We got met at the port by Duy and his driver. They were punctual and ready with cold water for us. They drove us to several different places in DaNang and we stopped for local Vietnamese coffee. Duy was exceptional and paid attention to our needs and was excited to explain the history and show us the sights. We then went to Hoi An and were taken around the town and then had some free time on our own to explore and shop. The day could not have been any better. From the initial interaction booking the tour to Duy and his driver nothing could have been done any better. Don't hesitate to book with this company and ask for Duy as your guide.

Duy Pham was an amazing tour guide! He led two of us throughout Da Nang and Hoi An on an interesting, fun, and educational tour. Duy did an amazing job showing us Da Nang and Hoi An, we had delicious banh xeo and cao lau noodles! He made us feel comfortable everywhere we went, and when it started raining he even found us rain coats to help keep us dry. He went above and beyond to show us authentic locations and gave us a lot of information about the history and culture of Vietnam. He even took the time to take photos for us and make sure we got great shots for our memories. Thank you so much Duy, best tour guide ever!

Duy was AMAZING! He was a good leader, but he also made sure we were comfortable and changed plans when we wanted a boat ride. The driver and Duy communicated flawlessly. The car was always on time. I appreciated how Duy understood how hot it was, and gave us bite size activities with plenty of breaks in the car.

I had a great time during my private tour. The car journey was very comfortable and the driver was well experienced. The beautiful silk lanterns added a lot of color and vibrancy to Hoi An. It is a lively place with many quaint shops and smiling faces. Anh my cheerful and friendly tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Da Nang and Hoi Anh.

Viet was a welcoming tour guide, taking us to additional waterfalls not originally scheduled on the tour. It was a great day and our guide was knowledgeable and accommodating. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting a personalized tour of Da Lat...

Our tour guy, Nguyen, was wonderful. He’s knowledgeable and took us to local eateries/market for a more authentic flavor. I enjoyed learning the history of Danang and Hoi An.

We did one of the first tours after long time for Covid 19. Luckily, we met Kiwin team which helped us arrange our short trip during a day with both typical destinations Da Nang and Hoi An. Because we just had 2 day in Viet Nam. So fantastic to explore history and culture with our local guide. We was recommended with some very local lunch that was amazing to try Cao Lau noodles in Hoi An. You will never know there if you don't met lo people.

Our english speaking tour guide needs to do more homework on the places she brought us. She seems to be unsure of the historical significance of each location. At the marble mountain tour, she could have warn us the slippery and dangerous climb so that we can make informed decision of whether to continue with the climb. We were half way through and we discover that we cant turn back, hence continue with the dangerous climb. However, the most annoying part of the entire tour is that she kept asking many personal questions not pertaining to the tour which us feel uncomfortable.

Minh was a fabulous tour guide. We had a brilliant and memorable day exploring Da Nang and Hoi an. Minh made sure we had plenty of amazing photos and saw all the sights. Excellent and highly recommended.

Kiwi set up a private driver service for us with Mr. Minh Thong for an all day trip from Da Nang, Linh Ung Pagoda, Marble Mountains, Ba Na Hills, and to Hoi An. Mr. Thong was with us for 10 hours and was the most kind and amazing driver we ever had. He focused on our comfort and making things as easy as possible for us during our day trip. For example, he always dropped us off and picked us up at the most convenient spot to limit walking distance. Had water for us on a very hot day. He always pre-cooled his car for us when we were about to get on after a sightseeing stop. His car was very clean and super comfortable. He also held onto our luggage all day while we were sightseeing. I can’t say enough good things about Mr. Thong! We recommend him to anyone and will definitely request him again next time. THANK YOU MR. THONG!!!!

Everything was exactly as expected. We had contact with the operator initially on WhatsApp, and then the guide as well. The guide (Duy) was fantastic. He knowledge of the sites and history were exceptional and he made all efforts to tailor the experience to both my historical questions and keep things entertaining for my younger kids. We made adjustments to the trip on the fly due to the heat, and Duy kept making sure that he looked after what we wanted despite the pre-arrangements that he had to change.. very kind of him. The tour was comprehensive and gave us great value for the money. The driver was readily accessible when we needed him, bottled water available, and we were very happy to book the private tour over the group tour - we will always opt for the private tour as it provides greater 1 on 1 interaction with the guide and the experience and offers flexibility for us to do what we want to do - more of some scenes, less of others. Being stuck in a large group tour may offer better pricing, but not value! If you're coming all this way - treat yourself to the private tour and cross your fingers that Duy is your guide!

It was a fantastic day trip. Hotel pick-up was punctual and well organized schedule. I really enjoyed the trip with Duy who made the trip very comfortable.
