Highly recommend the night tour the evening you arrive from traveling into Bordeaux! We scheduled our 9:30pm tour after dinner and then we walked over to meet Saïd at the fountain. This is a great way to learn history and visit landmarks in Bordeaux without all the crowds. We felt safe throughout the tour as we walked around town. Saiid pointed out a cool jazz bar and other happening spots that we tried out on our own the following days. He was very kind and took a few photos of us with his nighttime camera that put our iPhones to shame! lol! The water mirror was not functioning during our tour, but fortunately it had been raining all day and we were able to get our photo captured. He is one of the best and most enthusiastic guides I’ve experienced. I can tell he loves hosting visitors to share the incredible history Bordeaux possesses. He leads the tour at an easy walking pace. I do recommend wearing comfortable shoes.

Saïd was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. His passion for Bordeaux is obvious during the tour and he gives plenty of opportunities to ask questions. He knows all the highlights and gave great recommendations for things to do and places to eat.

Saïd shared his love of Bordeaux with us. There were only 2 of us on the tour so we were able to have all our questions answered! Saïd showed us places we never would have found on our own. He made great recommendations for restaurants, bars and activities!

We just loved our tour, Bordeaux at night. You can tell how passionate Said is about his town. He had wonderful narratives about each stop we made, they provided many photo ops for me. I highly recommend Said for any excursion.

From the start, the explication of the Girondins sculpture, to the entrance through the arch near Quai de Bourgeoises, an illuminating and most enjoyable experience.

The tour was absolutely amazing we really enjoyed it and learning about Bordeaux history and seeing all the famous landmark. Our tour guide Sïad was amazing and he made the tour very fun exciting.

Saïd est très gentil, cultivé et il a le sens de l’humour. La visite était très bien préparée, nous avons vu l’essentiel des lieux et monuments de Bordeaux en 1h30 environ. Je recommande à 100% la visite by night avec Saïd. Ps: attention toutefois, les fontaines et le miroir d’eau ne sont pas alimentés d’octobre à mars inclus…
