Good communication from the time of booking through to confirmation of pick up time and from the driver shortly before arriving. The driver was very professional but also very friendly. The car was in very nice condition. A highly reliable transfer service that can be recommended without any reservations.

Great communications from the driver. He asked us to meet a block away from where we had planned because it would cut 20 minutes off of the trip to the airport. We gladly did the 2 minute walk to save the time. Highly recommended.

The local provider did a great job. However I called Viator to change the time of pick up from 4am to 7am and Viator never gave the local provider the message. So I’m unhappy with Viator.
