Overall sensational, recommend to anyone. Only drawbacks are the queues for one or two specific attractions that held well over an hour all day, and the horrific food offering. You expect to be ripped off to an extent but I think it is such a shame they don’t put more of an effort into the food being a bit better, it’s the one thing that really took the shine off a brilliant couple of days.

Absolutely fantastic and so magical. Definitely brought back the child in me. The whole experience gave us all that feelgood factor. Yes - it was a lot busier than we thought it was going to be, but, our longest queue was 45 minutes. We had so much fun, but, would definitely not go in the summer if this period was off peak!!!

If you want to experience the magic of Disney, this is a must-visit, but otherwise, you might want to look elsewhere. The Disneyland Park had been on our children's wish list for a long time, and they truly had a fantastic time. Hence, the investment was definitely worth it, especially since they had earned a significant portion of the money themselves by selling old toys. However, let's be honest: it was quite crowded and expensive, and finding basic amenities like good food and clean toilets was sometimes a challenge. It seems that Disney holds high value for many. Our stay dates were from Sunday, April 28th to Tuesday, April 30th, and all days were extremely busy. Fewer attractions compared to other theme parks result in long queues. Expect over 60 minutes of waiting time for popular attractions such as Big Thunder Mountain, Peter Pan's Flight, and Crush Coaster, over 45 minutes for attractions like Ratatouille and Spiderman WEB Adventure, and even for attractions like Dumbo's Flight and Hyper Space Mountain. People sometimes seem lost and discouraged, sitting on the curbs because they don't know where to join the queue, and some even reserve a spot for the Parade 1.5 hours in advance. We stayed for two nights with three days of park access, and thanks to the Premier Access, we could do everything without long waits. However, this service costs about EUR 100 per person per day on top of the ticket price and only grants access to each attraction once. So, this doubles your admission price. Our stay at the New Port Bay Club was comfortable with small rooms, friendly staff, and a great breakfast. The extras of the New Port Bay Compass Club were truly worth it and offered value for money. Conclusion: Visiting the park is not so much about the attractions but more about experiencing the Disney atmosphere, and for that, you need to be prepared to dig deep into your pockets.

Fantastic and great price! No issues whatsoever with using the tickets and were able to use them to jump between parks across the 2 days :)

Visit was nice but we were being cheated in Skip tax system which shops advised. Despite good amount of spent shops suggested use Skiptax to claim Tax refund at airport. Everything was easy to claim in this app except to know that they will keep all of my tax refund in the name there associated bank charges. They do not customer to collect money at airport at departure but insist for possibility of online transfer only. When they transfer in bank all transfer charges are on customer account. I had claim of 33 euro and my account received 4 euro. Bank gave details that how Skip tax account charges are deducted and how recipient bank charges deducted. I will say in europe never use Skip Tax. It is useless. I used other in past and received money at airport but this time Skip Tax has just kept all of it in the name of there associate bank charges. It is like at Paris Airport somebody asked how to go Newyork and taxi person will say i will take you by Road and then charge for airlifting the Taxi… Big Joke. Guys if needed dont try to take refund at least it will remain with government instead going to these useless intermediaries in the name of fraud.

