We've been twice now, December 2023 and August 2023. Loved it. The theater is small but cozy and the concession stand serves some great popcorn. The songs are simply amazing. People who haven't discovered Deano and the Rat Pack yet really should pay this modest theater a visit!

As a longtime fan of Dean Martin, this show places you front and center in front of the man himself. What really impresses in the show is the serious side of Dean. We are all aware of the immortal Dean's comical side. Fortunately, Martin Dean sings the songs themselves without any shenanigans. Frank Sinatra always said he was jealous his friend Dean never had to warm up his voice before a show. Martin Dean's audience soon learns why as he emulates our favorite rat packer. There are still many comedic moments in this act. You are presented with background stories about Dean and the era he dominated. By the time the show ends Dean proves he is everything we thought he was after watching him from afar all these years. Let your imagination go and enjoy this show presented in a very intimate setting. It can be risky meeting your idol or someone imitating your idol. However, here Martin Dean delivers the goods. You leave feeling Dean is the man you always thought him to be.

If you love Dean Martin this will take you back. He sounds so much like him. It's not a big production but it was very good.

Good performance especially if you’re a Dean Martin fan. Personable people at the small venue in downtown old Branson.

The Hot Hits Theatre, located in downtown Branson (in the Branson Landing area) at 206 S. Commercial Street, is reminiscent of the small clubs of the 50's and 60's. It is not fancy but the atmosphere is very friendly and the entertainment is excellent! My husband and I saw the Golden Sounds of the Platters on a Thursday and on the following afternoon, A Tribute to Dean Martin. It took us back to when music was music and you could actually understand the words to the songs. If you go early, there is a large pawn shop next door and some interesting, unique shops in the vicinity. Also, there is a free parking lot and covered garage to the back of Commercial Street. Great entertainment!

Great show! He captured so much of Dean Martin, even down to his mannerisms. It was one awesome song performance after another. Very professional. Will definitely see again and highly recommend!!

This showmanship and professionalism of this artist, Martin Dean is top notch! We absolutely love/loved this show and thought this was the best/memorable show we attended over thanksgiving week. He did a little bit of early Martin tunes, and tunes that made him famous as well as his memorable Christmas tunes with a bit of humor and some Martin history! You would swear that it was the real Dean Martin singing to you and this artist didn't miss a note! We go every year to Branson and will definitely be back to see this show again! If you've never been to this theater, It is a small up close and personal (every seat is good) size theater and everyone in this theater has always been so friendly and courteous!

He is the best singer in Branson. If you love Dean Martin or Rat Pack type music, you will love this. I also loved all of the stories that he had about Dean Martin.

If you ever loved what I consider the best singer of the 40’s, 50’s, 60’s and 70’s. John puts on a great show. He brought tears to my eyes as I remembered being a kid watching him with my parents. It was like watching Dean live again. The price is great the venue is small and personable. The people are WONDERFUL. IF YOU GO TO BRANSON AND DON’T SEE THIS SHOW YOU WILL HAVE MISSED THE BEST THAT BRANSON HAS TO OFFER.

It's a very small, intimate theatre (maybe 80 seats?) in the historic downtown area. "Dean" was very interactive with the audience and very willing to have conversations, answer questions, and take requests and photos. The background music was recorded but very good. It's not a "flashy" production as in larger theatres, but it was very true to Dean Martin and his life and music.

My cousins and I met in Branson to celebrate our Aunts 90th birthday. She is a Dean Martin super fan, so the only place to go was to the Dean Martin tribute show at the Hot Hits Theater in Branson. "Dean" was a delight , flirty, funny and fabulous. He made my aunt feel like he was singing only to her. If you want a nostalgic, feel good afternoon of the oldies, this is the show for you! Make it your destination. "Everybody Loves Somebody Sometime"

When you visit the Branson strip, you see a world of big signs, flashing lights, and enticing offers all begging for your attention--and money. No question you'll find doors open to some excellent shows, but tucked away just off the strip in "old-town Branson" is a local treasure, a small, intimate bistro that is home to one of the finest voices Branson has to offer. On lush, comfortable seats in a small-show setting that feels somewhat like the nightclubs of old, my wife and I watched a thirty-five-year veteran of the stage bring Dean Martin and his timeless music back to life. From the start, John Shaw's spot-on vocals and flawless mastery of Dean's classic wit and mannerisms, took us back to the mid twentieth-century and the age of creation for what has become the American Songbook. After spending a career doing public and private appearances nationally, this performer has chosen to slow down a bit and make Branson his performing home, and our town (my wife and I are local residents) is the richer for it. He doesn't just sing. He interprets the music and carefully places each song within the context of Dean's career. He delivers the Rat Pack luminary with attention to even the smallest details. By the end of the show, John reveals himself as not just a consummate performer, but a passionate caretaker of Dean's music. The theatre environment is so intimate, the vocals are so good, and John's banter with the audience is so deeply appreciative and personable, that the show experience simply stands apart in the best of ways from the "big" stages of our community. If he is on stage when you visit, take a break, slow down, and don't miss this opportunity. We live here, and we would never let a show season go by without renewing our appreciation for the Dean Martin that John Shaw delivers.

There's a picture of Dean Martin on the back wall, you can look at him and listen to Jack Shaw the one giving tribute and it's like being there live with Dean. The show was great, he totally has Dean's character, clothes and stage set up just like the old Dean Martin show. It was nostalgic. He's personable after the show. I bought his CD and am loving it. I highly recommend the show if you were/are a fan of Dean Martin, but even if it brings back memories of your childhood with your parents listening to him. He's got Dean down!! Great time!

For my birthday, my husband and I enjoyed a trip to Branson, MO. On our final day, we booked the Martin Dean tribute to Dean Martin show. I was more than impressed, I was in awe of his talent. He was spot on with Dean Martin's singing voice and mannerisms. He kept an on going rapport with his audience and his ability to stay in character is something to see. I am not one that usually leaves a review, but appreciated his talent enough to recommend his to show to others. I look forward to my next trip to Branson and plan to see this show again. It's a must see if you like Dean Martin.

It was a very good show. If you are looking for something. To do in the afternoon. Good value. What I liked best was that I could understand every word sung or said. A lot of cover artist are hard to understand.

The performer who's stage name is Martin Dean, takes you on a musical journey thru Dean Martin's musical life. He is someone else you has studied his subject very well. There were only 3 couples to watch the show., but a very good show. It is at a theater in downtown Branson.
