Very professional. Our guide Mahmoud gave us a lot of interesting information about Dubai in German. We were very satisfied.

Our guide was brilliant. She was full of knowledge and taught us a lot about Dubai. We saw a lot, but it was too rushed. We got taken to each place - photo and then moved on. Would’ve been great to walk around and have time in each location. It was also disappointing to miss the sunset at Burj Khalifa, I booked the time recommended for sunset but it was well and truly dark. They drop you at the queue and leave you to it. Tickets weren’t fast track. We lined up for an hour to go up, was dark and then a big line to come down again.

Mediocre! We 3 adults had booked the tour including sunset at the Burj Kalifa, which cost 100 AED per person extra. Although we skipped the marina, didn't have a coffee break but only a short stay in the Souk Madinat, skipped the photo stop in front of the Burj al Arab, only visited a dealer right at the entrance to the Spice Souk and only took a quick photo of the outside of the Gold Souk, We were at the entrance to the Burj Kalifa at 5:20 p.m. after we had to struggle endlessly through the traffic and finally through the crowds of people in the Dubai Mall. There our guide just gave us the tickets and he left. At sunset at around 5:30 p.m. we were still standing in line at the entrance to Burj Kalifa. We finally reached the top shortly before 6 p.m. We received no compensation for the lost sunset! Even on a busy Saturday, the organizer should ensure that you are there in time for sunset as booked.
