I had a memorable experience as Clement (instructor) is very knowledgeable and the most importantly - he loves his job. His attention to detail was noteworthy - it came about whilst I was trying to dive into water a few times unsuccessfully. He noticed very quickly that the problem was technical, and it was not caused by fear of diving. I was impressed how quickly he came up with a solution. Moreover, he was very patient, and he never gave up on me!

We had the most amazing time on our dives with Clemente! Such an unreal, unforgettable experience and the highlight of our trip to Cancun.

Our diving experience with Go Diving Cancun was absolutely incredible, and I can't thank them enough for making it so memorable. In our group were 2 beginner divers so I was naturally a bit nervous, but from the moment we walked in, their team put me at ease with their warm welcome and expert guidance. Clemente at Go Diving Cancun is a true professional who excels at teaching beginners. He took the time to patiently explain everything, from basic safety procedures to how to use the equipment, ensuring that we felt comfortable and confident before entering the water. Once we were underwater, nerves melted away as we were surrounded by the breathtaking beauty of the ocean. The dive instructor was right there by our sides every step of the way, providing constant support and encouragement as we explored this mesmerizing world beneath the surface. Safety was clearly a top priority which was incredibly reassuring as a beginner diver. His attention to detail and thorough briefings instilled a sense of trust, allowing us to relax and fully immerse ourselves in the experience. Not only did we learn a lot during our time with Go Diving Cancun, but we also had an absolute blast! The dive sites they took us to were nothing short of spectacular, teeming with colorful fish, vibrant coral reefs, and other fascinating marine life. Overall, I can't recommend Go Diving Cancun highly enough for beginner divers. Whether you're brand new to diving or looking to improve your skills, their patient instructors, emphasis on safety, and unforgettable dive experiences make them the perfect choice. I can't wait to dive with them again and continue my underwater adventures!"

We had a great time. Clementine did an incredible job as an instructor. Isabel to guys to the different areas and see different wildlife is great. It was a whole new world.

Everything about this trip was wonderful! Our instructor, Clemente, was truly amazing! He mentioned that they keep their groups small and our group was only my husband and I and one other person. So 3 divers and 1 instructor. Clemente answered all of our questions while we were training in the pool and made us all feel very confident that our dives would go off without a hitch. The first site was an underwater museum that was about a half hour boat ride from the practice pool and it was beautiful. We even saw a barracuda! The second site, the reef, was about a 15 min ride from the museum. It was also very beautiful with many schools of fish. Throughout the dives, Clemente kept an eye on everyone to make sure we were ok, making adjustments to our equipment to make us more comfortable. We also opted for the photo package and he took great photos and videos for us. About 95 photos and 20+ videos. I cannot recommend this tour enough. My teenage daughter wants to learn to dive and I’d definitely feel comfortable have her learn on this tour.

My wife and I decided to do this as we always wanted to try scuba diving and thought we needed to be certified first. If you wanted to try scuba diving, this has to be the most perfect excursion for you. This is what I would consider very beginner friendly and Clémente, the instructor, is one of the most thorough, calm and attentive person I have ever met. We had dry land instruction and then jumped into the swimming pool and did more there. He was able to answer all of our questions and went over everything several times to make sure you understood. Once he seemed satisfied with all our our attempts at breathing underwater. We jump into a boat and went across to the Isla Mujeres and got into the water to view the underwater museum. It was absolutely incredible and for once was excited that I was underneath the snorkelers rather than me on top of divers. A few tips, when Clémente says to go down slowly and pop your ears he means it. If it's not done properly you will not get to the bottom. How you breath is very important for your buoyancy. Wear a rash guard if you have one, we did not rent the wet suits and we were comfortable. You are supplied small snacks, but we brought sandwiches and ate them before getting on the boat. After we were finished with the underwater museum we went over to the natural reef which was a short trip. Clémente was very good guiding us through the reef safely and pointed out a lot of interesting creatures and fish. He never went too far ahead and made sure we stayed close. Another tip, taking your own GoPro is acceptable you may find it's too cumbersome. We had brought our own GoPro, but ended up purchasing the footage from Clémente. In my opinion it's worth it to have pictures and video of both of us together. Overall, I would highly recommend this if you ever wanted to try it. And Clémente is definitely the person to learn from.

