The tour was awesome! We were picked up by our guide Mrs. Heba at the hotel. We were late since our breakfast was not served yet, but she and our driver kindly waited for us. We went to the Giza plateu, to Shaqarra and then to Dashur. Our guide spoke english fluently which made for some good conversations along the way. She was very helpful to us in deciding where to spent your money on, we ended up going inside the Dashur pyramids only, as they are the most spectecular ones to see.

Did a trip today with a guide named Sabry. Very professional, and gave me a lot of fun facts and historical stories. Really enjoyed my time and all the stories. I’d definitely recommend it!!! As a solo traveller it was great, the guys drove me to all the pyramids areas, took photos and we had a great chat about modern Egypt and culture.

The tour itself was good, the tour guide Mr. Tawfik was very polite, nice, and knowledgeable and explained to us the important things we needed to know. He was answering all of our questions precisely. The driver was also very nice and polite. The only thing that we disliked was the tips that the camel ride guy was asking from us (a large amount like 10 euros per person) even though the ride was already covered in the tour. The value for money could be a bit better when it comes to lunch and also the water amount. We only got one small bottle each for the whole day.

Sabry was wonderful. He gave us a detailed tour of Giza, Saqqara, and Memphis! He made sure to make us feel safe and like family. With his experience we were able to see areas not seen by many. One of the best experiences on a tour we have ever had! A++++

Excellent tour of the pyramids at Giza, Saqgara and Dashur. Ahmed is very knowledgeable and took time to give us the background and history before reaching each site which made the day more rewarding. Great lunch stop with the fresh falafels and bread gave us energy for the adventure into the pyramids at Dahshur. Kazafi was a very safe driver for the day. I fully recommend this trip wanting to visit the pyramids around Cairo.

I had booked a 12- day Egypt and Nile Cruise tour with Intrepid. As Cairo is a very very long way from my home airport in central Canada, I planned to arrive a few days early. As it was my first Egytian tour I wanted three days to explore Cairo on my own. I searched on line for day tour companies in Cairo. There were many choices. But when Iloiked at all the options and checked all the reviews from many sites, Egypt Tailor Madd stood out as best for me. I contacted them as stated that I would be three days in Couro and could they plan a private day tour for each day. I received an immediate response with an itemized outline for each day. I had options. I was absolutely amazed at how well everything had been arranged and clearly stated. The prices were there right up front. I had the choice to pay in Canadian cash! At my Cairo hotel in day one of the tour , I was a bit apprehensive as everything had been on line. To my amazement, a young lady approached me and introduced herself as my guide,: Heba. Outside the entrance was a car with a driver. I must have had a guardian angel. I cannot put in this short space what a marvellous three days I had. Heba was such a personable, well educated and everyone’s wish for a perfect guide. I am interested in the history as well as seeing the sites. Heba is astoundingly versed in her country’s history. Everything explained so clearly. I never ever expected to see all and experience all that I did. Heba was the best guide I have ever had. I have travelled the world for years. I highly recommend that if you want an unforgettable and affordable experience contact the company and I sincerely recommend that you ask for Heba.

Our tour guide, Sabry is absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable and able to answer all the questions that we had throughout the day. He has also thoughtfully arranged the sights to avoid the crowd as much as possible. Thank you Sabry for a wonderful day tour!

We had Sabry as our tour guide and he’s amazing! So friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. We learnt so much not just about the pyramids but also about Egypt. Sabry is very passionate about his work and I would 100% recommend him as a tour guide. And a bonus point - he is an amazing photographer so we left with great photo gallery too!

We did family tour with Egypt tailor made of Cairo, Luxor and Aswan. It was an amazing experience. They made sure every small details was very well planned. We had very knowledgeable and helpful guides - Heba in Cairo and Mohammad in Luxor, Aswan. I really appreciate the depth of their knowledge and super helpful nature. They helped us find very good restaurants basis our dietary restrictions and interests. Mohammad even helped us book our tickets well in advance so we don’t have to stand in queues. Our driver, Qasafi, manoeuvred us skilfully through the mad Cairo traffic safely getting us to Saqqara, over 1 hour from the centre. Our guide Yasser was well informed and made the whole trip very interesting. We discussed many topics concerning Egyption history and present day culture. This helped us to form a more complete picture. Nothing was too much trouble for them and our comfort and safety always a priority.

We went on this tour on Sunday 29.10.2023, because of the positive reviewes and we were not disappointed. They were even above our expectations. We were lucky to have Hiba as a tour guide and Mustafa as a driver. Hibas knowledge, patience and willing to satisfy our curiosity were remarkable. Even a power cut in one of the tombs didn't stop her. Inside the attractions and on the roads she did her best to make our trip as comfortable and rich as possible, obtaining and suggesting tasty snacks for us included. Mustafa is also very friendly, kind and drives very safely (which is not common at all in Egypt). We are extraordinary thankful!

