Our driver was extremely kind, even bought fruits and other typical food for us. He also offered information while we were on the way to the different spots.

Great day! Mr Fazeel was my driver and provided great conversation and information along the way - I should note that his role is that of a driver and not a guide but he shared so much and pointed out interesting things along the way so he may as well have been! Part of the tour included a stop at Royal 100 Spice Garden. Read a Google review or two on this place and you’ll get the picture. It was nonetheless interesting and I never felt pressured the purchase. Sigiriya is amazing. Take your time there and try to get there as early as possible to avoid the heat and crowd. Dambulla Cave Temple will be interesting if this is your first time visiting Buddhist temples. If it’s not, you probably won’t find it all that exciting. Mr Fazeel also pointed out an Ancient Village tour that was an option and asked regularly if I was okay or needed to stop for food or rest. A great driver.

We had an amazing day on a trip to Sirigiya and Dambulla. We stopped off at temple and Herb gardens in Matale and a Dambulla Gem museum too. It was also great to stop off at authentic food stops that our driver Irfan recommend, which included local Sri Lankan fruits and family run rice and curry restaurant. Amazing! Irfan was an excellent driver, who went above and beyond; guiding us and teaching us about then local area. Our day wouldn't have been half as enjoyable without him!

Our tour guide Irfan was great and very informative, teaching us about the locations as we went. Pidurangala Rock was a tough climb but well worth the views and Dambula is definitely worth a visit! Our driver gave us a very safe and comfortable journey.

Had a wonderful day full of amazing sights and a hike to the top of Pidurangala. Our guide Mr Shamin really went out of his way to make sure that we were enjoying ourselves and he had lots of knowledge to share with us on the sights we visited. The tour was personalised and flexible, according to our needs. We didn’t have to worry about a thing. I’m really glad we booked a tour to see Dambulla and the sights near, instead of just going on our own.

We had a fantastic time with Ilham during our visit to Sigirya and Dambulla. He was very knowledgeable and made sure we had a great time. He went out of his way to make sure we had the full Sri Lankan experience and even took us to try some delicious Sri Lankan food and fruits. Had a great trip to four places. Started with an herb garden, then the national park for the elephants, then Sirgiriya, and finished with Dambullla. The driver Fazeel was great, and had suggestions on when to go to each location to minimize crowds.

If you are looking for a driver to take you to places such as Sigiriya , Dambulla from Kandy then look no further because this is your man. He is a very careful driver of a very clean car which will sit 3 people plus himself, it is not a big car. He is local to the area of Kandy, he speaks some english. His prices are fair. he took us to both the above sites in a day stopping by the roadside at our request to buy fruit. He was on time with his pick up at the hotel. We had a wonderful day taking in the sights around kandy. Our guide Mr shamin took us for some great authentic food, gave us all the top tips while at sites, and was kind and friendly throughout.

Our guide/driver Shamin was amazing - he really went above and beyond to accommodate us. We squeezed in a Minneriya safari drive at the end of the day, even though we were short on time, and Shamin also waited whilst we had dinner at a lovely restaurant he recommended before dropping us home (despite all of this meaning he got home much later than planned). Would 100% recommend

We had a wonderful journey with our driver, Silmy, who was very friendly and super helfpul. He guided us through historic places and on the way explained a lot about Sri Lanka, its culture and poeple. The planned tour itself was also very nice, quite a long ride for 12 hours, however it’s totally worth it.

We got Irfan as our guide. He is one of the best guides we have ever been with. He was very punctual and arrived before time. He really took the extra mile to take us to the Spice garden despite that not being included into our trip and agenda. Next we headed to Dumbulla and he was very enthusiastic to click nice pictures for us even without us asking! He is a very professional driver and even took us for a village tour with amazing lunch! Irfan really helped us to create amazing memories of Sri Lanka by doing his best. I would definitely recommend Irfan and Aaliya tours for this tour!

We had a great day with our driver Shamin, who made sure we got an authentic experience and that we spent our time how we wanted to. Plenty of photos and facts about the local flora and fauna. He was attentive to when we needed water or a snack and looked out for bathroom stops. We decided not to do all the stops but really enjoyed the Dambulla Cave Temple and Pidurangala in particular! A great way to spend the day.

We did this tour yesterday with Mr Irfan. It was a most memorable and enjoyable long day from start to finish. It is very good value for money and money well spent. Mr Irfan was the best guide, very friendly and knowlegeable, picked us up on time and checked frequently as to how we were doing. We felt very safe with his driving and he willingly answered any questions we had and told us about lots of things on the way. We had so many great experiences, from a visit to a spice garden, Dambulla Caves, Sirigiva, and a great experience on a jungle tour complete with a bullock ride, boat ride on a lake, cooking demonstration using old methods and a most delicious authentic village meal. We would recommend this tour to anyone and you would be extremely lucky to have Mr Irfan as your driver and guide.

Our tour guide, Mr Shamin, is a very very helpful, cheerful and friendly guy. Mr Shamin brought us to visit temples and Sigiriya with his clear expanations to those views, statues and pictures. The most impressive was that Mr Shamin let us understand what kinds of local fruits, trees, animals and foods are, such as Jackfruit, starfruit tree, elephant, tree house, samosa etc. We learnt a lot!!! Those things were not easy to see in out country. Also, Mr Shamin was a nice photographer. He was so helpful to take us photos with good angles. It was a very fruitful journey. Thank you Mr Shamin for taking care us for whole day. Hope will see you next time in Sri Lanka.

The trip went smoothly and on time. Guide was very kind and talkative. He told us a lot about life in Sri Lanka and also showed diffrent kind of food which we also had opportunity to taste. No problem with stopping for a photo, doing just what we wanted to do and explaining every part of the journey and giving tips on what to expect in diffrent places, what to be carefull about and how to behave. Our ranking list of places visited: 1. Pidurangala. 2. Herbal Garden. 3. Photo spots and food places. 4. Temples. If it is raining season its good to consider going Pidarangala first due to heavy rains in the afternoon. We were lucky and went on that at the end of our trip but it was raining before so it was a bit risky. Overall great experience! Can Recommend!