The Master, Clémente is very experienced and his calm makes you relaxed from the start. The training in the pool was very well explained and was easy to follow. We decided to rent the wet suit and I was happy we did. We are also very happy with the videos and pictures. We did two dives of about 45 minutes each and it was just Wow! Beautiful scenery, we saw many cool fish, turtles and beautiful reefs. Highly recommend. Thanks to the entire team that made the day a fantastic experience.

Had an amazing time diving today. Had a quick pool session and then two dives in the ocean. The reef and all the fish were gorgeous. 10/10

Did the beginner dive with Clemente. It was awesome! Loved seeing the reef, fish, and a bunch of sea turtles. My wife and I were new to scuba diving and Clemente did an awesome job teaching us and helping us feel comfortable as we dove. Such a fun time! Would definitely do it again!

This was the most amazing experience! This was my first time scuba diving. I was very nervous pretty much until I was actually in the ocean. Fortunately, the entire team was awesome, and I was able to go on both dives without problem. First, Clemente gave us detailed instructions on how to use every part of the equipment and what to do in case of any emergency. He repeated all the important points multiple times to help us remember. After the instruction, we had practice in the pool. We practiced swimming correctly and practiced how to respond to various emergency situations. Additionally, we were able to feel what it is like to wear the equipment and breath through the respirator. We could practice each skill as many times as needed to feel comfortable. They gave us plenty of time to stay in the pool until we felt comfortable swimming under water and responding to problems that may happen. It was about a 30-minute boat ride to the first dive spot, the underwater museum. Though, I am generally a good swimmer and felt comfortable in the pool, at this point, I was still extremely nervous. This was not because I didn't have enough instruction or practice, but because I have a great fear of drowning. With this, everyone was beyond patient and supportive. Gabi, our group's instructor, let me go last so she could keep a close watch on me and even held my hand for the first few minutes of the dive to ensure I was going to be ok, which I was. Since I was last to go in the water, the crew of the boat took the time to give me a pep talk. They were so nice. After the first few minutes diving, I felt much more at ease. There was not a lot of maneuvering needed on the first dive. That gave us time to really get the feel on how to swim correctly, how to clear our masks effectively and understand how to control our buoyancy with our breathing. During the second dive, there was a lot more to maneuver around. But I felt 100% comfortable by then and had no problem swimming around and enjoying all the fish and sea life the coral reef had to offer. Now, I am even considering getting my PADI certification. For certain, the diving experience was awesome. But what was even more awesome, were the instructors and the boat crew. I would highly recommend using this company. They are all amazing which made for amazing dive experience!!

I wish to express my disappointment with the company's approach to financial matters. The attempt to extract more money through questionable methods has left me dissatisfied.

My friend and I had our first diving experience with them. Clemente and Elizabeth were awesome. Clemente had clear and concise instructions. Also, he made sure that we practiced in the pool until we got confident. During the dive he was very attentive and kept an eye on us at all times. Since this was our first dive, we were nervous about little things but he was attentive made sure that we were calm and alright throughout the process. The underwater photos and videos were also very high quality. I would highly recommend going to them.

This was my first time going scuba diving, and I had an amazing experience! The guide made me feel very comfortable with the short training we had before the dive as someone who had never gone diving before, and the dive itself was incredible. Such a fun highlight of my trip to Cancun!

We had a fantastic time!! Clemente and arizabeth were both so helpful. It was my first time diving and through the training I felt confident and prepared. During our dive Clemente pointed out many creatures for us- including crabs, lobsters, stingrays and lotssss of fish we also saw two turtles (my favourite!) which was the highlight of the whole trip! We took our own go-pro and Clemente was kind enough to get some great shots of us which was super special. The only slightly negative was that we did our training and then had to wait around for two hours before the boat left. But looking at the positives it was a nice hotel so we just hung out by the pool. 100% would recommend this trip for beginners.

Had an awesome time diving in Cancun! I had been once before and this was a great course to try again. Saw heaps of marine wildlife and couldn't recommend this more if you are in Cancun!
