This was an excellent tour with a great guide. We visited several important sites in Palermo but my favorite was the CAPO market. All things fresh and delicious. It went on and on for blocks and we enjoyed sampling several of their offerings

This is Palermo, the capital of Sicily Island, in the Mediterranean sea, a lot of attractions, my favorite site is the "Teatro Massimo".

This walk gave us an excellent historical and cultural background to a wonderful city and island. Particularly good to do at the beginning of your stay.

Manuela provided my wife and I with an excellent introduction to Palermo. She gave us a real sense of the sites and history of Palermo and Sicily, and we look forward to returning one day. For those taking this tour in the future, make sure you stop at the convent for cannolis. Overall, a very informative and pleasant morning.

The guide was clearly identified when we met at the agreed point. Throughout the tour he was personable and gave us not only the history of the sites but several personal stories about the individuals involved. I would recommend the tour and it is even better if you can take it at the beginning of your visit as it gives you a sense of where the different sites are and how to maneuver around the city. Watch out for the bikes!

We always find it helpful to start a visit to a new place with a guided tour. In this three hour walking tour Manuela told us a lot about Palermo and its history. Afterwards we were much better prepared to wander around on our own and visit some of the places she had pointed out. I would point ot that on Wednesday afternoons the Capo Market closes early, and therefore, if the Market is of special interest, take the tour at another time. Also those places on the itinerary that are shown as "Admission Included" are actually free, so there isn't any admission charge.

Would say that the tour is quite lean, taking out visits of two churches and one cathedral. The guide had all the infos, but delivered very dry and not so entertaining. Good way to get introduced to Palermo, however moneywise it wasn't justified from my opinion.

I hired Manuela to lead a tour of Canadians through Palermo. The guide was well-informed and very pleasant person on this 3 1/2 hour tour. We saw the highlights, including markets, churches and interesting locations. Manuela was very pleasant and knowledgeable and she showed us a couple of places that we would never have found on our own. Highly recommended

Great walking tour and introduction to the city. You will learn a lot about the history of the city and cover some important churches, streets, squares and markets.

Really enjoyed this tour. Manuela was very knowledgable about her city and it’s history and landmarks. It was a great way to orientate ourselves to the city and start our time there. Also Manuela offered helpful tips regarding places to eat and we got to try local treats. Very worthwhile and good value!
