We would highly recommend this tour! Enrique was a great guide - friendly, knowledgeable, attentive & accommodating. He kept us right on schedule & even fit in time for us to grab a coffee. He also gave us great recs for things to do & see around Porto. This tour was overall a great experience :) (Enrique, if you’re reading this, we’re crossing our fingers for that family tree!)

The 3 Wineries were exceptional and our tour host Jorge was the best. I would recommend this tour as top notch.

We did the three wine tour in the Douro Valley. Our guide Jorge was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about the Douro valley. He made us feel comfortable and everything ran smoothly. The last winery was fun as we were able to go into an actual wine barrel. The food on the tour was excellent especially the fish dish. We would definitely do this tour again.

A wonderful tour with João to Douro Valley. We booked a small tour which was shared with a total of 8 people. The small size tour was worth the minimal increase in price. We enjoyed the information about the region and the cultural history of Portugal. Great winery selections with a focus on smaller operations. We prefer to support the smaller local vineyards.

great company, great guide very informative, great time. our guide went out of her way to give us a great tour. she let us go to another winery while the rest of the group took a boat ride down the river.

The rain just wouldn't stop, but Joao did a great job of not letting the weather interfere with our trip to the Douro Valley. It turned out to be a wet, but very beautiful day. My family loved our private wine tasting overlooking the misty vineyard-lined hillsides along the river. Such a special experience. We also visited 2 other vineyards, each with a different presentation. Lunch was wonderful -- great food and great conversation amongst the group. Couldn't have asked for a better day. Thank you for being such a great host, Joao!

We had a fun day with Brahim and our group. Brahim was prompt, friendly, informative and helpful. We liked all of our stops and we didn’t feel rushed and had a good amount of time. Beautiful views of the valley and great wine. I plan to book this tour again with another friend group in the future.

The tour was the perfect day trip out of a rainy Porto. The pickup was on time and Diana was very friendly and welcoming. The group was just 8 of us which is great for a more personalized experience; really good if you are traveling solo. Great views of the Douro and visiting the 3 wineries gives you a taste of different kinds of wines. Lunch was a delicious home made meal complete with dessert and coffee. Highly recommended if you haven’t had port wine tastings at Vila Nova de Gaia already.

Took this tour in December and was very happy I booked. I had debated doing the boat trip but with the weather was very glad that I did the 3 wineries instead. The wineries and Lunch was great. Our guide Brahim was very personable and his stories made the drive pass by quickly.

Our daughters researched and selected this tour prior to our trip to Porto. We love traveling, but typically stay away from touristy areas and crowds. We selected this specific tour, because it was limited to 8 people. Brahim was our guide and he was outstanding. He was very good about communicating prior to the tour with details about our pickup time and everything was right on time. Brahim couldn’t have been more accommodating and is very knowledgeable about the area. We stopped for a quick cappuccino and pastry in a small town just outside of Porto, then we traveled to the Douro Valley. We were grouped with 4 other people from Australia, and had a great trip talking and laughing with them all. The specific wineries were very spectacular and I can’t say enough good things about this trip. Thanks again to Brahim!

This tour was excellent. Our guide, Andrea, is amiable and knowledgeable. She brought us a great experience, was very flexible regarding the schedule and well connected with locals, which enriched our experience. Lunch was outstanding; it was a charming experience tasting local food and wines. This tour is highly recommended.

10/10 absolutely would recommend! This was a great day trip filled with beautiful views and delicious wine. Pickup was a breeze to coordinate and the transport to and from the vineyards was very easy. The drive out was through thick fog, but once we broke through to the sunshine after crossing the mountains it was beautiful. The vineyards gave large tasting pours and the lunch was delicious as well—you definitely won’t go home hungry or sober!

This tour was amazing and well worth the money. Our tour guide, Cheila, was great, very knowledgeable and a very safe driver. The way our tour guide decided our destinations was excellent. The three wineries were all informative and a great learning experience. Long but fun day and would do it again!

Thanks to Pedro for making our Duoro Valley wine trip a success! From easy communication, prompt hotel pick up, comfortable vehicle, excellent aural history and of course 3 incredible winery visits, the day was fantastic! I was traveling solo and felt very safe, well attended to, and made friends with everyone in our group. You get to try a variety of wines, including dry table wines which is good if port wine is too sweet for your taste. Wish I could have stayed longer!