Our day tour to Giza, Saqqara, and Dashur was incredible thanks to our amazing guide Sabry (Abdelazem) and driver Moustafa. From the moment we were picked up we knew the day was going to be amazing. Sabry was so passionate and enthusiastic and his excitement set the tone. We arrived to the Pyramids before the large crowds of tour buses and were able to enjoy the grounds largely to ourselves. Sabry took us on a journey of Ancient Egyptian history passionately telling the stories of the civilization and people who built these incredible structures. His English was amazing and we had no struggles to understand the information shared. We then traveled to Saqqara and Sabry took us off the beaten path of most tours where we were able to enter newly discovered tombs and active archaeological sites which we had all to ourselves- his knowledge was so vast and he shared a perfect story that also wasn't information overload. We drove further south to Dashur where he recommended we entered Red Pyramid which gives the same experience as the Great Pyramid but with way less people. During our journey we stopped in a small village where Sabry bought us falafel, egglplant, and pita for lunch which was a welcomed authentic and delicious meal. Saqqara is known for carpet making and we visited a carpet factory- the carpets were beautiful and the people were lovely. We did not buy anything and did not feel overly pressured to do so. Sabry took amazing photos of us (he loves iPhone photography) that we well cherish for the rest of our lives. This tour can truly be whatever you make it and the time is yours to do as you choose but we felt very well guided by Sabry. This was one of the first days of our adventure through Egypt and we wished we could have taken Sabry with us to all the major sites. If you book with Egypt Tailor made definitely request Sabry as your guide!

I have been with Egypt tailored tours since I arrived Friday evening September 29. They met me at the airport, helped me get my visa get through customs and brought me to my hotel, yesterday we went to the Egyptian museum and several other stops. Today we are going to the pyramids. I cannot speak highly enough of this group. They are so lovely, and kind, and patient… As well as very knowledgeable. I am with a driver, named Mohammad Qaddafi, and a tour guide named Manar and they have been so good to me. It is certainly different than in the United States of America where no one has the time for a kind word. I highly, highly recommend this company, you will get quick responses to your questions, they are very reasonably priced, not expensive… And they will be with you whenever you need them. If I ever return to Cairo, I can guarantee I will contact this company again.

I cannot praise too highly the efforts of Egypt Tailor Made and particularly of our guide Sabry in making our trio to Cairo such a wonderful experience. It was the first visit of my son and myself to Egypt and I hoped I had made the right decision to use a local company to arrange this private tour (and one the following day to the Museum). We were not disappointed. As we are both interested in learning about the history and culture of Egypt I requested a guide who would fulfil these requirements. Sabry did a brilliant job in all respects, a knowledgeable Egyptologist who spoke excellent English. He was friendly without being familiar and went out of his way to ensure that we had a memorable day. He brought the history of the pharaohs and the pyramids to life and answered any questions we put to him. As I am not particularly adept with technology Sabry assisted with taking photos which I found very useful. Visiting the pyramids is not for the faint hearted and requires stamina but the effort that was put in to ensure we enjoyed our time there made it so worth while. We booked three nights in Cairo before flying to Luxor for a Nile cruise. In hindsight we should have stayed longer in Cairo and I would have no hesitation in using the services of Egypt Tailor Made, and of our wonderful guide Sabry, for any future visit to Egypt. I would advise anyone taking this tour to wear sturdy footwear, have sufficient bottled water (supplied to us as part of the tour) and have plenty of sun cream as the heat is intense. Incidentally, the cost of the tour was cheaper that the price quoted by the British company through whom we had booked the flight and accommodation.

Great day with Ahmed and Shaapan seeing Pyramids around Cairo! Both were incredibly accommodating and knowledgeable. I could not fault their service and we were even introduced to some beautiful local food. Couldn't recommend them enough as well as the great professionalism of ETM!

Unforgettable experience with Sabry. I always make my research and see attractions by myself, but for Egypt I am 100% sure that you must have a guide. The guy made everything to your experience in Cairo be above expectations. He told lots of informations about Egypt's history. Never let a question without answer. Led us to the best spots in Giza Pyramids and Egyptian Museum in Cairo. On top of the explanations, he even was available to took lots of pictures of us! Give us tips about good places to eat, explained about daily life nowadays in Egypt. Always respecting our pace, concerned about us (those were very hot days), avoiding annoying people approaching us. I can not but thank him and Mostafa, our driver, for the days will be remembered forever!
