My favorite time in all 4 days of being in Ireland. Mark is knowledgeable and funny. Such beautiful views and ends with the best food I had my entire trip!

Mark is an amazing guide. His love for Howth (and Missy!) clearly shows throughout the tour. It was wonderful to get out of the city and see this beautiful area. The DART (train) was quite easy to use, and since Howth is the end of the line, you really can't miss your stop! The history of the area is fascinating and the pictures and video Mark provides are excellent mementos. Don't hesitate to take this tour!

This was definitely the best tour I went on whilst in Dublin as a solo traveller, I genuinely cannot recommend it enough. Mark was super funny and personable with the small group of us, he has a great knowledge of the local Howth lore. The hike was nicely challenging, and Missy definitely helped to inspire some stamina for those who needed it (me). The views from the cliff were absolutely breathtaking and just got better the further along we went. Lunch and a pint went down extremely well, the seafood was honestly the best I’ve had. Our particular group had gelled so well after a pint or three that we decided to hang out after the tour had well and truly ended. Obviously every group won’t click quite like that, but Mark’s energy, the shared enthusiasm for hiking, puppies and pints was definitely an element in our group forming some lasting friendships. If you’re planning on going to Howth, or even just to Dublin you can’t miss this tour!

This walking tour really is a lovely way to spend a day! Mark is a fun, engaging guide and he brings Missy, the sweetest little sidekick. There's a lot to see in Howth, but of course the walk along the cliffs is the best part. Or, maybe the pint waiting for you once you've conquered the cliffs is the best part! Either way, Mark's tour is a great way to get out of Dublin and do something a little different. I highly recommend it. Oh, almost forgot the video! Marks makes you a cool little video of your tour. It's a great souvenir.

My best friend and I have been traveling for a few months now and we went to Dublin for a long weekend. We decided to take a day trip to Howth and figured we should book a tour so we can get the most of our day. Originally, what drew us to this tour was the dog :) but we ended up making multiple friends and connections through this tour. Mark and missy really gave us the most amazing tour we have ever been on. The hike was beautiful and scenic and Mark knows how to make the information about the town interesting and funny. Missy was amazing and so cute. She had the cutest personality and definitely knew her way around Howth. By the end of the day we felt like we were all a part of a family. I can’t recommend this tour enough. We will absolutely be back :)

A very fun hike with gorgeous views of the coast!! Mark was very knowledgeable and funny, and his dog Missy was super cute! At the end of the tour, you get a nice video of your journey as well. Would recommend!

Had the pleasure of experiencing the best tour guide in Howth.. and then there was Mark. Jokes aside, Mark and Missy are a dream duo: charismatic, funny and very welcoming. Luckily the weather was perfect, so we had a clear view of everything, and thanks to our guides we had a lot of fun and learned some interesting facts about Howth. Since the group was rather small, we had the chance to get to know each other and decided to spend the rest of the day together in Howth after the tour. So, if you want a real irish experience and want to meet new interesting people from all over the world, you should book this tour!

This was by far the best tour we have taken!! Mark was a great tour guide, gave us so much information about Howth, and Missy made everyone’s day!!! If you are in Dublin you must take this tour!! I can’t say enough good things about this tour and you will not be disappointed!!

Mark and Missy’s tour is an excellent day trip option allowing you to visit somewhere outside of Dublin with ease. Mark is a fantastic guide providing a well-thought-out tour of Howth. The hike was beautiful and relaxing! Highly recommend.

We did this group trip this morning with Mark . Our group of 10 women had a fantastic experience. We loved the hike and Mark was funny and entertaining. We learned a lot and saw a lot. We all loved the hike and the restaurant afterward was great. Totally recommend this and would do it again!

Absolutely incredible! This is the perfect way to get out of the city center and spend time along the gorgeous coast. Even better is that Mark and Missy accompany you with fabulous stories! Mark’s passion for his home of Howth is clear and he is so great with all guests. The DART ride from the city is about 30 minutes and €5. A must do!

Mom and two adult sons went and had a great time. Mark was friendly, funny and clearly knew his way around the town. The food was the best yet and beer was delicious. Was a very fun way to see the village and experience the culture.

Mark and Missy were a delight. Mark takes you on a beautiful walk/hike loop through Howth. Mark had loads of interesting and funny stories. Missy is adorable. The hike views were stunning. The pub at the end has a fun history and great food. Howth was an easy train ride for Dublin. My kids made fun of me for booking a hike with "some random dude and his dog" but they loved it. Had a lovely day with Mark and Missy yesterday. Started in Howth and made our way to the cemetery which had graves dating back to the 1400s. Mark had stories about the cemetery and its occupants as well as why there are traditionally wakes. Then we hiked up to the Howth Summit and absolutely lucked out with no rain or wind. Sun was shining during part of the hike. Strongly recommend wearing layers. Then walked down hill back into town to have a round of drinks and grab lunch at a local pub. Got a lovely video of the tour which I have shared with family.

Beautiful day with mark and his cutest pup Missy! Views were incredible and mark was a great host! We appreciated the fun day in Howth!

This hike was absolutely beautiful! If you have time to do just one activity in Dublin, I would recommend this hike hosted by Mark! Mark was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area, as well as having the most adorable doggy partner Missy. If I come back to Dublin, I will definitely be doing this hike again. The views were amazing, and is a good way to explore the area!

One of my favorite days of my entire trip - Howth was the cutest town, and the hike was lovely! Our guide was fun and knowledgable, and the restaurant we ended up at for pints had some of the best food I ate during my time in Ireland. Can’t recommend enough for a half day, but I would say stick around after and make it a full day!

Thanks Mark and Missy for a great hike. It was a little chilly but the beautiful views were worth it. We had a fantastic time! It’s an easy train ride from Dublin. You won’t be disappointed.
