were impressive, most of the houses were overdone, and became too much for my taste.

Everything was just perfect. We had an enjoyable time and we will recommend this tour to our friends. Thank you, Josephine Madden

Better in person than viewing the pictures. Pictures are nice but does not give the real in-person view. It was fantastic!

Great views of the houses at Dyker heights. Alan our guide was very good and helpful. The bus was not in a very good condition, as it was very old and noisy.

Very disappointed with this tour. I was so looking forward to it but it was rushed from start to finish. Far too many people, no time to take in our surroundings and have proper photo opportunities and actually enjoy what we were looking at. Not physically possible to walk, take photos, and keep an eye on where our guide was. It was a relief to get back on the bus!

Tour guide was great and very knowledgeable. Made it fun for everyone. It was like being a tourist in our own city. The driver was great too. Very nice perk with Brooklyn Bridge stop and great music coming into Manhattan.

The experience of seeing the home Christmas decorations at Dyker Heights. Our guide could have been better prepared as it was difficult to follow her amongst the hundreds of visitors at Dyker especially at night. Guide must have been new and could have done a better job as a guide.

Doing this by night is a must we really enjoyed the content and Mo and Miguel who did an amazing job explaining the entire trip.

It was very nice trip. We loved the lights and seeing some of the city lights. Bus was kept warm, being from Arizona that was a big factor.

Not worth the money… Very disappointing, felt forced, we wasted our time. Very commercialized. Getting there takes one hour the actual walking tour takes approximately another hour.

Didn’t love it. The best part was that we were dropped home outside our hotel. Very underwhelming, had to wait 40min on the bus for other tour guests as they could not follow instructions. The tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable.

Cool lights. But we could see this at home. Mo was our tour guide and was knowledgeable. The bus takes you by many landmarks and he knew the history of them which was interesting.

Excellent trip. Good communication. Bus was early so got a quick start. Excellent guide and driver. All ran on time with extras to view the skyline

Paz took great care to keep track of all of us. He explained things well, and took us on a walking tour of some of the most impressive lighting displays. We loved it!

Of course the beautiful light displays. But also the guide took special care of the group. The bus driver was also engaging. It was an awesome experience. We will do it again.

Sadly I am unable to review the tour. Our flight from Ireland was delayed and we were unable to make it to the meeting place on time. I have been trying to contact the tour operator to see if we can use our vouchers today. We were very excited to see Dyker Heights, so I hope we are able to work something out.
