The ride to the airport was good. The driver was nice and engaging. It was very early in the morning, but she was still an afternoon delight.

Driver was on time for pickup. He was very pleasant and informative, especially regarding the economic, social and psychological impacts of the Lahaina fire.as well as life on Maui.

We were a large group coming into, celebrate the New Year’s in Maui, VIP shuttles, picked us up at the airport, got us to our hotel all in one shuttle and they were very proficient and timely. Would definitely use them again. Thank you for making it a great trip.

We had an awful driver on the way back to the airport. He called me because he didn't know which hotel we were at. He didn't greet us or talk to us all the way there, which is an hour from the airport. At the airport he stepped in front of me 3 times, and I had to alter where I was walking. We told him thank you and then he said, "You're supposed to tip the driver." For what? I asked him. We already paid $120 for the ride, which is more than enough compared to $80 with Uber. He looked at us very rudely. Tips are optional, and this man obviously didn't deserve one before and esp. not after. He also made a very rude impression on my family.

No one ever contacted us about our ride to the airport. We ended up taking and Uber. Not much else to say.

Well I used your co. Before & was living it until this present trip. I was left waiting at the airport for 2 hrs past my pick time, and this was not right at all. I was told that airline crew member was the priority so I had to wait. I think I am an important client just as the airlines.

Since it was raining, our driver took us to a covered section of airport to drop us off and unload luggage, which was very considerate of him. I am so sorry I can't remember his name because I would ask for him specifically for this transfer service.