I want to give my honest review of my experience at Disneyland Paris... Pros: Each guest is made to feel special by the cast members, it does not matter what age you are, you are made to feel important and special by the characters and the cast members. The parades are incredible and well worth watching, just make sure you get a good spot! The Electrical Light Parade and the Nighttime Extravaganza is phenomenal and if you don't wait to experience it, you have wasted your time. The train is great for getting between the different areas especially when you've been on your feet all day. The shows are amazing especially Lion King and there is no waiting or queuing as the theatre is huge. Now for the not so good bits: It is ridiculously expensive for drinks, snacks and merchandise. The queues for rides are very long (sometimes over 3 hours). You can purchase fast track but this is €15 per guest and is for each individual ride. For parades and especially the nighttime shows, be prepared to sit and wait over 2.5 hours just to get a good spot. We sat on the road on mainstreet from 8.30pm until 11pm just to get a good spot. You can purchase reserved seating if you wish but this is €19 per guest. Be prepared for people to barge their way in... Some people have absolutely no regard for others and are self centred enough to believe they are more entitled to be there than you! Other guests will just barge past you so they can stand in front of so they have a better view. Others will stand there and then expect you to make way for their familes who join them 2 minutes before shows or parades. Others are absolute chancers and will try anything they can to get a freebie or a perk! We saw one lady who tried to claim that her son had cancer to try and get into the reserved disabled section for the nighttime show without paying and wasn't very happy when her 14 year old son announced to the cast member "I don't have cancer"... She grabbed his arm and scuttled off very quickly. Also, parents will think their child is more entitled to meet a character before you and so rather than queue up like everyone else, some parents will stand to the side and then during the characters saying goodbye to the person they have just met and before meeting the next guest, parents will tell their child to go hug the character hoping they will just get away with not having to queue up. Probably because they feel no character is going to say no to a child but the cast members looking after the character are great and will kindly and discreetly move the child away and will not allow photographs or autographs to be taken unless you queue up. Be prepared to not meet many characters... This one left me very disappointed. So, unless you are prepared to spend £4,000 for a long weekend to stay at the Disneyland Hotel, you do not get to meet many Characters... Whilst we were there this weekend, over the two days, the only characters doing meet and greets were: Mickey, Donald, Goofy, Pinocchio, Gepetto, Scrooge McDuck, Baloo, Tigger, Eeyore, Winnie the Pooh, Woody, Jessie, Mary Poppins and the Queen of Hearts. We expected to see Minnie, Pluto, Daisy Duck, Stitch, the princesses, dwarfs etc but none of them do meet and greets unless your paying to stay at the disneyland hotel where they do character dining. You do get to see them all in the parades but not for meet and greets. The meet and greet queues can also be very long, we queued nearly 2 hours to meet Mickey. You may have also seen online or social media about bibbidi bobbidi boutique where your little one can have a princess or prince makeover... Please note this is only available for guests staying at the disneyland hotel and is €190 per child. Now for some advice to make the most out of your trip... Download the disneyland paris app and make a note of everything you want to do in priority order... If you are in a position to do so, pay for fast track for the rides that are an absolute must. Make sure you see all the shows If you have a hotel that has an all inclusive breakfast package, make sure you stock up on pastries to take with you for snacks and lunch to keep costs low. Buy refillable bottles and take a Robinsons Fruit mini with you. There are loads of free water fountains around the park and this gives you free squash all day. If you are a smoker or vaper, there are a few smoking areas dotted all over the park. We found frontier land had the most but they are sign posted so if you do need a ciggy or Vape break then make sure you check the map online where it tells you where to find these areas. Don't waste your money on autograph books in the park, buy one online before you go at a fraction of the cost and take it with you. As mentioned, chances are, unless staying at the disneyland hotel, you wont get many autographs anyway. Lots of places serve nuts! Especially icecream parlours so if you or a member of your party has a nut allergy please make sure before purchasing foods.

Too much building work and too many closed rides to get five stars but a really enjoyable trip. We bought the premier pass which was decadent but allowed us to do a lot more. On the balance between the pass or an extra day my kids (13 and 9) were exhausted after two days and a third day would have been difficult. Overall a lot of time on your feet, and a lot of walking, we did 25000 steps each day - wear comfy shoes. Biggest negative, other than closed rides, is the cost of food and drink which was eye-watering. Unanimous view from the family is that the best ride is the Spiderman Webslingers.

Amazing experience it’s always been my dream to go to Disney since I was a child and my wonderful mum surprised me with a trip with my best friend her and her friend who is like a second mum to me. It was my 30th birthday at the end of last year but we unfortunately didn’t get to celebrate so this was my celebration and I honestly can’t wait to go again I really hope I can afford to go in a few years time once the new area is open and the things have been built. I was made to feel so special by cast members and characters so thank you.

