Cindy was an incredible tour guide. She took us to some great local food spots and spoke to us about food and so much more (connections to culture, history, language). Cindy also went above and beyond to give us extra recommendations for our trip which were all incredible highlights!

Had a wonderful evening with Cindy, would happily have dinner with her every night. We ate delicious food which I wouldn't have tried otherwise. Very accommodating to dietary requirements.

Our guide Cindy/Thảo messaged us on Whatsapp the day before our tour to confirm time and pick up location. From pick up to drop off the tour consisted of multiple places with different kinds of food. Thảo provided a great mix of diverse places for Vietnamese dishes with a Da Nang region specific taste or origin (I won't detail them and ruin the surprises). She also asked about food intolerance or allergies (we had no restrictions). She explained different flavour profiles of the country, the history and language of Vietnamese food names, and answered all our questions. Thảo was also great to to talk about any topic; as we ate we discussed Vietnamese language and culture. She was great company and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this tour for anyone who really appreciates food, flavour and culture. Do not eat before the tour! You get so many delicious things and you don't want to be full and miss appreciating everything before the end.

We found Cindy’s food tour on Airbnb but ended up booking directly through her. Glad we did because she offered a discount to book directly with cash payment. Cindy was very nice and a great tour guide. We were in a small group of 5 guests so the tour felt very personal. Unfortunately we chose to do the tour the day of the Lantern Festival so several of the places she wanted to take us to were closed (many Buddhists celebrate this day and do not eat or sell meat). Nevertheless, everything we ate was delicious and we tried many new foods that we wouldn’t have found on our own. We had sent Cindy a list of all the Vietnamese foods we had tried already in Saigon and Hoi An and she created a menu that ensured we would be trying new things centered around Da Nang and central Vietnam cuisine, which we really appreciated. I recommend this tour if you’re looking to explore the real local tastes of central Vietnam.

This tour is a great way to learn about the real cuisine and culture of Da Nang. Our guide, Cindy, grew up in Da Nang and spoke very good English. She showed us lots of foods that are local to Central Vietnam and Da Nang, and explained their history. We didn't have any of the "must eat" foods of Vietnam, rather only things that are local to here. Thank you Cindy!

Cindy is an amazing guide that shares wonderful places to eat in Da Nang. You’ll eat food and at places you would not find on your own. It’s a great way to eat an array of local food.

Love the rich history that Cindy shared during this experience. The food, of course was great. But understanding the history and context of what we ate was what made the experience a unique one for me. We had a tour with Hien who was wonderful. We learned a lot about the food and life in Vietnam in general. The food was delicious and all the places only had locals in them. .

Cindy shares her childhood food memories & takes you on a total food & cultural adventure. Getting to each new food desination was by mini van....very comfortable & great for a group. Her English is brilliant....we enjoyed every minute....make sure you go with an empty tummy as the food choices are more than ample 😊 We 100% recommend this tour if you want something unique, comfortable & fun!

This is without a doubt one of the best food tours I’ve ever done! Cindy was a fantastic host and took us to locations we would have never found on our own. The food was also way different than what we could have ordered… and all the stops were delicious. Could not recommend this tour more!
