I loved the view and how smooth the ride was. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable. I wish it could have been longer.

It was an amazing experience! Our pilot Matt was very informative a great pilot and very reassuring! Me and my husband had a blast! Worth every penny for views like that!

For the first time with our family it was a good trip up! Our pilot was great. The flight unfortunately was only 6 minutes and cost us for a family of four over $100 so kind of a bummer that the ride was so short. But I’m sure it cost that in fuel :)

The whole crew put our mind at ease before even going in the air! Jesse is from MN where I’m from so what an nice little coincidence!

This was a first time in the air for my Grandson and I. It was absolutly amazing! I cant begin to describe how exciting it was for us. Our Pilot J.D. and co pilot Taylor were the best. Friendly and very informative. They made an old lady and her Grandson's first flight experience THE BEST!!!

We had never flown on a helicopter before and it was a unique experience! The views are spectacular and I would highly recommend it to anyone.

We had a cabin on Lake Douglas and after seeing a few helicopters fly over we decided to check it out from above. It was a smooth and enjoyable trip. Our pilot was very nice.

Definitely the helicopter ride, even though short, not long enough to talk to the pilot and be told about what you’re flying over. Although it is very nice that they have things to do when you’re waiting for your flight. Staff was very friendly and polite, but we had a reservation, but showed up about an hour early. I asked if we’d be able to get on sooner but if we couldn’t, I understood I was told that we could and still ended up waiting an hour.would have rather been told to stick to the reservation time.

We initially purchased the $20 tour but after seeing what that was limited to we chose to upgrade our flight. It didn't disappoint! We had a blast and it has been the highlight of our vacation so far! Jay made sure that our experience leading up to the flight and afterward was top notch and our pilot Tommy was amazing! Not only is he a great pilot but also very knowledgeable about the area! I would definitely recommend them to anyone heading to Pigeon Forge!

Great views,kind and courteous employees.I felt safe and exhilarated for the entire trip and this was my 1st helicopter ride. Go check them out you will not be disappointed.

The views were amazing. My Family and I had so much fun! I actually got to be copilot and made it a better experience. All thanks to our pilot Tommy and Jay our boarding attendance, Btw he took the best pictures!!

We always wanted to fly in a helicopter and it was half the price of NYC or the Grand Canyon so it was a no-brainer. The flight itself is only about 15-20 minutes so it is not guided so much as the pilot is busy with air traffic but the views are great and it was fun to say we did it. Very well organized and the staff is friendly. Felt perfectly safe.

We vote for Pilot Cole and Attendant Jay! We had an amazing experience. Jay was a lot of fun and cut up with our group. Cole we found out was from our hometown. This is a great place for all ages. Thank you all for our experience on July 31st, 2023!

We enjoyed celebrating our 48th wedding anniversary flying over Douglas Lake on a helicopter tour. It was an exciting experience for both my husband and me👌

They were all so friendly. So helpful. I am handicapped and they helped me in the helicopter. My youngest son loved it. I highly recommend.

We had so much fun! Were are local and had been to another helicopter ride that is a separate business. this one is the best! pricing is much better and the helicopter was bigger and offered amazing views! Also this place has rock climbing and games with gem mining! If you are looking for a helicopter ride in the smokies...THIS ONE!

A phenomenal experience! My granddaughters first flight and she loved it! The facility is great. They run it like a well oiled machine. Very little wait for our flight. Musician on site performing with yard games to play while you wait. Food truck on site as well souvineir shop. The pilot was wonderful. Engaging, friendly and clearly very experienced. Smooth take off and landing. He shared historical information about the area during our flight. Awesome time! Highly recommend! Price point was awesome as well! We did a short flight since it was her first time flying. 12 minute flight over Douglas lake. Very reasonable priced. They take photos for you as well.

We went Thursday evening just the adults. We were so excited about it we went back Friday with the kids! HUGE HIT!!! They loved it!! Cole was out pilot Thursday, Rusty on Friday. Staff was all very helpful and friendly.

Wade was our pilot and did fantastic. JAY awesome pictures and really down to earth. Go see them it was a great experience.
