Our flight was delayed at the last minute and we were able to keep in touch with the provider through What’s App. The driver adjusted to the delay and provided efficient and courteous service. We used booking.com a few times during our last trip to Asia to transfer to and from an airport to our hotel. We found this service to be inexpensive, punctual, and professional. The person handling the service, i.e. taking the reservation, contacting the driver, etc., was very efficient and communicated with us several times prior to our requested service. We were treated like VIPs. We will not hesitate to use booking.com for all our future trips overseas.

My ride was arranged by booking.com - the day before had received driver contact information and pick up details. The ride was smooth and fast (as much as possible in Hanoi old city), the driver was very polite and with adequate English, the car was clean and very well-maintained.
