The private tour was a great experience. Our tour guide, Tong, was knowledgeable and funny. We also enjoyed the company of his local friend, Cher, who guided us through the hike. The local restaurant and coffee shop were both delicious. Highly recommend this experience!

I had an amazing private tour with Tong today. He prepared snacks, dessert, and water for us and took great pictures. He even helped me hold my bag and opened the car door for me every time. He went above and beyond and I really appreciate him. His english is excellent and he has been so kind to us. Tong’s friend, Cher, also accompanied us for the hike and showed us around. I learned how to whistle with a part of a plant from Cher! If I’m ever in Chiang Mai again, I’d definitely look for Tong again. I highly recommend that you book a tour with him as well!

An incredible experience with Tong as our private tour guide, and Cher as our local hiking guide. Tong brought snacks for us and went above and beyond taking lots of photos and educating us about Thai culture and history. All the activities were fun, and the scenery (waterfalls, temples, gardens) was exceptional. Lunch was delicious, as was the coffee (Starbucks of the mountain lol). I especially enjoyed Cher, our local hiking guide, doing fun little activities with us throughout the hike. Highly recommend this tour!

The tour was very well planned and well done. I learned a lot about the history of Doi Inthanon, the Karen hill tribe and Buddhism. The mountains and the waterfalls were so beautiful. I got to enjoy serene and peaceful nature, enjoy coffee from the land, and eat yummy local food. Mr Yut is a very kind, knowledgeable and friendly tour guide - I cannot recommend him and this tour enough :)

We took this all day tour with guide extraordinaire, Em. Em shared wonderful information about the culture, the villages, and the landscape. The trek was a 2.6 k walk through jungle, rice paddies, and water falls. It was beautiful. Some other highlights included a village coffee roaster and the twin pagodas. The twin pagodas were breathtakingly beautiful.

This was my family and I second tour with Mr. Oaky. The tour was amazing, I loved everything about it. Mr. Oaky is so knowledgeable, very attentive, and super nice. We didn't feel rushed at any point and the tour was very smooth. Thank you again Mr. Oaky for making this an unforgettable experience and also thank you to Mr. Nat for keeping us save on the drive to and from the hotel.

Had a fun time during the hike. Learned how to pop flowers and make mosquito sound. Waterfalls were beautiful and the hike was not strenuous.

Tong was an excellent guide. Speaks good English. Funny. Deep knowledge of history. Great at spending the right amount of time at each attraction to fit the most into a day. In addition to the summit and pagodas stops offered by other tours, he took us to a restaurant with local food and a nature hike to a coffee plantation (they had really good coffee). The car was spacious and comfortable. Since it was just me and my fiancee we were able to recline our seats all the way back and take a nap on the long drive there and back. It was the most expensive tour I could find so my expectations were high, but this tour exceeded them in every way. Tour was on 16th of March 2024.

Book this trip and request Tong!!!! Tong is what made our experience next level, as he is from Chiang Mai and knows the city inside and out. Our trip to the park was breathtaking, and Tong’s extra service was the cherry on top. He was always taking photos for us (and knew exactly where the best shots are), made sure we always had snacks and drinks, brought us cooled towels during the hottest part of the day, and taught us so much about the history and culture of the area. I highly suggest this tour, but I also suggest you request doing it with Tong - you won’t regret it!!!

Our tour guide, Austin, was so kind, responsive, accommodating and knowledgeable. He has a nice, clean, large van that made the trip so comfortable for our family of four. We visited Chiang Mai while it was hot (99 degrees) and smoggy, so having an air conditioned van was necessary. I highly recommend this tour to any first time visitor to Chiang Mai.