Google won't let me post this for some strange reasons but I think this is a fair review. So, I will start this off by saying the kids had a fantastic time and really enjoyed the experience however we won’t be going back as ultimately it’s the adults who make the decision and I’m afraid the company that runs the park and hotels is sub par. Newport Bay hotel is terrible. It’s so old, not clean, the bathroom pipes in the shower smelled the whole weekend, there is never enough staff, there is no pharmacy on site or even a small convenience store on site (we were told to go to the next town or the train station), the food is awful. Nothing is healthy. Even the hotels scrambled eggs seemed to be watered down, all the meats are ultra processed and there is hardly any vegetables or fruit. We also noticed a member of staff in the breakfast buffet use the same cloth to clean the bottom of chairs on the dirty floor to wipe the tops of the tables clean that people eat on. Onto the park itself, the owners are clearly focusing on profit before customer service. For a venue this size and with this amount of customers on a daily basis there are hardly any staff in the park. The time even to get crepes took over 30mins and the queue wasn’t even that long. It’s just that two people were serving everyone. Secondly, it’s not their fault but the staff just haven’t been trained well in customer service. If people are queuing so long to get things then just communicate with everyone or cheer people up waiting, or interact with the children, this is Disney land after all?! The lack of water is a real problem. A lot of the public fountains do not work and there is hardly anyone selling bottled water. The sign posting is pretty bad too. All in all, the kids will have fun because it’s a “fun” place for those ages who like Disney films but be prepared as adults that it’s not well run, poor quality, slow, low customer service and unhealthy food everywhere.

It’s a beautiful park but comparing to other Disney Parks it does not have as many attractions. Cast members are generally rude, when you need to get information it’s hard to find them. The plus side was their premier access system. We could always find availability for the attractions we wanted. It’s also not crowded like Florida even on their high crowd days. Food was not good and restaurants are expensive. Felt like it was more for kids aged 5-10.

Brilliant experience for the kids, the que’s this time of the year were ok for most of the rides. Plenty of things to do and see. My kids had never really been in to Disney but they were still excited to see the various characters walking around. The only negative thing I would say is the food is not the greatest unless you or your kids love cheeseburgers and chips so take your own food.

Unfortunately my 4 year old son suffered an accident 2 days before which resulted in him being in a cast on his leg. The park no longer provides support for this type of injury and it needs to be a long term condition for them to assist. It meant I would have to carry him for 10-45 minutes per ride which was very tiring. Therefore my kids didn't have the most "magical" experience. Thankfully some staff at the rides were sympathetic to his situation and helped him enjoy the rides. It is sad that disneyland have tried to reduce their support to children based on the type of medical issue. The staff hands were tied.

- Many rides and attractions look tired and need a cost of paint and some maintenance - Everything is an opportunity to see how much people will pay. All food, beverage and other purchases are about twice the cost that you’d expect. Fast passes for rides are insane prices - No access to drinking water, so you have to pay 3-5 euros for a bottle of water. Three of the drinking fountains we tried to use were broken - They seem to have missed the fact this is Euro Disney and more than half of the people in the park do not speak French. French and English are mashed together and many attractions won’t make sense to non-French speakers. - Staff are generally not enthusiastic and seem quite miserable unless they’ve got their parade face on. - Food options are very poor, everything is fast food and of poor quality. Food and drink could be far better. - Character breakfast was extremely expensive and only the old characters appeared (Pinocchio, Tigger etc.). One character missed our table and their handler refused a photo unless we were seated, they refused to come back to our table.

I find it hard to rate. I went with my 5 year old daughter. We did first day in Disneyland Park and second day in Disneyland Studios. My daughter thoroughly enjoyed those two days although the queues and constant queue jumpers were an issue. We returned for third day simply because we had purchased a 3 day ticket. I did not feel we needed the extra day but it was, in any event, ruined by one woman’s behaviour . The woman in question pushed her and her family to the front of a 45 minute queue. Queues are not monitored so it is left for guests to deal with queue jumpers. This woman was extremely aggressive and verbally abusive to a number of guests that challenged her. She then punched one guest in the face (the guest was queuing with her toddler daughter). She was joined in the attack by two male family members (sons/grandsons?). Security were called but the family were allowed to remain in the park despite a number of guests complaining. I did not feel safe so left. I followed up with a written complaint. I received a response saying that Disney does not tolerate abuse or violence. My point is they clearly do given the failure to remove the family from the park.

