Farid was an absolute gem. His genuine kindness and unwavering attention to our needs made the entire experience truly delightful. Not only did he provide us with fascinating insights into the history of the Taj Mahal, but he also went above and beyond to capture stunning photos of our visit. Their passion for the city's history was palpable, and their detailed explanations left us in awe. Moreover, he showed us around the city and shared even more historical anecdotes that added an extra layer of richness to our journey. Asif is knowledgeable to bring me around to Taj Mahal and Agra fort. Also brought me to do some souvenir shopping. He is helpful in taking photos although I rejected. Brings you to your seats etc.

Our guide Farid is the bomb. Incredibly sweet and endearing. Encyclopedic knowledge of the Taj and other key Agra sites. Empathetic and considerate. And super accommodating and flexible. My friend and I had an amazing time even though I melted at the Taj and ended up taking refuge in an air-conditioned hotel bar. Again, Farid and our driver Ali were super accommodating.

We had a great day visiting the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort thanks to our very attentive tour guide Farid and our driver Shahid. Farid is a great guide and host - he is also a wonderful storyteller and brings history to life. He is a proud representative of Agra’s history and heritage and at times it felt that we were being shown around by a local friend. The attention to customer service and experience was flawless from pick up to train to tour and the wonderful lunch. All in all a fantastic experience if you are fortunate enough to get Farid and Shahid.

We can’t say enough about our tour of Agra with Mr. Farid Baig and drivers Mr. Chand and Mr. Shahid. Farid was extremely professional and had a great repour with the group. We really enjoyed his insights and the way he went about providing the information in a unique way. It was clear that Farid was a wealth of knowledge and could answer any question that we had without overwhelming us with facts and figures. He hit the highlights and made sure to show us unique perspectives and vantage points that really emphasized how impressive the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort truly are. He also showed us several awesome images and videos of both sites from other seasons and times of day (i.e. – Agra Fort ‘Glass Bath’ at night, Taj Mahal in full moonlight, WWII references, etc.) to add another element beyond what we were able to see on our tour. On top of the awesome tour and knowledge he shared, he also connected through humor and photo-taking! He had some truly unique vantage points and photos he staged and/or took for us that our group was really excited about. From a practical standpoint, he was also very pragmatic about ensuring we knew what we were/were not allowed to take into the sites, provided water throughout the day, and interacted well with local vendors/restaurants to ensure we had access to great food, quality souvenirs, and clean restrooms throughout. His candid advice on dealing with the challenges of being a tourist in Agra was also really appreciated as it would have been overwhelming dealing with street-vendors of all types and sizes without a knowledgeable guide providing tips/tricks along the way. From a logistical standpoint, things went really smoothly from start to finish. Mr. Salamat with the tour company communicated and provided all necessary information through WhatsApp in the week leading up to the tour and. Mr. Farid picked up from there the day of the tour itself. The drivers in Delhi were prompt and friendly picking us up from our hotel in Delhi and helped us navigate the chaos at the train station and get into our specific train car and seats. Once we arrived in Agra, Farid had a photo of our group that was taken in Delhi and met us at the train car as it pulled into the station to start the tour. Upon return to Delhi at the end of a long day, our drivers once again navigated the chaos and promptly returned us to our hotel.

Malik guide me well in this tour and teach me a lot of historical back ground . I can understand it and satisfied to see many beautiful place. Taj Mahal is special. Lunch is delicious Indian curry. Thanks all.

Farid Baig was a fantastic tour guide. He was very knowledgable of the city's history and was able to answer all of my questions. He effectively guided me through the queues through special entrances to ensure that we didn't waste time queuing. The day was perfectly coordinated, starting at the Taj Mahal, then getting to see an artisan's marble studio where they still practice the skills passed down from generation to generation. We then had a lovely lunch at a local buffet restaurant which was both sanitary and delicious. Following this we went to Agra Fort and the Baby Taj. The day was perfectly curated and Farid ensured that I had a full and fascinating day. From the moment the train arrived at Agra to the moment it left, Farid was expertly watching over me. I highly recommend this tour and Farid. I am also very grateful to our driver Shahid who skilfully maneouvered us through the streets and made sure that I always had a cool bottle of water if needed.

