We thoroughly enjoyed the desert safari experience by Platinum Heritage. The attention to detail and personalized service we encountered throughout our experience set a platinum standard. Amjad, our tour guide, demonstrated exceptional knowledge, warmth, and attentiveness throughout the entire event!

From being picked up at my Hotel to riding through the private reserve in a 1950 Land Rover the trip was fun and just good for my soul. I had two fantastic guides one from Pakistan and the other from Kenya that shared taking care of me and making sure I had an amazing time. The desert was beautiful so close to the city but a world away. I had my hair wrapped in a beautiful pink Shelia and was given a great water bottle on arrival. We walked barefoot through the dunes and I spent the rest of the evening barefooted. The peregrine falcon demonstration as we sat in the sand on beautiful pillows with our drinks during the sunset was fantastic. Then we drove camp for our evening activities and meal. Again a beautiful camp setup with activities, comfort, and beauty. More local drinks and the very best lentil soup that I’ve ever had with a bread made in the camp over a fire that is very thin and crisp and really good. Then the starters came. Yummy middle eastern treats that were so good and fresh and filled me up completely before the main dishes were served. The couple at my table really enjoyed these dishes especially the lamb, chicken and the rice with nuts. Desserts came next but I didn’t even look at them. I got a henna tattoo, and enjoyed the star gazing with all the lights out. I was going to take a elephant ride then but by that time I was full and tired after a very long flight the day before. Then it was a ride back to my hotel with lots of conversation and the end to a perfect day.

Definitely the best safari in Dubai, was really good fun and you are looked after well. Don’t expect to see too many animals !

We had an amazing afternoon and evening. We were picked up from our hotel in a luxury truck. En-route to the conservation area our guide Danish gave us a quick detour to the camel racetrack where we saw many camels being exercised. On arrival at the conservation area we were all given a headscarf and water bottle. We went out in a 1950’s Land Rover and Danesh was an absolutely wicked driver, we had to hold on tight as he gave us all the ride of our lives! Thanks Danish!! 😄 We had the opportunity to walk in the desert and see the beautiful landscape and wildlife. In the evening we went to a Beduin camp and had great food and entertainment. The stargazing was amazing. Danesh looked after us the whole time and nothing was too much trouble for him. It really was the highlight of our holiday - thank you Danesh!

The desert safari was excellent. No dune bashing, comfortable for everyone and lots of interesting facts and information from our excellent guide (Khairi). Our daughter's dietary needs were also catered for, which we appreciated. They also made a video of our safari, using drones, which was amazing. A wonderful experience that we highly recommend.

Communication with the Heritage Safaris was very good - very helpful via email. The guide was punctual, friendly and informative. Food and activities were great. Very organised.

We had a great time, Runel was the best guide and very informative about Dubai history and culture. Runel looked after us throughout and we were really entertained, it was great! Cannot reckoned this tour highly enough!

Everything was great!! The tour guide, the location of the camp, the cars, we saw soo many oryx and some gazelles, it worths the money you pay for!Just go!

We set off from our hotel in the afternoon, and from the first moment we met Ravi he couldn’t have been nicer. He was with us from start to finish, and was on hand to answer all our questions (and, we had many). Ravi made the entire experience so interactive from start to finish. His knowledge of the area is second-to-none, and he added so much to our experience. He drove us back to our hotel, and provided music for our group of eight on the journey home. It felt like a party bus, and Ravi got involved with the singing and dancing, too. A true gentleman, and we would recommend this tour to anybody who comes to Dubai. The food was amazing, the entertainment even better & every tour guide provided us with an interactive experience. If we could rate the experience higher than 10 out of 10, we would. Yassssss

It is a must be, when you plan your trip to Dubai. Amazing views, show, dinner and people. Lionel was a great guide and overall the whole organisation is on a 5 star rating. Everything is well planned. After my 4th trip to Dubai, and many experiences, this is my No. 1 advice to friends and family who plan to go.

A wonderful desert trip. The guide was very informative. The peace of the desert, sunset and meal didn’t feel touristy. Free Head dresses were just the thing for the sun. Meal was excellent! Highly recommend!

Exactly what we were looking for - Brilliant excursion! We were picked up from our hotel in a lovely comfortable car and taken out to the desert/conservation area. Our guide Dilnur was fantastic, very friendly and very knowledgeable and we came away feeling like we had learnt a lot as well as having a great experience, We wanted to explore the desert in a relaxing, and fun way and this rocked the boxes for us. The food was really good and the whole day was 10/10!

We had a spectacular experience from start to finish. On-time pick up, immaculate and comfortable vehicle and ride out to desert. Every detail was thought through and our guide, Ravi, personalized the adventure and shared lots of history and knowledge. He even took special care in helping us optimize our photography and ensured we had the best possible time. The dinner was delicious and the staff was all super friendly and warm. Book it!

The whole Safari put together was a wonderful experience. This one is less aggressive and lot smoother than others. Sammy was awesome! Friendly, Polite and could communicate in various languages.

Very well ran and popular tour, would absolutely recommend to anyone coming to Dubai. Seeing the real desert in a 1950s Land Rover and beginning the understand the sheer vastness of it all was pretty awesome. Our guide was able to add a lot of good commentary throughout the journey. I especially enjoyed the 4-course dinner, even though we are quite familiar with middle-eastern cusine, eating it in a Bedouin camp and seeing it cooked in front of us elevated the whole experience. My son loved the Camel ride and his henna scorpion tattoo (that looked more like a shrimp). The falcon show was educational. We were impressed by how quickly the team we were able to patch together a 3 minute video of our 5 hour adventure - and upsell of course - but we thought the product was quite good even if it was 300 AED for the photos and 300 AED for the video. That's obviously quite expensive but that's just Dubai in general I felt.
