10 out of 10 tour! An absolute must when in Medellin. Professional, great communication and worth every penny. The zip line was extreme and memorable. The hike to the waterfall was exhilarating and rewarding. Be prepared for a workout! Recommend rain jacket(it’s the mountains)and pants because of the flies. The waterfall was picturesque and impressive. The tour guide Sebastian was patient, knowledgeable and fun. This tour was the highlight of my trip to Medellin. You won’t regret booking. There’s much more to tell but you got to see for yourself!

Views were incredible! Our driver Julian and our guide Sebastian were very patient and informative. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for an amazing adventure. Just be aware that hiking up and down the mountain is pretty intense if you are not that physically fit but it is possible with breaks on between. Wear hiking boots or sneakers and comfy clothes. Definitely worth it!!!

We had the most amazing experience! The zip line above the valley between the mountains and above the waterfall was magical. We even got to sit in the hammocks over 1000 feet up! The waterfall was breathtaking! Sebastian and Julian made our experience feel so safe and comfortable. Truly a wonderful trip. I would recommend hiking boots there’s a lot of hiking involved up and down the mountain but totally worth it!

My wife and I had a fantastic time doing the hike to the waterfall with zip line and hammocks with Diego our tour guide. Everything was first rate we had a great experience. The hike was beautiful, but strenuous on the way up. Zip lining and the hammocks were amazing. Diego spoke great English, and was very accommodating and informative Everyone else at the ecopark was very professional and we always felt safe. highly recommend!

The waterfall was absolutely beautiful and the zip lining was so much fun. Such a beautiful view. The tour guide Diego was so polite and made you feel relaxed all day.

This is the best zip line experience for me. Company provided transportation from hotel and they were on time. Zip line place has amazing views. Safety is well taken care through out the adventure. This crew has very good knowledge of location and community. My vehicle driver infact educated and politely answered all our questions about their culture, education system, politics etc throughout the travel time. I would definitely recommend them for a best zipline experience.

We took this trip few days ago, Julian and Esteban Gonzalez were on time to pick us up. They did great job setting up and explaining the tour. I did the hammock for the first time and the guys did amazing job and it was great experience. Coming to Zipline, it’s very adventurous , the 700meters between the two mountains is absolute joy. I highly recommend this trip.

Staff was friendly and courteous, hammocks and zipline were great, need some preparation and comfortable gear for the trekking as it involves steep climbing.

The views are amazing especially water falls. Activities like zip liner and hummock will make you feel more adventurous

One of the must visit places for tourists and travel coordinators speak good English and take care of the trip w/o any hassles. They picked us from the our hotel and stick to us all day until we safely reached back to hotel. I highly recommend them.

Our guide was Jorge, he was great. Helpful and flexible. The trip was as advertised, a fun adventure with two solid ziplines and a unique suspended hammock activity that I've never seen before. Hike and waterfall were great as well.

Jorge was our tour guide. He was very patient, easy going and made me feel comfortable. I am scared of heights but wanted to do the tour anyways - he made sure I felt okay throughout the entire time. I was too scared to zipline or hammock unfortunately - but it was okay. I spent time at the restaurant/ family home and the views were breathtaking. The family was kind and made sure I was okay. I had some fruits from the family garden, took a nap on the hammock and just really enjoyed the whole space while Jorge took another person on the zipline etc. I would highly recommend. I will be back and make sure to do the whole experience.

Diego provided the most incredible experience. We started with hammocks followed by zip line. The waterfall is breathtaking but the climb back is strenuous yet rewarding. Fernando, the bar tender at the bar with the most spectacular views was so charming. This experience is a must when visiting Medellin.