Malik was a great Tour Guide. He knows the history of the Taj in exciting details. I recommend you book him if you came to Agro. He also doubles as a great photographer when you want pics of you and Taj. Taj Mahal is breathtaking and worth a trip. I had my doubts but was more than taken back seeing it for real. And not just in photos.

I highly recommend this tour. The day was easy and well organized - transfers between the hotel and train, pick-up at Agra, entries to the monuments and lunch all went smoothly. In Agra, Farid (guide) and Mubeen (driver) are wonderful hosts. Mubeen kept plenty of cold water in the car to rehydrate between stops. Farid is a knowledgeable and conscientious guide and as a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable.

It was such a delight having KHALID (KT) as my tour guide he showed me the magestic Taj Mahal with such knowledge and was very chill about it, we also went to The Fort and learned a lot from its history. I highly recommend this tour with Khalid as he can also speak French fluently.

It’s a very memorable tour with Farid as the tour guide. Besides seeing the magnificence of Taj and appreciating the strategical design of Agra Fort, Farid shared history, cultural and architectural significance in these great monuments with his vast knowledge. We had a great trip! The communication with the travel agency before the trip, which was very reassuring. The service provided from the drivers was great, and the cars was clean and tidy. But we would mostly like to thank our fantastic guide Farid. He was knowledgeable and very friendly. He made sure that we felt safe and taken care of throughout the whole trip. My local guide Malik is very knowledgeable and kinds to show me the sightseeing place in Agra. He takes many incredible photos during the tour. My friends will definitely envy me after watching the photos I found a lot of difficulties the most of Indian English accents during stay in India But the way of his speaking English is really comfortable to listen and understand. We were picked up exactly on time from motel , guided directly to our seat on train and picked up the same . We felt very safe and well looked after Agra tour was excellent. Our trip was throughly thought out from start to finish. Each team member communicated with the other to facilitate a seamless experience for all of our group. We were promptly sent our train tickets on WhatsApp the night before and in the morning we were greeted by a driver at our hotel who took us directly to the train station. Once there, we were guided to our seats and they took pictures of us for the crew to easily identify us once we arrived in Agra. The train ride itself was 1hr 40min. This is great because it means the majority of the trip is spent sight seeing, rather than travelling (a car ride is approx. 3hr 45min from Delhi to Agra). We enjoyed comfortable seats and were provided with a breakfast which was average but still adequate. In Agra, Farid our tour guide greeted us with a warm smile. I cannot thank Farid enough for making this trip such a memorable one. His wealth of knowledge far exceeded my expectations. We were truly blown away by the intricacies of the Taj Mahal and how it came to be. After the Taj, we went to lunch at a restaurant. It was clearly a place where foreigners are taken and did not seem to be the most authentic food but nonetheless it was nice and plentiful. Then, we went to see some descendants of the 20,000 people who built the Taj and watched them finely carve out marble to form precise patterns with semi-precious stones. Their technique and skill is something to behold. Aside from the actual tour itself, Farid also took great care to ensure our comfort. This included fine details such as seeking shade where possible, helping us up stairs etc. He did a fantastic job tailoring the trip to the needs and wants of the group. I cannot recommend booking this trip enough.

The tour was really nice. I was picked up in my hotel and taken to my train seat. At arrival, my tour guide was already there for me. Malik was my tour guide, he is very knowledgeable of the history and takes very good photos. Malik knew all whereabouts and with the package I was able to skip the long lines, making the trip more enjoyable. Overall, I recommend the experience.

Guide- Farid baig Driver- shahid My wife booked this for my birthday. It was a great birthday gift. Our tour guide was very informative throughout the entire tour. The driver was safe. Both were very kind. And they had a cooler with bottles of water in the car which was very convenient. Bring your walking shoes!
