Booked this prior to coming to Dubai. The communication was great throughout. On the day we were told pick up for 2 but wasn’t picked up till 4. Although that was annoying, it worked out for the best and we managed to still fit everything in and more! Our driver Mujeeb was excellent. He was informative and made sure we had the best experience. Gave us tips along the way too. Thank you soo much. Would defo book again!

Got collected from hotel no problem but when we arrived at the quad bikes there was a lack of communication and were just left. No idea what was happening. Could t find our driver. Eventually found him and he asked to see our tickets. There was no WiFi so had to link to his. We were then told to be very careful on quad as no insurance and then were put off sand boarding as again he said there was no insurance and we may fall off and break a limb. A bit off putting today the least ! We purchased the most expensive package S wanted an amazing experience but when we arrived at camp we were hounded by the various sellers and were only given water. The lady behind the counter was extremely rude and when I asked for a Diet Coke she said coke only but not in a nice manner at all. Henna tattoo - there was only one small design included in package and when I said I wanted it the lady started speaking to the next person as she wanted me to purchase a larger design. This is terrible as I shouldn’t have to buy once I paid for the package. Sheesha , I was told I had to purchase a flavour to have at my table and if I wanted the free I had to wait until after dinner was served. By that time we were promptly escorted back to our car. Entertainment was extremely poor. Then we were put in another car with another family where I was sat right at back with 2 kids for an hour and a half and my legs were so squashed. All in all not the experience we had hoped.

Mujeeb Ur Rehman was our driver, had a really nice day in the dunes and at the Oasis in the end. Fireshow at Oasis was a highlight!

The safari was so amazing. The safari guide Mr. Mujeeb was fabulous and he drove so well.. the view was so amazing

Amazing tour. Our guide Basheer was exceptional. Quadbilke experience was phenomenal and very good dune bashing. Very good overall!

The best thing I’ve done in Dubai. Our driver, Baseer was great. He let us play loud music in the car, took great photos of us on the dunes and his driving skills for the dune bashing were INSANE! Dune bashing was the highlight but the whole experience was great. Ask for Baseer if you can, he put up with 4 girls blasting music the whole time. 😂 photos don’t do the experience justice.

The most amazing desert safari with Baseer!!! Thank you so much for our best day in dubai! Great entertainment on the sand dunes and the quad bikes were really fun! The show was spectacular especially the fire dancer. Thank you Baseer again for a day to remember!

The host ‘Tariq’ I felt personally was unprofessional and out of line with how he interacted with me. He would keep asking to meet up and asking for pictures of my outfit to be sent on whatsapp which is extremely inappropriate. If you’re a young female, would not recommend this company at all. Mujeeb was the driver and guide I had for the desert safari. He did the best he could and overall provided me with updates on all the activities and kept me in the loop on everything. He also did a decent job with the sand duning and was alert during some of the activities. Unfortunately with the quad biking, you are left unsupervised. I clearly told him I had no driving or biking experience, he did the best he could to make sure I was okay on the bike the first 10-15 mins then he eventually left. I ended up falling off the quad bike and sustained a minor injury. Have a pretty bad cruise on my upper left thigh, and my right thumb and index hurt. My entire body hurts after the fall. With the sand boarding, I also got a pretty bad scratch on my ankle. Overall, if you’re doing the safari, you want a good team that will make the experience memorable and they treat you with respect, and they ensure you’re alright throughout the process and not being left attended. I would highly book your safari activity elsewhere and avoid this company. Thanks.

The tour was very nice with our guide Baseer. We feel very safe during the dunebashing. The sandboarding was excellent and it was very amazing to experience the desert with the quad. It was an amazing and awesome day!

We had a great day! Baseen was very kind and even while dune dashing, wich was crazy wild but a lot of fun, we felt very safe in the car. The experience of exploring the desert with the quad bike is one of a kind and I’d recommend it to everybody.

We had an amazing day with Baseen. A funny and kind person. Also the quad tour and dune bashing with sandbording was perfect. Do this, if you are in Dubai!

The service from beginning to end was very good. Our driver Baseer was genuine and very helpful. He helped us a lot with advice during the desert safari. The host Tariq and his staff stayed in contact with us the whole time too. The safari was fun. The driver picked us up from hotel. It all started with a quad bike session which was fun and then dune bashing and pictures. Then we went to camp and had some food, shisha, watched some performances which were good to watch. Belly dancer, fire show. Loads of food for the guests and there is also camel rides at the camp. Even during the hot weather it was still fun and worth it! Thank you Tariq and his team, especially Baseer

This was by far one of my favorite activity in Dubai. Tarik is the best tour guide and dune basher driver. I highly recommend and looking forward to returning to enjoy this some more.
