It was our first time but it was made easy and very enjoyable thanks to our instructor Alex. Felt safe throughout, certainly do it again. Great experience.

Good points: Friendly, helpful instructor and staff, enjoyed seeing the beautiful fish, good medical/risk form, transport to and from hotel. Bad points: I asked when I got in the bus why everyone hasn't got seatbelts on and no one still put seatbelts on. Even if I had my seatbelt on everyone could fall on me and hurt me if they weren't wearing a seatbelt. What if there was a kid or pregnant person on board.? Also the place where we got out of the water as in rise from the deep end was dangerous because it was a place where people dived into the sea and we could have got jumped on. Lastly, I hate smoking and I don't think staff should do that in front of customers. If it wasn't for these 3 issues I would give 5 stars. I will delete this if I get the right response.

Fantastic first scuba dive for myself and my two boys (13 & 11). Everyone was very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable, and all spoke excellent English. We watched a film to familiarise ourselves with the equipment and basic safety, then got kitted out with wetsuits for the 5 minute walk down to the beach. There was a short wait in the sea whilst the instructors finished off the previous session (it was fun floating about in our wetsuits 🙂), then we got fitted with our tanks, flippers, and masks, and were led out to the mouth of the harbour. We had two instructors between the three of us, and the boys went down to between one and two meters (because of their ages), and my instructor took me down to 5m. It was like swimming in a tropical fish tank! We would absolutely recommend Delphinus to anyone considering scuba for the first time, and we can’t wait to take the next step onto a full dive course!

Staff were super friendly, very thorough and really helpful! Hotel pick up/drop off was really helpful! They accommodated perfectly for me, due to my shortsightedness managed to find corrective lenses for my mask which only enhanced my experience. Bought photos as well - definitely recommend doing so! My first open water dive - although I was a little nervous, staff were very patient and super supportive/understanding. Would go again and recommend very highly!

My two boys aged 12 and 10 did the introductory scuba dive. The safety briefing was on a video screen and seemed comprehensive. What I hadn’t realised was that the subsequent dive was just my two boys with their individual instructors, so effectively a one to one dive experience. My eldest was confident from the off and he had a great experience, feeding fish and he said there was lots to see underwater. My youngest was unsure at times but with the support of his instructor he too had a dive. Both instructors could not have been more supportive and helpful. As a parent watching their first dive experience I felt very reassured and impressed with the whole set up. We opted to pay for their underwater photos and were not disappointed. We got lots of photos and they were of really good quality. We’ll be back next year!

My husband and I are very satisfied with diving with Mr. Bartek 🙂 who explained everything sensationally and showed us the beautiful life under water. we will definitely come back to diving with this manual! we recommend to everyone. Thank you and see you :)

Ok for me the first experience was good, but i was afraid for my wife as she is scared of water, she is a disabled person and she cant swim. I was 200% sure that she will not get passed the floating point, but what Bartek did was amazing. Got under my wife and navigated her down. Instead for me i was pushed down like a brick, so you get my point. She went down to the bottom as she was well suported, for me, i think the young guy has a lot to learn, but Bartek!!!!! No1

first it says on the website that all the material is included, but in reality we had to pay the part to breathe another 4€. As it says on the website that it's 24h I assumed it was a full day and not just 3h. third, it says on the website in the included that a drink and a snack are included. They didn't give us anything to eat or drink. To finish, lack of communication and little explanation. As far as photos are concerned, we were not asked if we are interested in photos, so there were no photos of us underwater.

After a shaky start and a little panic I had one of the best experiences! Thanks to the patience professionalism and perseverance from Michal for encouraging me to enjoy the beauty and peace beneath the sea! Absolutely amazing 🤩

Wow! What an amazing experience! My girlfriend and I went diving for the first time today. We got picked up at our hotel at Playa del íngles at the exact time they told us they'd be there. Waiting for them to tell us to go get dressed and waiting to get to the water took a little longer than expected but that didn't kill the fun. Our instructor Michał was very kind and very funny like all the other people working there. They are all very friendly, informal yet very serious at the same time which makes you feel absolutely welcome wether you are a beginner or experienced diver. We would recommend going here any day of the week and we will definately come back here if we visit Gran Canaria again. 10/10

My son and I went for his first dive in Puerto de Mogan last week. Ronnie picked us up and was super friendly throughout. Before diving, my son got pretty anxious and was thinking of skipping the dive - Ronnie made him feel at ease, he got over his nervousness and had a great dive. He's excited to dive again next holiday. While my son was diving, I got a great refresher dive with Micheal. The sea was super clear and we saw some beautiful sea life. Overall, we had a great day - the folks that brought us out took great care of us.

We had a great time doing our discovery dive with the guys from Delphinus! We enjoyed it so much we decided to come back to get our PADI Open Water certification two weeks later. The instructors are very nice and knowledgeable and taught us very well. Thanks again guys!

I really enjoyed the discover scuba diving with Delphinus. Everything was very professional and Adrian was a great guide. They went through the equipment and hand signals at the dive center, then we practised some exercises in shallow water on the beach. Finally there was a dive for 30 mins, which was amazing as there were loads of fish and the water was very clear. I'd definitely recommend this course to anyone interested in giving scuba diving a try, and I suggest you do because it's great fun!

We got forgotten by the company and they didint pick us up in time but we had to wait 1hour more then we should, when we got there we had to wait even more, like 2 hours and we didint get to dive freely but got held but that was part of it I guess

Booked in for two boat dives unfortunately weather did not allow so did two shore dives. Despite tricky entry & exits very enjoyable dives with nice but not overwhelming sea life. Staff & equipment brilliant!!!

If you want to try scuba diving for the first time, these guys will make you love it! I felt safe and excited, I recommend this school to everyone!

I had never dived before and just had to try it out. It was a great experience and I am very satisfied with how we were taken care of and felt safe all through the experience.

I highly recommend this diving center. I was anxious at first but instructor Matt is a real pro and helped me to overcome the initial stress. The crystal water and sea life is impressive in Puerto de Mogan. I saw octopus, sting ray, barracudas and lots of colorful fishes. Well spend money and definitely will come back for more

Great diving center - the location, the staff, the experience. It was my first dive ever and instructor Matt made me feel so chilled and relaxed that I am coming for more and want to do a full course! Highly recommend this DC and instructor Thanks Matt and happy bubbles :D