I love Disney so this is like the best place ever. The rides like tower of terror and big thunder mountain and space mountain are so thrilling. The castle is beautiful and magnificent and magical. Fantasyland is a nostalgic dream with attractions based on my favourite Disney movies like Alice In Wonderland, Snow White, Pinocchio, Dumbo, Sleeping Beauty and Peter Pan. It’s a small world is adorable as well. Pirates Of the Caribbean is my favourite ride there and it’s really atmospheric and amazing it makes you feel like you’re in another world. Phantom Manor is also very atmospheric and amazing. The shows and parades really give I a party atmosphere and while the food isn’t always the best its no way worse than other theme parks. Can’t wait to go their agin hopefully in the near future

Our history with Disneyland Paris spans various life stages, from visits as teenagers, to trips as adults pre-children, with young children, and now with slightly older children. Our love for Disney is undeniable. However, this recent trip left us feeling somewhat disappointed, marking a huge difference from our previous experiences and it took away some of the magic. It's our first visit since COVID altered the world, and it's hard not to notice the cutbacks Disney has made, such as fewer character meet and greets, non-functional water fountains, numerous closed rides simultaneously, and a noticeable scarcity of English shows compared to French ones. We opted to reserve tickets for the Lion King, Mickey the Magician, and the Pixar show, with the first two proving to be the most enjoyable and worth the investment. It is just as well we bought passes as the queues were immense. The prevalence of people with access passes, or rather, the abundance of individuals benefitting from a single individual with a pass, posed challenges to additional queue times and shows. Unfortunately, our access pass didn't arrive in time, and the lengthy queues at City Hall, coupled with our lack of suitable documentation due to this being a recent and new medical issue, made it difficult for us to know if it would have been wort the wait or if we had been denied. Consequently we had to muddle through. Queue times during our April visit were extensive, averaging 60-90 minutes for top attractions. For instance, we endured a 90-minute wait for the Stitch show to secure a slot for an English showing. While prices within the park were notably high, the quality of the food, when purchased, was good. Despite these setbacks, our fondness for Disney remains and if we visited again we would go for less days and pay for premier access passes. We had an issue at the Davy Crockett with a pair of expensive boots that have gone missing. See my separate review for the full story.

We had three magical days here! It was all amazing I don't know where to start! The rides were so fun and amazing, nothing was too much of a queue. The food was great, a good selection for vegetarians as well. Everything was good staff were nice and the only thing that could be improved is more water fountains. Other than this we had a perfect time!

I think you go to Disney knowing roughly what to expect, but it was extremely crowded and the queues to get on all rides were very long, maybe worse close to Easter weekend. There wasn’t much to see along the way except crowds of others, especially on Thunder Mountain where the queue just wide around itself for most of the time rather than through a set. Several rides including Phantom Manor and Obitron were closed, which made the situation for other rides worse. We did go straight to Hyperspace Mountain on entering the park, so only queued for about 35 minutes and the ride was fun. The food in the park is very expensive, so I would recommend bringing in with you, especially given the quality of the food you can buy all around in central Paris. We ate chicken burritos from Coco, which were nice but again involved queuing for over 45 minutes for takeaway service. On the positives, there were no queues for any of the toilets we visited in the park! The train service from Central Paris was also excellent and very easy to manage at both sides. I think it would be a different experience if your children are very excited to meet characters, but as mine weren’t, I’m not sure it added much beyond any other decent theme park.

Overall it was a fun experience but: - the queues are very long, waiting 60 mins for a 5 minute ride is frustrating, especially with small kids - the park itself feels in need some some TLC, peeled paint and general tiredness of some attractions (eg Alice's maze, Haunted Manor) puts a downer on the magic factor. As does the construction work everywhere. - the drone show was cancelled 5 mins before the start, after waiting for an hour. Also, why is the fireworks show on so late when it's geared towards kids? - the food in the fast food places and food trucks is very average and dull considering the wait and price - if you're vegan or have a dairy allergy, expect to be hungry as options were extremely limited. Our little boy has a dairy allergy and it was very difficult to find him anything - signage outside the park is poor, one sign literally pointed in wrong direction to the hotel buses. There was no indication that sections of the park would be shut off an hour or more before the fireworks so we spent ages wandering around badly lit paths in adventureland, trying to find our way out. - the area outside the park to the metro station felt very unsafe at night, lots of dodgy people about and not much security - everything is expensive, from food to souvenirs to queue jump passes, expected this but still kind of shocking. Nearly 30 Euros for a vegan burger is just not on. The parades were fantastic. The highlight was the Lion King Show, it was amazing!
