This was a wonderful trip seeing some beautiful scenery and ancient ruins. It fully met my expectations and I would recommend it. I loved the calm and peaceful settings.

This was a great tour. We highly recommend. Our tour guide, Rita, was knowledgeable and friendly and made sure the needs of the entire group were met. We appreciated the history of the archaeological park and the short hike up Mt. Olympus. Rita also provided a great recommendation for Greek lunch in Dion.

Great tour that takes you to some amazing sights, the tour guide was fantastic and very informative so we could learn about the history we were in and good recommendations on things we can also visit on our own.

Daytrip with Lázaros as the tour guide and Tomás as the driver. 2 very experienced people who are truly great at their job. They made me feel safe and relaxed at any time during this trip. Tomás has amazing driving skills and Lázaros is very funny. The places we saw were very interesting and beautiful, i recommend you to visit this place when you are in Thessaloniki

The tour in theory would be very good but due to the very heavy rain the visit to Dion was limited due top areas of the site walking areas being under water.Also due to the cloud cover it was not possible to see Mt Olympus, but our guide who was very good did his best and included a visit to the Mt Olympus Museum which they do not normally include in the tour whch was good

Easy pick up in Thessaloniki city center, relaxed drive out to Dion and related museum, and then an easy walk on a narrow path through a gorge at Olympus.

It was quite a tour.. The Dion archeological site is massive, like an entire excavated city.. The forested area & vegetation around it are beautiful.. Personally, I'd have preferred a guided tour of the site, though the self guided tour wasn't too bad either.. The museum is amazing, just like most other museums across Greece.. It is very well organized, houses great artifacts & is highly informative.. Mount Olympus is stunning.. The villages at the foothills are fairytale & the hike through the National Park is full of pleasant surprises in the form of views.. Our tour leader Margherita was smart & informative.. She didn't let us get bored, have the right amount of information download & suggested some great places to see & to eat.. In a nutshell, it was a beautiful day..

Joined the Mt Olympus and Dion tour, a short and easy day trip which is only one hour from Thessaloniki. Tour guide (and driver) Mr Lazaros was brilliant. Spoke about Thassaloniki history, Olympian gods, and gave us an overciew of the Dion city. Would recommend to anyone who likes Greek Mythology.

Ditch sun-kissed beaches and bustling crowds, this winter we tackled Mount Olympus, the legendary home of Zeus and the Olympian gods! Our journey began in Thessaloniki, a vibrant city buzzing with history. From there, we ventured to Dion, nestled at the foot of Olympus. Stepping amidst the ancient Roman ruins felt like stepping onto the gods' playground. Every stone whispered tales of Zeus, Hera, and their divine entourage. So stoked to know that Artemis Lochia is the goddess of childbirth, my profession. Then, the climb began! First, a trusty van carried us up winding roads, then boots hit the ground. We weren't aiming for the peak (that's for another adventure!), but for a hidden treasure: a cascading waterfall gushing with fresh mountain spring water. Every drop a taste of the snow-capped peak, every breath a sip of mythical air. ️ I gave this tour 4 stars because our tall, lean, fit, and strong guide left me on the trail. He was going too fast without being considerate of this 59 year old lady. It was my fellow tour mate from Malta who was even helping me out on the slippery slopes of the mountain.

The hiking was great. Mount Olympus is the highlight of the trip. Tour leader was very knowledgeable also

The best way to get to Mount Olympus without having a car yourself! It is impressive to look at an active excavation camp in Dion and later walk to a waterfall at the foot of Mount Olympus and explore a small village beside it. The tour guide possesses sound knowledge of the English language, so you'll be informed understandably. Still, I would have expected a bit more outgoing nature of the tour guide and a little more information on the places - but it was ok if you're good at gaining information. The value for money is okay. I wouldn't call it a hike to Mount Olympus, though; that is a bit misleading; it's more of a short 15-minute walk - still, it provides amazing views! I would book it again!

Super friendly and dynamic guide, very invested and passionate by his job!! Good introduction to the history of Thessaloniki, loads of insightful information and stories. The group was only 8 people so quite private and allowed us to take more/less time at different spots. Awesome day :-)!

The best part of the trip had to be our guide, Eleni. On visiting Dion which was an amazing and illuminating experience, the heavens opened. Our tour had to be rearranged as we were unable to visit some places. However, Eleni saved the day. She was so concerned and caring about our happiness and satisfaction. Dion is a must visit and a real eye opening experience to the art, craft and imagination of people from centuries past. We also enjoyed the walk to the waterfall at Litochoro and observing beautiful flora and fauna.

Sadly it poured with rain but our guide and driver rearranged the itinerary of the trip and part we didn’t have time for because of the rain. But we did get to go up Olympus and it was a fantastic experience.

Excelent experience from the booking to the conduct of the trip to the information and friendliness of the staff. The Dion trip was exceptionally informative, to dive into centuries of real history and old hellenic myths was great. And then the was at the base of Olympus, in the Enipeas gorge, was excellent (I had time to do a short trail run also, while everybody else walk at a slow pace). Then the food in the Litohoro village is amayzing, great local dishes and drinks, and very friendly locals.

Nephali our tour guide was wonderful and was very knowledgeable. Always happy to answer questions & our driver was very cheerful and kept us nice n safe! The places we visited were entrenched with history and beauty!

That was very nice experience! Great way to introduce yourself to the region. Thanks to Nathaly, our guide, she was super helpful and tell us a lot about mythology and common life.

This was the nicest guide I took from Thessaloniki! It was so cool! The staff was amazing, very helpfull and nice. Would totally recommand to anyone!
