What a spectacular day! The tour was wonderful itself but seeing bottlenose and common dolphins as well as sea lions and basking sharks was unbelievable. The captain took time to make sure we had a extensive dolphin experience. Then on the way back he pulled into a cove and let everyone have time to take their pictures. It was a truly awesome tour. At the end, the tour guide even played his accordion which was lovely. All around 5 star day and highlight of our entire trip to Ireland.

It was Great! The Crew was very nice and everything was explained. It gave is a Good overview of the area. I would recommend it to everyone going there.

Nuada was our guide and Bruce was our captain. Both were fantastic. Nuada was knowledgeable and funny while Bruce was a great captain, able to get us close to dolphins, seals, and sharks without scaring them giving us plenty of opportunities to see the wildlife. Highly recommended!

Greatly enjoyed. Scenery was beautiful, despite some rainy moments. Saw several dolphins and seals. Captain managed boat with ease. Even pulled over to another to let us listen to their accordian player for a moment.

This tour was the best money I've spent in an awful long time. From start to finish. The guide, especially , the skipper, the lady in the office all fantastic. The views were just awesome, dramatic, beautiful. We saw Dolphins and Seals along with Cormorants. The weather was bipolar but we just went inside for the rain and out again for the views, but by the time we got home we were all so spellbound that we had stood in the rain too. The trip was that good. I'm bad with names so apologies to the fantastic guide but not only did he tell us everything about the trip and the wildlife and islands but gave hints on the buslink(drinklink) , walks, cafes, drives, places to see. And he was constantly drying the seats for us, all with a smile. Thank you Dingle Dolphin Boat Tours for a fantastic day.

This was the most terrifying experience I’ve ever had. The boat was SO close to tipping and we barely got to see anything. Kids were crying and many were beyond sick and throwing up. Someone could have easily fallen off the boat and died. No life jackets were taken out for our protection. It’s very disappointing to pay 85 dollars to be in terror and fear for our lives. They should’ve been better judges with rough seas.

Wednesday was a beautifully sunny day, typical coastal winds, temp in the 50’s. First hour started off well, then the side to side rolling started to sicken some of our 25 passengers. One oversized swell strongly jarred the boat sent some items (and nearly a woman passenger) across the floor. Teenagers donned life jackets. Yes we sheltered in the beach of Blasket and saw the large group of seals. Also present were hikers exploring the island from the ferry (we do not land there). It was a rocky trip home, but the captain and crew got us back safely without further incident. They were very kind. We know we are at the mercy of the Atlantic- but this was not what our group signed up for. We’ll stay on land.

A great tour of Irish coastal history with a lovely guide. Meant to be 3hrs but captain spent extra time trying to find us dolphins! We got to see them in the end, so this turned out to be perfect! 🐬

We thoroughly enjoyed this tour on a gorgeous September afternoon. The scenery was stunning and our guide, Brendan, was informative & entertaining. The history of life on the Blasket islands is fascinating. I suggest visiting the Blasket Island Centre before the tour for context & perspective. We were privileged to sight the first humpback whale of the season, along with playful dolphins and sleepy seals. 100% recommend.

Brilliant boat trip to the Blasket Islands. Saw seals and 3 different type of dolphins. Staff were brilliant especially Brendan. He was very informative and we loved it when he started playing his accordion on the way back. Highly recommend it!

I had one of the best days ever. The wind was warm and the weather balmy. The highlight was seeing a humpback whale. We were impressed that the crew allowed us to spend so long watching the whale before moving off. We saw dolphins, seals and plenty of different seabirds as well as fabulous views of the coastline and Blaskett Islands. The tour guide Brendan was excellent - answering all questions and giving indepth information. He was very cool and finished off the day playing a few reels on a piano accordion as we returned to the harbour. Thank you for a great day.

Views are amazing, lovely day at that time and the sun is up. We were greeted by loads of dolphin on our way back (which I will say is the highlight of my tour) and serenade by music of our tour guide as well.

We were contacted to re-book, because the tour couldn’t take place due to bad wheather with rain and storms. It couldn’t have been better, as we ended up taking the boat tour at the sunniest and calmest day of our holidays. We took the Blasket adventures tour and were around 3 hours at sea. We saw so many dolphins, swimming along with the boat, as well as some seals and birds. The views of the coast line are magnificent. The guide was very nice and the boat is very comfortable. We will never forget this experience.

It was a long day and the weather got a little spotty on the trip home but we had a fantastic time. Billy and Chris did a great job. They were welcoming, friendly and informative. My 11 year old daughter was particularly fond of Wolfie. The sea life and views were amazing. Dolphins, puffins, jellyfish, seals and sheep. Don’t miss the hike around the island. Take a snack.

We booked the tour simply in the harbour office next to the pier. The boat is a nice solid ship (we were on the bigger blue one), which was good as there was quite a bit of swell out there. We saw what we were supposed to see, the nice coastline in between Dingle and Dunmore head, Blasket Island (this trip doesn't provide access), seals, quite some dolphins and a couple of adorable puffins. The young lady explaining the sights did a good job, explaining geology, local history, and wildlife. The weather was only so-so, but we nevertheless enjoyed a lot. Not cheap but worth it. (To note that in case of bad weather the boat may not provide enough shelter for everyone - its interior is quite small. Best to ensure you have protective clothing as well as sun protection with you)

This was the highlight of a recent trip through Ireland. Being out on the water was so much fun, we had a beautiful day, the coastline was stunning, and we got to see seals on Great Blasket Island plus dolphins out in some deeper water. I was also very impressed by the customer service at Dingle Dolphin Tours; the day we went out the waves were really high and they gave everyone the option of booking a different tour or getting a refund if they didn't want to go out.
