An amazing day for incredible value for money! The Berber village was great, seeing the cooperative, the waterfalls and camel riding in the desert. Lahcen was a great tour guide and gave us a warm welcome to Imlil.

This was a great day trip. I was picked up on time in the morning, brought to the mountains and valleys, we checked out an argan oil production, had great views of Tukbal and the Atlas mountains, had a nice lunch and drove to the desert, took a camel ride and was driven back to my riad. 10/10 would recommend doing this during a stay here.

Overall the activities in the tour were as described and it felt safe and operated on schedule. However, our guide offered very little information on each stop, on route or otherwise. We didn’t really know where we were going or what was next and there was little to no interaction with the group. Based on other reviews, I don’t think our guide was the regular guide. I can see how the tour would have been 5-star with a guide who was engaged with the group, offering more itinerary updates, local information, education/history. Our guide was kind but we left feeling often feeling confused and wondering. A note that the waterfall hike is precarious and for able bodied/sure footed individuals. Total about 3k to hike and lunch (for your planning purposes.)

Great experience at the best price. Easy going with a family of two kids (6 & 3). A little bit of driving but worth it as you will enjoy the amazing landscape

This was a nice and memorable trip with beautiful views of the mountains and a short hike. Our guide, Youssef, was very kind and helpful, and made sure we were well taken care of. We enjoyed spending the day in this tour and would recommend both the tour and our guide to others.

The camel tour was amazing. The camel were very look after and people there was lovely. Made the experience to be incredible. The trip to the waterfall was great. Thank you for helping with the kids. You were so accommodated and made them feel safe. The food was delicious. Overall an amazing experience. Lahcen was our guide for the day, and he went above and beyond to keep all of his guests get the best experience in every stop. He is very professional and knowledgeable, and what really impressed me is that he had his first aid kit in handy when one of the children in our group scraped his knee during the hike to the waterfalls. Thus, this tour exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Marrakech and want a complete experience of the Moroccan desert/mountain/countryside life.

Our guide on the hike through the Atlas Mountains, Ibrahim Walin did an amazing job!! He was patient and knowledgeable throughout the entire journey. It was a wonderful hike, seeing the different villages, learning about the customs, and taking in the views. From the sheep to the aqueducts, to the surprising end at the waterfall (with its cafe!), we enjoyed every bit of it. Ibrahim was great throughout the trip, and we will never forget him or the trip!

Early April 2024. The trip itself was excellent with an early pickup, 30 minute camel ride in the rocky desert dressed in traditional clothes 25C, drive into the mountains, a breakfast at a woman’s initiative included in price, further drive into mountains, followed by a 45 minute hike to the waterfall 24C. Fortunately with a chance to buy fresh juice and water at the destination. Then a very tasty traditional lunch in the local town for 70MAD, with a vegan option. The low score is because I knew very little about any of this apart from the title, but others in the group knew there would be breakfast and a hike.

This was an absolutely lovely experience from start to finish! Our first stop was the camel ride where we were greeted with amazing Moroccan tea before dressing in the traditional clothes for our short but really fun camel ride. Then we hopped back in the van where we stopped at a couple more places for some quick views before advancing further into the Atlas Mountains to our first Berber Village. Here, we were once again greeted by Moroccan tea and a traditional Moroccan breakfast at an Argan Cooperative. The women also showed us how they handmake the argan oil and let us even try a few samples. Lastly, we hit up one more Berber Village where we did a short hike to a beautiful waterfall that had some amazing views along the way. This hike can be a bit treacherous as it has you walking along skinny paths with unsteady rocky ground, and you often have to walk through water and on slippery rocks, but it is totally worth the end result. After all of this, it's a quick hour-and-a-half ride back to Marrakech for a total of around an eight-hour day, from 9 am to 5 pm. This was an absolutely amazing experience, and I would highly highly recommend it to all Marrakech visitors!!

This really was the most fantastic day. The scenery was fabulous. The guide always so interesting and the food was delicious (100 times better than any of the big names you’ll hear about in the Medina). We would highly recommend it to see a tiny bit of Morocco.

Really enjoyable trip to the Atlas Mountains, with a camel ride along the way. A good amount of walking/trekking but the bus journey was a little long and hot. The guide Redouane was very friendly and knowledgeable.
