Shane was the best tour guide!! Not only was he knowledgable but he made this entire experience SO MUCH FUN!! Chicago loves Shane!!!

Shane was an amazing tour guide. The locals were friendly, and the whole experience was extremely fun. Shane’s knowledge and sense of humor made the entire trip even better. Also, with the small group of 15, we got to enjoy getting to know the other passengers. We would definitely think of booking again on a future trip. Highly recommend!!

This was such a cool experience!! We had so much fun with the group we were with, but the real highlight of this experience is Shane. He has a wealth of knowledge, is fun and attentive. Such a fun change of scenery to get out of Dublin for a night. 100% need to book this experience you won't regret it!! My husband Terence and I had seriously the best time and we will be back!

We went on the pub crawl to celebrate my 30th birthday and this was easily the best birthday I’ve ever had. Shane was incredible, the pubs were lovely and we had the best time. This was the highlight of our trip and I can’t recommend it enough.

Shane was our guide and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He did such a great job of putting everyone at ease. Shane encouraged us to mingle with and enjoy the locals at each location, as he knew they would be welcoming towards us. He was right! He shared information about what to expect at each pub, and what each one offered that the others didn’t. He also shared history about where we were along the way. You could tell that he had done this many times, and that he truly enjoyed providing this tour. It was obvious the locals were as fond of him as we came to be. Of all the things we did while on our short, but busy visit to Ireland, this stands out as our very favorite! Great job Shane! We would definitely do this again with Shane!

This is a MUST! I have been on this tour more than once and will do it on all future visits. It is a great opportunity to visit pubs that are out of the city, chat with locals and hear some incredible music. Shane is a fabulous driver and excellent host. He makes sure that all participants are having a fantastic time and is full of drink recommendations and knowledge!

Just completed our second pub tour, 7 years apart. If possible I would say this may have been even more brilliant than the first, but we loved it both times! Highly recommend this tour! Shane is an excellent tour guide with knowledge about local history, libations and music, he will not disappoint! There is no other tour like this one! You get picked up near Dublin Castle and whisked up into the mountains. Shane helps you, if you’re so inclined, to decide on a local libation or enjoy a personal favorite. His recommendations were spot on! Be it cider, beer or liquor, there’s a chance you won’t be able to experience these libations anywhere else on your Ireland trip. Not only would we recommend this tour to first timers, we plan on taking it every time we return to Dublin!

Just book this tour - you will not regret it! This was our favorite tour that we took while visiting both Ireland and Scotland (and we took several). Shane was the absolute best. He was super friendly and knowledgeable and also a mountain celebrity. Every single local knows Shane! Our group was small (my husband and I from the USA) and another couple from Germany but by the end of the tour we were all best friends. I highly recommend this tour especially if you want to visit mountain pubs that are not easily accessible.

Its one year ago that we took this amazing fun and informative pub tour. Our guide Shane was a pure genius on how to interact with paying tourists. I am sure he could fill a bigger 50 seat buss but he decided a max number of persons on the tour was best for everyone. Shane was a personal friendly and warm hearted guide who will always attract repeat customers.

A highlight of our Ireland trip! Shane was just the best. He shared history, stories and good music on our trip and to top it off he is just a stand up guy. Absolutely amazing! A must do if you’re in Dublin and enjoy exploring local pubs and culture! Shane was brilliant and made us all feel comfortable and included (had some cracking humour too!). We will be doing this again when we’re back next!

This trip was the highlight of our stay in Dublin. Shane our guide was fantastic with lots of banter and laughter. The pubs we visited were really welcoming and the food and drinks fab. Shane was really knowledgeable about the beers and ciders and we tried most of them! Shane made the trip extra special and we would go back in a heartbeat! We loved this tour. Glad to get a last minute cancellation for me and two friends. Great people on the tour and small group so you got to talk. Shane, the guide, was a true Irish storyteller with tons of information about the pubs, beer, whiskey etc... Next time, we will do the six pub afternoon tour!

Was a brilliant evening visiting some great Pubs. Nice to get outside the city centre and see some much less touristy pubs. Met some great people. As a solo traveler it was perfect. Shane the host was absolutely fantastic. Will definitely do it again when back in Dublin.

Shane was very entertaining. I loved his joy and enthusiasm. His singing was great as well. He was quite prompt and cared for all is as if we were family.
